I'm really glad my mother is here. She requires a lot of care and the staff at Plum Creek is really on top of it. The food is as good as can be expected and even though it is kind of pricey it is definitely worth it and I am happy my mother is happy. I would definitely recommend for a loved one or family member.

Oak Creek Place is a really nice community that definitely caters to my mom’s needs. They’re so attentive and anytime she needs someone, she presses a button and they’re there immediately. Her room is large, bigger than any other community I had toured when I was initially looking for a home for her. The food is warm and even though my mom can be fussy, she really enjoys mealtime. They keep things clean and looking nice and they have plenty of activities to keep everyone involved like daily exercise, bingo, and movie nights. The other residents there really made this transition for her a lot easier because of how warm and welcoming they are. The only complaint I really have is that asking the staff to do certain things, such as cleaning or fixing, can be difficult and doesn’t always get taken care of right away. Other than that, though, I would recommend this place because you really get what you pay for.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a tour of Russ Place. We have been searching for a community for my grandmother and had been hesitant about moving her from her home. After the tour we were no longer hesitating, but EXCITED about the my grandmother's move in. We moved her in within a month and have been extremely pleased with the wonderful hands on staff and all of the activities. My grandmother was not as social as she use to be, but after the move she began to joint in with the numerous activities they have. She now plays bingo, watches movies with other residents, does puzzles, and makes laps around the community with the Walking Club. I know this was the right decision for my grandmother and our family. I defiantly recommend Russ Place!

The care from this community is very good. The staff is good with communicating with me.My mom does enjoy the menu and the variety of meals that are offered. They offer activities for my mom to participate with the other residents.I know my mom is happy at this community and she is getting great care. I would recommend this community to others for good care and good value.

It was a good move for mom and she is settling in at the Oakley Place. It is a clean and well-kept community. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. They are very welcoming to our family members when we come to visit. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my mom's care needs. The staff is easy to communicate any questions or concerns regarding my mom's needs. They offer various activities for the residents and even though my mom prefers to do her own thing, they still let her know what is going on and encourage her to join in if she wants to. outside there is a nicely landscaped courtyard and walking area. I really like the care they are providing for my mom.

After signing contract for the studio, my Mom is eating meals and interacting within the community on a limited basic at this time. Delete second sentence. Third sentence, change ending to "meals are very good." Change 7th sentence to "Although Astor Place allows pets and my Mom initially wanted to bring her dog, she will not be doing so. It was great the option was made available." Add to end. Once my Mom moves in, I will feel that she is safe, that being 2,000 miles away, that I am sure she will be safe, happy, cared for in a caring and professional manner and very importantly that any issues I will hear about it from staff immediately. I can't say enough good about Astor Place and highly recommend Astor Place for seniors who need a safe place to go to when needed.

They are all so kind, caring and Helpful... Caring for an Alzheimer's Patient is difficult enough but when its your mother it makes it almost impossible...My sister and I are adopted Children, and our mother and father gave us the best that they could, Now that we have found Preston Place we feel that she will have the Best quality of life that we can... She is safe, well cared for, very well feed and happy.. Thanks again for everything

We can not say enough good things about this community. My mother is doing great, and I'am very pleased with everything they have done for our family. We finally get to be my mothers family avian, and not her care givers. This is a fantastic community with amazing people. The staff is amazing. They are very attentive towards my mother, and her needs. Also very quick to respond to any concerns we may have. The community is very well-kept, they do a great job with the cleanliness. There are nice activities activities offered, and good meals provided. It has been an phenomenal experience, and I would highly recommend this community.

From the first contact, [Removed] was a real pro. Westwood Place was the most distant facility from my Dad's current home but as we compared Westwood Place to facilities at various price points it quickly moved to the top of our list. The facility was modern and clean the staff was friendly and the residents were obviously happy. I felt welcome and the follow up was friendly and frankly perfect. I would recommend that anyone who's considering an assisted living community in the area check out Westwood Place you won't be disappointed.

This location is special because of the people they employ. The entire Staff is compassionate and shows a genuine concern for the residents. It is a beautiful location that is well maintained and cared for like home. The real gem is the culture they have created that is truly a family atmosphere and a place someone can call home!

Very Caring, fun and friendly staff. Clean and modern living facilities.(Some areas that have just been, and some areas that are currently being renovated to remain up to date.) Great food and many fun activities to keep the residents busy and cheerful, such as live music, outings to eat and other types of live entertainment on a weekly basis. On site hair salon is also a plus. This is a great place to feel comfortable having your loved one move in. I highly recommend getting a free tour, especially if you can time it with one of their great activities they put on.

I come to Mansfield Place for various activities and enjoy myself every time.

This is a nice community. We liked that the staff is nice and caring. The community has a nice environment. The menu is appealing. We liked the at they offered him the activities that are available. We would recommend that families tour this community for good care

This was by far one of the nicest places I toured. [Removed] was fantastic and continues to stay in touch with us. She has invited us to an ice cream social which we are going to attend

The staff is amazing [Removed] just to name a few treat mom with amazing care. My mom likes the meals they give her plenty of choices. My only concern is they only have 1 activities person when she is gone or busy all activities stop. The apartments are clean nice set-up and easy for wheelchairs to get around.

We have been over the top happy with Kingsbury – mom couldn’t be any happier.

My mother who is 90 moved in to Kingsbury in Mar/Apr of this year and everyone has been fabulous. [Removed] especially helpful and energetic. Keep up the great work. Thank you everyone for your care for my mom.

I like the care her for my father at this nice community. the staff is caring and attentive to his needs. The menu is very good for him and he likes the variety. They have a lot of actives. The community is clean with a great atmosphere. We would recommend this community for the care and the value for other families.

I feel at home here and have no complaints. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone knows over names and present themselves very well. The activities are fun, the food is very tasty and I like it here so much.

I had toured this community and we liked the food that we ate there and the people who live there. They only had a one bedroom available. They were very friendly with us and I appreciate A Place For Mom's help and referrals.
