I came in all the time a i have say how friendly everyone is especially [name removed] at the front desk always smiling and laughing. She is great with the residents . Its so refreshing to see.

I arm impressed with this place. Staff are amazing! Such a clean friendly environment. My favorite is [name removed] ! What a helpful, kindhearted, generous lady! Thank you [name removed] for treating all residents with respect and dignity.

I am thrilled that this place a lot of staff that ALL speak English. An appear to like working there, and like older people. I pray the staff stays the same. The last two places, the staff got worst and no one speaks English. I think this is terrible. People with memory loss need to be spoken to on a daily basis.

It has everything an assisted living home should have. Wonderful staff and amenities. It’s not too big and overwhelming like some places I toured. Rooms are up to date and the facility is beautifully maintained. My grouchy 89 yr old grandpa would even agree. :)

Westwood is the place I was looking for, to take care of my Grandma. The staff is amazing. They take wonderful care of her. They are personal in remembering everything abt her and with her loved ones that come visit. They are their own little community and the other residents make friends with my loved one and look out for her as well! My grandma says the food is delicious, the staff is caring, and it is very clean. I’m thankful my grandma is safe and being cared for. I am at peace knowing she’s happy and being well taken care of. Now I can enjoy her more with the weight of trying to care for, that Westwood has taken off of me.

This is a great place. My mother has early onset Alzheimer's. We were very concerned about her living alone and wanted to find a place where she could be safe yet still maintain some independence. We did not want to put her in a typical nursing home. We toured Westwood and were super impressed. It had everything we could ever want for her...a nice big apartment, great food and services, activities, and a super friendly staff. They helped us walk through the process of breaking the news to my mom and getting her on board. Within a week she settled in and hasn't ever asked to go back to the farm she lived on for over 30 years. We love to go up and visit and participate in the monthly family activities. The staff does a great job communicating with us and letting us know what's going on. We love Westwood and are so glad that we were able to find a lace like this for our mom.

Mom’s new apartment! Westwood has been such a blessing for our family. Mother has a very outgoing personality and in the two months that she has lived there she has made many friends. The daily activities help keep her mind engaged and busy. The monthly family activities are a blast. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is having a good time. The daily exercise class is so much fun! My grandson and I had the opportunity to take part one morning. Mitchell’s quote, “This is like my football conditioning but we did it sitting in a chair. I’m not sure my coach would approve but it was fun.” Because I live very close to Westwood, I’m able to pop in anytime of the day. I have observed the staff in many different situations. They are always helpful and treat the residents with love and respect. Our family is very grateful to have found such a wonderful home for our mother. A big thank you to the staff.

CLEAN, BRIGHT, AND PLEASANT! The best of all possible worlds for care of my mother. Unbelievable staff; attentive, personable, and caring - truly sincere. Dependable and very little turn-over. Mansfield Place welcomed our mother with open arms from the moment she moved in. She loves it here! She also loves the food. She is treated with love and respect which is important to us. We are so pleased! Highly recommend Mansfield Place!

The staff have been very helpful and friendly. Mom told me that she hasn't met anyone on the staff who hasn't been good to her. Staff have even helped take care of her cat and the cat isn't that friendly! Mom's apartment has met all our expectations. The building and grounds are all well kept. Overall we're very satisfied.

Ridgeview Place has been a life-saver for my family. My dad was having major issues living alone but had been in his home since 1969, and we worried the transition to assisted living would be tough for him. The staff at Ridgeview made it so easy for all of us. They are caring, kind, professional, and treat my dad like family. They encourage independence, but assist where needed. My dad has made new friends, enjoys the social activities and interaction, and seems to be very happy there. Highly recommend!

This has been a heartbreaking experience for me, since I had to seek and obtain care for my wife in March of 2018 away from our home due to Alzheimer’s. The move to Kent Place Senior Living has been a God send for my wife and for me when I chose to move her to Kent Place Senior Living in September of 2018. My wife has really thrived at Kent Place; due to the care and respect she has been given and shown during her residency. I want to thank the management, staff and residents (because the residents do contribute to the healthful environment at Kent Place). All the staff demonstrate their commitment and dedication to ensuring the residents are safe, cared for and respected every day. The management at Kent Place is very experienced and have been there for many years, like most of the staff. The management team set the example for all that work there, that resident care and wellbeing is the highest priority. There have been many fun times that I have observed, and Kent place regularly brings entertainment for the residents. Kent Senior Living is generally quiet and peaceful, except during a lively Bingo game or other activity. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the food is the highest quality, very tasty and healthy. Each resident can select from a menu choice each day. The dining experience is dignified and excellent. There is an active community council where menu selections for the next month are recommended and voted on, community concerns are addressed; then implemented by management and staff. There are so many incredible people working and caring for the residents at Kent Place. Many of the residents also watch out for each other and contribute to this great living experience.
