I have found both the staff, and facility to be remarkable. My loved one is getting exactly the care they need, and the way they customize that care level to fit the needs is way more than one would expect. Super experience, and no worries!

I like that they find activities to match the resident's current care level. The staff are encouraging and even took the residents out to a movie. This is a small open memory care unit. The cost does not change as the residents care needs change. The residents all receive the care they need. They do whatever they can to make the residents happy. This is a privately owned community and I would recommend it for memory care.

I'am pleased with my fathers move to this community. It is a nice community with a great staff. They are very patient, and caring. I know he is in good hands at this facility. When I come to visit the community looks good, they do a good job with the cleanliness. They do provide well balanced meals. There are nice activities offered for the residents, and they have nice day trips outside the community. My father is enjoying his time here, and I would recommend this community.

After touring several facilities and not finding one that I felt would be a good choice for my mom, I toured River Run Place and as soon as I met [Removed] I knew this would be a good fit for her. She, a brother and I toured the following day. My brother agreed with my opinion of the facility, especially the friendliness and caring shown by the staff we met. I am very pleased this facility was on my list to tour and there was an apartment available with my short time frame.

I am happy being here. The staff are friendly and fine. The food is as expected and fine to me. I am an active person away from the community and I do play some cards and go to religious services. I picked this community because the apartment was the right size, the location was convenient, and the ambiance was very comfortable. Everybody says it is very nice here.

[Removed] did a very good job in giving helpful information and touring the facility. I love the location, close to where my daughter and family live and next to shopping area. The place was very modern, clean, and inviting. The residents seemed to be very contented and well cared for. The meal plan is very inviting. The residents seemed to be very relaxed and comfortable. I was very impressed with the whole atmosphere.

My mom recently passed away at Fairfield Place. Even though it was a sad team their staff made all the difference. They were sincere and stayed with your and mom during the whole thing. She lived there for many years and we were blessed to find them.

The respite for my wife turned into a permanent move in. we are happy with the community. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn't need amenities like a pool. I think it is a good place for extend care.

Loved this place and even put down a deposit to be placed not he waiting list. it is affordable but more than her monthly and what she hopefully would get in the va aid/attendens. It was more like a senior apartment complex but does not offer medicaid once her funds run out.

Great little assisted living nestled in a lovely neighborhood. Staff is friendly and activities are well thought out......they meet the residents requests.

Everyone at this facility has demonstrated caring thoughtful actions toward my family.

[Removed] was informative and fun! she interacted with staff and residents. This building was very well maintained, clean, lots of flowers and fountains, residents interacted but definitely could see the different levels of care needs. The staff seems very accommodating! This will definitely be a consideration for us and we'll bring Mom for visit.

We toured this community for care. The staff were nice and did answer the questions we had on the care. They do offer activiites that are offer to the residents. We found the community to be very clean. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one with a good value

As a new tenant I have found this to be an exceptional place to live. Everyone is helpful and good natured and the food is excellent.

We are happy with the care of this community. The staff is very nice and we like the care that is being received here. They go out of their way to take great care of my mom and the caregivers are outstanding. The menu is very good and the dining are is beautiful. This is a new community and everything is wonderful. The activiites are wonderful and I like that my mom is receiving here. I would highly recommend the care and the excellent value for great care of a loved one.

I toured this community with my mom for my dad. The activities sounded fun and varied. One hall had a slight odor but the facility was clean and the staff friendly.

The facility is lovely, clean and inviting. Staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and nice. My brother seems happy there. My mother in law was at Bickford for 2 years before her death. The service then and now are excellent.

My mother was in another assisted living facility for about 14 months. We have already noticed in one month at Rogue River Place a BIG difference in Mom's attitude and making friends. This is due to the great staff

We toured this community and the staff was nice. The rooms were very small and not what we loved te cleanliness and very beautiful. A lot of nice people. This would have been a nice place for good care for my father. He was a community that had more men, and at this time it would not be what he was wanting. Families should tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My mother is a resident here.My family lives close by and they have had positive things to say about the care. They have been very attentive to her, anytime she may have a question they respond quickly. The attitude and demeanor of the staff is very friendly.We chose Parkhurst place because of what they said they were going to do and so far they have met those expectations. She seldom says she wants to go home and she seems to be comfortable.
