I think it's super easy. They're very friendly. It seems like a great place, and my family members love it there. We have no complaints so far. It's very clean. There's no typical nursing home smell. Everything just looks clean, and there are no dishes lying around or things like that.

I couldn't say enough nice thins about them. The only ting is I havent ben able ot go into my lveod ones' room fo ra year, prior tot hait was great. The food was very good. I would like to see more vegetables though. She is being well taken care of, and I have had no qualms about recommending them. I do so wholeheartedly becasue verybody who wokrs ther etreats them with respect and care and true kindness. We toured some othe places, and one of htem had dementia patients just locked down in a smaller area and was very dark and drear.y. Nobody was interacting with them. Here, someboyd is alwyas walking by and pattin gmy loved one on the back, calling him by name, and asking him how he's doing today, and asking if he wants to come sit and do something with them. I feel like they're very caring. If I had to do it all over again, I would go there again.

We chose Fairfield Place because it was s smaller community and close to our home. The room sizes here were nice. Overall it was a good experience, she really liked being here and I would recommend them to others looking.

I have lived here for almost a year. I love the staff and the activities set up for us. I couldn't be happier!

My kids chose Bickford of Springfield because they have a 24 hour around the clock nurse here. I feel that the room sizes are adequate. I enjoy the meals provided, it is good quality food. I do think that we could use more activities. Overall, I would recommend.

We chose Plum Creek Place because it is closer to my home and plus it is a bigger, nicer facility. It is also a great value for the money. She is in a studio and it is a lot bigger than the one she was at before. I am in here twice a week so I am able to see firsthand how good of acre they are taking care of residents. Every time I go in here they are doing activities, the activities director is always keeping them busy and entertained. I have eaten the food a couple of times and the food is good, they are chef prepared meals and the deserts are great. It is a very affordable, friendly place and they do a great job taking care of residents. I would highly recommend.

I would recommend the community. The people here are super nice. My husband seems happy here. The staff are helpful for the residents and families. The communication with the staff is good. The community is very expensive; however, the community is in line with other communities in the area.

We're reasonably happy with them. The only thing is, they are sometimes very slow at answering the phone. Other than that communication issue, the staff seem to be reasonably concerned and helpful. Residents have the opportunity to be socially active in the community. It's up to the individual how much so. We found the cost to be competitive.

The communication between the staff and the family is very good and they are quick to return emails and phone calls. They have a wide range of activities, and they have activities for each holiday. They send pictures over to us so we can see our loved ones participating in the activities. The community is not too small and not big. I would recommend this community to others

It's great that you get to bring your own things and maintain relative independence. Each resident is allowed one visitor at a time. You just sign up to see them face to face, and most of the places here in town you can't do that. That's huge for me. You couldn't ask for better people . Every once in a while you get a bad egg, but that happens anywhere. During Covid, you have to buy supplies/toiletries, which gets tricky because you can't go in the actual room, so I don't know what is needed. At first I was having problems with staff communicating in advance when to order, but I think we have it better worked out now. The food is pretty good, and if there's something my loved one doesn't like, the staff make adjustments. There's a new gal doing activities, and she's just awesome. She's always coming around and inviting residents to join in. You don't have to worry about your loved one here, which gives me great peace of mind.

We have had no complaints when it comes to the care service, the staff is very cooperative, attentive and very accommodating to our needs and situation. They are very responsive and just have great communication.

We think it is a very homey place, they seemed to not only be concerned about the residents but their families as well. We think they have done a great job this past year, we are glad we put out loved one here

For the price, we pay it is a very good value, they are very accommodating and do a good job with the residence and the family also. They have lots of things to do also. I would definitely recommend this community to others. It's a smaller community so my loved ones get more personalized care.

The community is privately owned and the thing that made me know this was the place was the staff's tenure. I would definitely recommend this community to others. The staff is very friendly and do a great job.

I am very pleased with our experience with Bell Gardens Place. We chose this facility because the value seemed to be the best, I was impressed with the cleanliness, and it is very well kept. Everybody seems to be very friendly and one thing I have been very impressed with is that they are the only facility in the area that have kept covid out. I would recommend them to others looking.

We have been very happy with our experience with CherryVale Place. We looked at a lot of places and chose this facility due to the cost, the convenient location, and the staff members that we talked with were great. They also had availability at the time that we needed it. When my parents moved in, they got a double room. After my dad passed, my mom was moved into a smaller room but for her it is perfect size. They were very strict on the covid restrictions, everyone has been vaccinated now so things are starting to open up. They were great about protecting their residents and I would recommend them to others looking.

This community is the best value for your money. You get a lot for the money. I would definitely recommend this community to others and have moved in my grandpa too

We chose Cherryvale Place because at our point in time, they had the best covid preventative scores in the area. So we figured it would be the safest for that reason. The room sizes at the facility are fine, they seemed a little better than average. They really do not bend the rules when it comes to residents safety, they have been very good at keeping everyone safe. I would recommend to others looking.

The staff members and nursing staff that we have encounter have all been really good, and our loved one there seems to be kept pretty busy.

The reality of the role reversal of becoming the caregiver and major decision maker for your elderly family members hit hard this past year. 2020 was certainly a challenging time for all of us, but was especially difficult for the elderly and their loved ones. I have two immediate family members in Assisted Living at Eagle Pointe Place. It was such a comfort knowing they were kept safe during this time. We received regular updates from Eagle Pointe Place in regards to the quarantine status and other measures put into place. The most recent update was the best news yet; the residents and staff received the the first round of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine! Making life-changing decisions for loved ones is not an easy task. It is rewarding when you know you made the right choice. Eagle Pointe Place was definitely the right place for our loved ones.
