The staff and management are very kind, friendly and helpful. I feel very good about my mother being here at this facility.

My family really likes Preston Place. The staff loved her and she seemed to be perfectly content. I really love the director, she’s great. She’s very personable and not too business-like. She’s encouraging if there are any issues and she really knows what she’s doing so it helps me feel more comfortable about my Mom being there. She likes to eat and hasn’t had any complaints about the food, she likes it and I can eat with her anytime I want to as long as I give them a heads up that I’m coming by. The facility smells good and you feel at home when you first walk in, it’s wonderful. They have a lot of arts and crafts and they’ll take the residents out on field trips occasionally. They even offered for my Mom and I to have dinner with them while on our tour, before we had ever decided to move her in, and Mom ate everything, her plate was clean. It’s really been a wonderful place and I’m happy she’s here.

My Sister and I brought Mom here and were impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness and what the facility offers. There is something to do all day long and once a week they go places on the bus, if they choose to go. There is a beautiful courtyard and the dining room and common areas are large. The facility is locked at all times so we never worry about Mom.

The engagement and enthusiasm here is exceptional. I'd venture to say that most facilities in this category cannot boast the same. The level of support is really heartwarming, and the amount of interesting gatherings (monthly)...spectacular! Keep it up, my fine friends!

My Aunt has been a resident here for 3 years. They always treat her with compassion and respect. I would highly recommend this place to any person who needs that extra care.

My Grandparents reside at Mansfield Place. I love how involved the whole staff is with them. My whole family is very well satisfied with the whole program. Keep up the good work Team Mansfield!

My Mother-in Law was in need of a home / place that would take care of her. She was unable to stay in her home due to her illness. They have been very helpful and kind in helping her adjust.

Very good impression. Clean, home-like environment;lots of living space. I wouldn't mind living there myself. Bonus, [Removed] is a niece of my late mother's best friend from high school & is familiar with my dad's old friends as well. Can't get much better than that! Although we are not ready to place Dad at this time, this is where we would like to place him if/when the time comes.

My Father thoroughly enjoys living at the Mansfield Place. Everyone is very caring and takes a special interest in the residents. They provide such a family atmosphere and have many activities for their residents. Also, my Father absolutely LOVES the food! :)

Since I checked my Uncle in last May, he has received excellent care and loves the staff. I would highly recommend anyone wanting their loved one looked after and have no concerns!

My Aunt is a resident here. She has been going through chemotherapy and they have been good about the many "extra" things she has needed. The room is nice and very comfortable.

Overall, my parents experience has been great. The staff seems to care about their residents. Mom is well taken care of. Food is good. Social activities seem to be great!

Mansfield Place has become home, while staff and residents have become family, to our parents. The facility is beautiful, clean inside and out. The food is healthy and delicious. The medical care is excellent and has been lifesaving in a couple of instances. The daily needed care is exceptional. Plus they offer quite a wonderful variety of fun daily, weekly, monthly and family activities. The hair salon, visiting foot doctor and library are truly appreciated. Everyone has taken the time to get to know them, treat them with kindness, respect and love. Our parents are safe, comfortable and happy!

Personnel were friendly and outgoing. The tour was complete; all questions were answered promptly and satisfactorily. We were quite impressed with the facility.

I think I made the best choice in bringing my Mother here. We are very satisfied and my mom is very well cared for. I trust all of the staff members and they are reliable and honest. This is a smaller community with only 40 residents. They do a really nice job of caring for everyone and they are always professional. I would recommend this facility to other families.

Oak Creek Place is incredible. The concern of the administrators when I went through the interview process was fantastic. They answered all my questions, were very transparent about every aspect of the community, and they wanted to know if I and any suggestions for how they could best care for my loved one. The food is very nice, and they have a wide variety of options to suit everyone's needs. The have a huge amount of activities. They have an in-house movie theatre, beautiful craft rooms, and everything about the community is wonderful. Even the house keeping staff are certified caregivers. This community is just comfortable and lovely, and I would absolutely recommend it.

This facility has been more than what I expected. They have always been available to me if I need anything and they are very accommodating. The staff treats my Mother wonderfully and they even tell her when meals are being served. Recently my mom has been in and out of the hospital and the facility has been nice enough to send her cards and flowers. It’s nice to know that they think of her. I would recommend this facility to other families.

I recently went on a tour with a coworker. We both work in the Healthcare industry. We were extremely impressed by the staff and building. Russ Place does not seem anything remotely like a nursing home. I would have no problem recommending anyone try Russ Place for loved ones is need of such a community. I fact, I would definitely want my loved ones to have such wonderful care and living space.

After several visits and tours of Russ Place, I am impressed with the quality of the environment and programs offered. The individual resident and their specific needs and levels of care are assessed as well as ways to foster their independence. The staff was especially helpful in providing answers to questions, helpful resources, and encouragement. Several residents also expressed very positive views in regards to their improved quality of life since moving to Russ Place. Much effort appears to have been made to provide a healthy home environment. There were no hints of indifference or of an institutional setting. I highly recommend Russ place and their staff and would consider moving there in the future.
