The staff at Plum Creek Place were very caring and always called me if there was an issue.

Looking for an Assisted living community and we were on a time restraint called 3 or 4 places on a Saturday the Only one to call us right back was West Wood Place. We went on Monday to tour it This place was awesome clean well kept. By Wednesday we had my mom moved in to her little apartment. 3 meals a day multiple activities and nurses around the clock. A special thanks to [name removed] she went above and beyond. We really feel good that my mother has the care she needs here

There was a waiting list and it was too expensive.

I loved [name removed] who we were in contact with at Evergreen Place. Even though this facility did not work out for us, she still called me to follow up and check in on my loved one which we thought was very sweet. Looking back now I kick myself and wish that we would have moved her here, it seemed like such a great place. The only downfall was that they do not take Medicaid.

I am so happy with the care my mother is receiving at Kingsbury! She is happy and has especially bonded with the staff. The staff are friendly and caring, and there is a family atmosphere. I have great relief knowing she is in a safe place, and her needs are being met.

Miller place is home! They are a huge notch above the rest. I’m a nurse. I’ve seen it all. Miller place is the real deal and they truly care from management on down to the housekeeper! They have done a great job getting us through the pandemic and I wouldn’t want my family anywhere else.

The staff is very caring. I cannot say enough good things about them. The management cares and it shows. The administrator and director of nursing are so helpful and always make time for my family. While not perfect, these folks are top notch and who am I to criticize the tough job they do ! Great place for my family!

Wildflower Place provides wonderful care. The staff have gone above and beyond to assist my loved one in the community and they have made me feel safe with having my loved one in the community. The communication with the staff has been wonderful. They could improve the food by having more diabetic friendly options for the residents.

We chose Terrebonne Place because of the location, the friendliness of all of the staff, and the quality of care that they provided. The staff bends over backwards and they are fantastic. They are accommodating, want to help you in any way they can, and want to make the transition as smooth as possible for your loved one and the family. My siblings and I are not local so that was especially helpful having a staff that was so accommodating. I would highly recommend the facility. I cannot say enough good things about [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed].

Cimmaron works quickly and professionally to get your loved one the best care possible. [name removed] does a great job in the activity department with unlimited events for your loved ones to attend. [name removed] and her staff are all warm and welcoming and [name removed] is very in tune with meeting the needs of her families.

I couldn’t think of a better and happier place for my mom to live than the Allegro. They have fantastic amenities available that mom enjoyed very much but what makes The Allegro such a special place are the staff. They are unsurpassed in the personal attention they give to each and every resident!! The staff in the dining room and kitchen made sure mom was taken care of so well she felt like a queen! I ate with mom several times and ALWAYS had a delicious meal…like over-the-top delicious!! The PT/OT office is incredible with the patience and care they give. It really made a huge difference in mom’s ability to enjoy life! The maintenance team always came with a smile on their faces and the office staff were such personable and professional members of this great team but, what I found the most amazing, was that every staff member knew each of the residents by name and that is indicative of what makes The Allegro such a great place to live!!! Astor Place provides a good quality experience for the people that are there. What stands out to me the most is that it's a smaller community with approximately 29 residents. The staff don't seem hurried, they seem to be getting their job(s) done pretty smoothly. The food is excellent as well & I would recommend Astor place to others.

The people here are wonderful and helpful. They are responsive to the family's questions or concerns about our loved one. All the meals are included for the residents. My loved one seems to be doing well in the community and looks well when we visit. The medication management, dressing, bathing, and hygiene assistance is some of the care the community is able to provide for my loved one.

The staff is all friendly including on the weekends. The communication from staff is amazing. They keep me updated if anything happens to my loved one. The staff are attentive to my loved one's needs. They work well with hospice as well. [name removed] is really, really good at what she does. She helped get my loved one into the community. My loved one enjoys the meals and snacks provided by the community. They have activities and the staff make sure the residents are engaged in the activities as well. It is a secure community. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

It worked out good for us for the short stay we had. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The check in and out process was very easy. They were able to spend sometime with us during check-in, and the check out process with very smooth. The staff were good at communicating with me about my loved one over the phone.

We really liked what we saw from Plum Creek Place. It was very nice and clean and the staff were super accommodating. The girl that we were working with bent over backwards to help us and try to get the price where it needed to be so that way my loved one could move in. We were very impressed with them.

I’ve had the pleasure of having both my great grandmothers here. The staff treat your loved ones like family, they are true lifesavers, and it is the cleanest facility I have ever been in. Im putting my nanny in here this week as well. I don’t ever recommend places but I tell everyone how amazing this building is! THANK YOU [name removed]& STAFF <3

My father (96) lived at Highlander Place for seven months. When we moved him in he couldn't believe how nice it was! He didn't expect that. He loved his caregivers. They attended to all his needs and became his friends. Highlander Place has a friendly staff who were there to help dad in any way possible. The maintenance person is a wonderful young man who helped my dad with numerous tasks in his apartment. He always had a smile and worked his best to make my dad happy. Dad also enjoyed eating in the dining room and visiting with the fellow "Vets" who reside there. Since my dad hadn't recovered from the fall he experienced last November, he's no longer able to stay in his apartment and was moved to a skilled nursing facility. He's thankful for the time he lived at Highlander Place and would still be there if it was possible.

My wife and I toured this facility in [date removed] and she moved in [date removed]. We liked the home like atmosphere and were impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Some months after the move in they remain friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was the normal adjustment period for both she and I, and the staff helped in that transition. The layout of the facility and the people made this an obvious choice for us. My wife has remarked that she feels safe at RR and "they take really good care of us". I do think that Covid protocols have effected activities negatively and that is not the fault of RR. But they still make every effort to keep the resident involved and active. If you are looking for a place that feels like home, this deserves your consideration.

The staff was outstanding! Very helpful gave lots of info also a nice walkthrough to see where your love ones are going to staying. I can’t say more about this place . You would have to see for yourself! And [name removed] was the most!??
