We are completely satisfied with how things are going at Parkhurst. Staff is doing an excellent job.

Our loved one is happy and safe at Parkhurst. Staff is excellent with him and makes him feel appreciated. We are able to rest east knowing he is well cared for.

I have a relative that moved to Russ Place within the last 12 months. To say she is THRIVING is a gross understatement. She is a different person when I talk to her. There has been a big change since she lived alone. I believe being a part of a community has recharged her life. She has friends, she eats with others 3 times a day and enjoys many of the activities they offer. She feels safe when she goes to bed at night and knows if she needs anything someone will be there with the pull of a cord. I am so grateful for the care she receives that contributes to her overall wellbeing. My entire family is thankful for Russ Place!

I have first hand seen how amazing Russ Place is for our family and our community! They have such a superb staff that goes over and above for their residents! My family is so very pleased with the care they have received. Russ Place feels like family. You can feel the warmth when you walk in the door. Thank you Russ Place. We are so thankful we found a place that gives us comfort to leave mom and know she is taken care of.

The staff really cares about the residents. Russ Place is like a big family where the residents look out for each other. Some have described it as a "Community Watch" just like you would have a "neighborhood Watch" in your subdivision. When a resident who doesn't show up for Bingo who normally is at the activity with bells on, the other Bingo Playing Residents will go to their apartments and check on them. The activities really do allow for the residents to THRIVE and add more "Life to their years" not just "Years to their lives!"

Parkhurst does a wonderful job of taking care of my mother in law for almost two years now. She is 103 years old and sometimes requires a lot of help - They do a great job assisting her in her every day living. We had two residents here at one time early one this year. Parkhurst was so very compassionate to the dear Aunt that we lost.

There staff greeted us warmly! They are competent and excellent at their jobs! Went above and beyond to help us get our mother moved in in a timely manner! Can’t say enough about Kingswood Place and [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]!!

As I toured this community I realized what a caring loving place this was. I was excited to get on the waiting list and hope to be moving my father in soon

Bell Gardens Place is a god send for my family. We were struggling to care for our mother and it was stressing our family to the max. She is so happy at Bell Gardens and she feels cared for and loved

The staff at Settlers were fantastic and did a great job caring for my mom. I recommend them to anyone needing to place a loved one in assisted living. It is like a big family. I can't thank them enough!

This facility was a front-runner from the start. Especially like the lockdown feature and the fact that they want the residents to stay through all stages of their life. Really love the small, homey feel. I feel our Mom will be happy at Fairfield Place.

This was a very nice facility, but the Memory needs residents and the Assisted living residents are intermingled and this won't work for us. It is also a multi story facility with no restriction or division for residents who would not have the capability to remember to use the elevator and not go own the stairs.

My parents were at the place that they could no longer be safe at home without someone being there everyday to check and do house hold chores. They were not excited about coming but once here they have adjusted very well. This is a small facility compared to some which we thought would provide a more intimate stay. Also even though my dad had dementia he would be able to stay with my mom even as his disease progresses and not have to move to a different unit. This is one of many things that influenced our decision to choose Oakley. I made a request to the kitchen staff for my dad to be served French toast which he will would always order in restaurants when we took them out. I thought this would make his adjustment easier and sure enough he orders French toast each and every day and they continue try to cater to his taste each day. As for the rest of the care, the staff is excellent. My mom adores the Bible study and Good News with [name removed]. [Name removed] the housekeeper is like a long lost friend to the residents. She really cares about them and they enjoy her company. and [name removed], the activities director is very creative and does a great job of keeping the residents busy. She loves the social times and always seems to have something to look forward to. Can't say enough good about Oakley Place.

My family toured for my mother. Very friendly staff. Very informative sales person. Very knowledgeable and helpful with VA program questions. Clean, well organized. Enjoyed a great meal. Loved having animals in the community. Will recommend.

I was very impressed with the facility at Russ Place. I hope to be able to place my mother in their care.

My in-laws have been at Oakley Place in a one-bedroom apartment for over three months. They love it there. My mother-in-law is able to be around other people and join in the activities that she wants, for she is a "people person". My father-in-law is able to sit in his chair in a comfortable room and watch T.V. The staff is very friendly. They do a great job making people feel at home, while the small facility has a homey feeling. [name removed] keeps the rooms well kept and clean as she chats with the residents. [Name removed] reminds the residents of activities, then helps to include them in the activity. All of the staff know the residents by name and do what they can to help each one on an individual basis. I know my in-laws are well taken care of and are getting the help they need.

I live out of state in Delaware and my Dad is my best friend. I could not have asked for a better place for my Dad... The love, care, and understanding they give to my Dad is beyond expectations. Westwood's team and Management team consistently go above and beyond in caring for my Dad and they treat him like family. It is so calming to know he is in such great hands. The team is top notch and the community is so clean - it is a place I am proud to have Dad call home. Thank you for taking such good care of him and being so kind to me and my family.. I am so happy we found Westwood - my Dad's home...

I moved my mother at Kingsbury Place a couple of months ago. What a change it has made for her and for our relationship. She is so much happier to be with others and they keep them so busy doing the fun things my mom likes to do. Now I know why they are the best!
