I would recommend Oakley Place to others for their loved ones. My loved one is happy here. Everyone is friendly here. I think they are understaffed like everywhere in the current employment climate. The food could have a little bit more variety. There are some substitutes that are made such as pizza for meals for the residents. There are lots of activities for the residents to choose from. Games, exercises, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to participate in. There is a hair salon on site.

The location of Terrebonne Place is great for our family which is very helpful. Some of the things that we were promised in the beginning have not been worked out yet. Our main disappointment is that they said they would have mass daily/weekly and they have not done that yet.

We had a fabulous tour with Bickford at Mission Springs. The staff were more than willing to talk and did not make us feel like we were taking up their time. The facility itself is nice, clean, and well decorated. It is very inviting. It is more of a long term care facility and I think that they can work with you on Medicaid. This will be the next place we look into.

I toured Kingswood Place and found it to be a very, very nice facility; it was ran very well. We chose another community because Kingswood did not fit into our budget.

while my loved one only stayed at Bickford for a short time, we thought it was excellent. the only negative feedback i have, is that i often had to go in behind the housekeeper with my own cleaning methods and supplies; their cleaning job just wasn't up to standard. aside from that my loved one really enjoyed living here and if i had to do it all again i would choose this community!

I want to pass along our appreciation to the staff that spent a couple of nights at Mansfield Place during the winter storm we had a couple of weeks ago to make sure our loved ones were taken care of. You also made sure the staff that were not able to get in because of the weather were picked up and taken home after their shifts. Sorry I did not know the names of those who stayed, but it was truly appreciated. Your ENTIRE staff is doing a great job and we thank them! With our sincere appreciation, the family of one of your residents.

I would highly recommend Highlander Place to others. The community allows pets. The nurses and aides are good to work with. The food is great. They have lots of activities for the residents to participate in. The setting is beautiful and the community is all on one floor. There is an emergency lock on the doors and it is well secured.

The community is clean, it smells nice and the staff is wonderful. Sometimes our loved one complains about the food because it is under seasoned but we think it is prepared very well. They also have a good amount of activities to offer.

We chose Eagle Pointe Place because when I first went in to talk to them about what they offered, I just felt good about it. They answered all of my questions I had and they were super friendly and they accepted what was going on. We were able to get my dad moved in within a few days which was really important. When my dad came to visit they were calling him by name and he really liked that. The residents were all saying hello as we walked around, it just felt like a big family. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

We loved Cimarron Place! It was just way out of my family member's price range. But we had a very positive impression based on our tour.

I had a really good tour with Plum Creek Place, I was just looking for a facility that was strictly memory care.

I have peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of for my loved one. The staff is excellent. They're very friendly and good about getting in contact with me if anything is wrong or if I have questions. I like that she has her own place where her family can come in and visit, and we don't have to be amidst everyone else, especially now with Covid. She has plenty of space to get around in, and I feel that she's safe there.

My mother has been at Davenport Place for just over 3 months. She has dementia and can be very challenging. The kind staff members have been quite attentive to her, keep me informed if there are questions or concerns, and generally gracious. I sleep easier at night knowing someone is looking after her.

Ridgeview Place is a very clean community and during our loved ones stay the staff members and their care was just wonderful, everyone was so great to work with. The nurses were always visiting our loved one 24/7 and keeping up communication with our family. Nothing was ever out of place. The nurses were just on top of everything and we would highly recommend.

It was great. My grandma was only there for a few months, and she was more or less bedridden. But they did a wonderful job taking care of her at the end of her life. I would definitely recommend them, for earlier stages of care as well. I had my grandma at a different place before coming to River Run, and I wish we had gotten her here sooner. They were really nice people, and the staff was really nice. It looked like they had quite a few cool activities, and I thought the cost was very fair. They handled Covid very seriously. I think they did a very good job.

They were really good. The first thing you see when you walk in is that the carpeting is worn, but that's the only negative about the whole environment. The Marketing Director and Executive Director knew me by first name. The staff were outstanding and constantly showed concern toward my mother. They tried to get her involved in activities. I think it was an excellent value.

I've lived here for 3 year, and I'm very satisfied with my experience here at Westwood. Staff is very nice to me, and very friendly place. I have a great relationship with other residents. I would recommend this community.

I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful, they are always ready to assist. All the residents are friendly and we have a good time together. The overall building is always clean, and decorated very nicely for every holiday.
