When I have visited Mansfield Place I have found the staff to be very friendly. The building has also been very clean. I have also had the pleasure to eat some of the food cooked for the residents and have found it to be very good. The residents I have met have been real friendly also.

The staff is extremely helpful and attentive to any needs of the residents and families. There is always someone available to answer any questions. My grandmother is a resident and absolutely loves the nurses and aides.

A wonderful place full of love and joy.

Mom and I toured, we found a clean, home like setting with friendly residents. Staff was helpful and kind. I look forward to seeing how they can assist us with accommodations.

After visting five facilities, I chose Cherryvale Place as the best for my wife to be taken care of. Not perfect but is very good.

Very kind, compassionate and clean. Communication staff very friendly+helpful. Nursing staff some times overwhelmed.

There are plentiful activities here, there meals a day in a nice dining hall. The staff is fabulous from the nurses to the aids to the servers and reception. They truly care about the residents here.

I have been enjoying this community. There are a number of wonderful people.

We're very happy with the facility and the staff. Everyone is very friendly and always seem like they are glad to be here and help our families.

The tour went very well. There is a wide range of activities to choose from and be involved with. The rooms are very accommodating. There are numerous sitting areas to either watch television or areas designated to just sit and talk/socialize with others. The dining area is very large with many tables. The staff was friendly.

Very nice place, lots of good upgrades going on. Rooms were great, amenities...beautiful. Seems to have plenty of activities. Location is good. Staff was friendly.

My family has been most please with Russ Place and the way they conduct themselves incaring for my mother. Their caring attitude was exhibited when we first arrived - we were gretteed by several members of the staff and they immediately assited mom from the car. Communication has been fantastic. They promtly respond to our inquires and want to seek a solution to any roadblock that may arise. The enviorment is one that remind you of a family reunion minus the grumpy aunt or cantenkerous grandpa that is part of every family. We feel we are a part of the Russ Place Family. [name removed] & the rest of the staff have been very coooperative. The [name removed] is extremely lucky to have found such a caring , loving place that we trust will do anything possible to see that our mom is comfortable.

This facility has a very comfortable atmosphere, very homey, and inviting. The staff are very attentive and informative. Russ Place is definitely a place I or my family would be happy to live. I personally would recommend Russ Place to anyone that required assisted living.

My experience with Russ Place was superb from the beginning, from getting information, and touring. We were trying to transition my mother-in-law from Mo to La. [Removed] is great with residents and sends pictures from time to time of my mother in law participating in activities. [Removed] went above and beyond with getting our questions answered, and believe one, we had questions. We think of [Removed] as family! [Removed], the nurse was and is still very helpful. On the tour I was impressed by the apartments and even said that I would live here at Russ Place! The afternoon she moved in, after a 9 hour trip, the staff had fresh fruit and flowers in her room. She has improved so much since being at Russ Place. I would be happy to recommend Russ Place for any seniors looking for assisted living!!
