Astor Place gives compassionate care at whatever level is needed for seniors. My mother has a great apartment and kind caregivers. The floor plan of the senior apartment building is of an ideal size and layout. 20 plus units in an oval. She can walk laps inside if its raining and it is in a nice neighborhood for walks on nice days.

This is a nice community. We like the staff that is caring and attentive. The community is very clean and nice environment for the residents. We like how they offer a daily list of activities for her to participate with the other residents. I like knowing that she likes the menu of the healthy meals. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

My father has recently made the move into this community and so far we have no complaints with how things are going for him. The staff are very friendly and have made sure to accommodate his needs to the best of there ability. He has had no issues with the meals they provide and enjoys participating from time to time in the activity program they have throughout the week. Overall we are very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

I respect all the employees I think they do a terrific job.

[Removed] is awesome. She loves my dad and takes great care of him. She is a good friend to me and I am so grateful for her. I love to see her smiling face when I come in! Dad is so blessed to have her. It is not just a job to her. She really cares for everyone.

When your parents need extra assistance and care and must leave their home it is difficult for the entire family. The staff at Carlisle was there for each step of our transition. Our parents feel that they now have an extended family at Carlisle to help them with their daily needs, laundry, meals, physical, social and emotional care. What a peace of mind for all of us.

We are very happy with this facility---Clean, nice staff and nice rooms. Our Father seems comfortable and well taken care of. We feel our Father is secure as the building is always locked. The surrounding area is very nice, which makes us feel safe coming and going from the building. We consider Mansfield Place an answer to prayer. We thank the staff and ownership for their good service. Blessings...

All the staff at Hunters Crossing have been absolutely wonderful from day 1 ! I had to move my mom and dad to a previous place, and they are 100% better cared for and they are happy! I also noticed the other residents are happy! The staff is especially caring and considerate ! They go out of their way to quickly solve any problem you may have , no matter how small or big! Most importantly, mom and dad are happy! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have a family member that resides at Bell Gardens. He was not able to live on his own any longer. It is the most wonderful place. It is like having your own apartment but with a wonderful staff to assist you.The nursing staff is wonderful and aides are readily available to provide assistance. It is very clean and they provide wonderful meals. They have a variety of daily activities that the residents can participate in. Knowing my family member is happy and well taken care is very Important to me, and I am very thankful to the entire staff at Bell Gardens.

We were impressed with the talk we had and when we found that it was cheaper than the other communities and they had a good deal, we moved my mom. Now she is doing good and she has been doing some of the activities like working with the residents on puzzles. The staff have been great with their care and call me anytime to let us know anything. I got a call when she was not feeling and they told me she was coughing. They took her vitals and checked her blood pressure. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

Mansfield Place is the most impressive Assisted Living Facility I have visited. The building is modern and in immaculate condition. The staff are accommodating and friendly. They relate well with the residents. Their beautiful court yard is an inviting and safe area for my loved one. I have attended many activities at Mansfield Place but among my favorites are their annual classic car show. It's a fun look back at the cars that were popular back in the day. They have a program that features "Elvis' Lost Brother" with a fantastic Elvis impersonator who includes the audience in his act. I feel confident that outside of my presence my family member would be very well cared for and loved. The activities are fun and engaging. They even arrange special dinners to celebrate holidays. The Executive Director [Removed] is a fantastic director who not only makes sure her staff interacts with the residents but she does as well. She often accompanies them on excursions outside the residence and seems to really enjoy spending time with them. She made herself available anytime we needed to talk or had a question. I highly recommend Mansfield Place. Sadly, our loved one passed before we could make the move to Mansfield Place.

I was reading some of the reviews below and noticed that they are wrong. They have 2 nurses during the day and 5 care givers. That is 7 people on the floor for 40 residents. That is unheard of at an assisted living building as that is 1 to 5 which is outstanding. The call response time averages 30 seconds which is also wonderful. My mother has been there for 3 years and we love the staff, the building and the people. You cannot compare the care to anywhere else, it is outstanding at Fairfield Place.

This community is working out very well for my mother, and her needs. We are very pleased with her move to this community. We know she is safe, and in good hands. They have a wonderful staff, my mother has not had any issues with them. They provide good meals, and offer nice activities for the residents. When I visit the community, and her room are well-kept. This is a very well run community, and I would recommend it.
