The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have lots of activities for the residents to participate in and the food is good too. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The management is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I've not had any issue that has not been resolved within the same day. And I've had very few issues, just minor things. For instance, my loved one's fridge went out in her room, and they had a new fridge brought in within about 6 hours or so. The food is amazing. They have a chef who 's been with them quite a while, about 12 years, and he puts out some amazing quality meals for the residents.

My brother signed on the dotted line because of the cost. But he stays there because of the administrator and the staff. They make sure that he gets the medical care he needs and takes him to his appointments and check in on him everyday to make sure that he gets what he needs. You have to be buzzed in to get into the facility and you have to have a mask and your temperature is taken.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we needed a community with memory care.

After our initial tour/visit, it was a relief to feel the homey atmosphere of Kingsbury Place. Dad thanked us for taking him to a nice place the day we moved him in. The staff is friendly and caring, so we never have to worry about that, which is a huge relief. They are people who happily fill in as family and genuinely want the residents to feel at home. They maintain high levels of safety from covid.....also a comfort for families. Communication with nursing staff has been excellent, especially considering the many health needs of our dad. We are so extremely grateful and fortunate for Kingsbury Place to be there for Dad's care.

We had a couple of very good tours at Fairfield Place. We started out with an online tour first. The online experience was different than in person, so I was glad we did it again in person. I got a much better feel for the facility in person. I had a good overall impression of the facility, and I liked the level of activities they offered. Location played a big part in our decision, and Fairfield Place was just farther away than we wanted.

We toured Cimarron Place and the tour was great and they were very thorough. They answered all of our questions and kept in touch with us even after choosing a different facility.

Our loved one is severely gluten free and dairy free and they have done a very good job not poisoning our loved one. They have been very accommodating and attentive to her dietary restriction. They do have some activities going on, but they are still pretty limited.

The only reason mom left was because her money was running out and where she is not they will keep her. We were sad to leave because everyone was to nice and loving to mom. They really did take care of her and we were so appreciative because that's our mom! Thank you [name removed] miss you!

I would highly recommend it. They provide friendly service and a great environment. The food is good for my loved one. It is warm and not always meat and potatoes. The staff are good to work with and they are great people.

I would tell others that it is a good place depending on your parents needs. The people that work here are the best thing about the community. They don't have activities in the evenings it is mostly during the late morning and early afternoon. They don't have any shopping trips for the residents.

The staff are very friendly and congenial, they have been very attentive to the needs we have brought up, maybe regarding communication with her medications. Even during the covid pandemic time we were able to come in and help set up our loved ones room. The nurses to the administration all the way down to the maintenance team have all been very helpful and kind. Our mother seems to really be enjoying the meals, and is also satisfied with the activities. From what she tells us and from what we are able to see, it seems like they have good activities everyday. We also think the value for cost is about spot on compared to other communities.

Our family did a virtual tour and our experience was awesome, we were extremely impressed with the Fairfield Place community. However, due to a family accident our loved one had to move to another community closer to other family members who would have access to her.

Staff treated our family member with respect. They took good care of her, as well as communicated with family. Love how they allow pets. Nice environment
