Staff treated our family member with respect. They took good care of her, as well as communicated with family. Love how they allow pets. Nice environment

I can’t say enough about Westwood Place...they went above and beyond to care for my Dad. [name removed] and [name removed] are top-notch, they always kept me informed (I live out of state) and were there to answer all my questions and concerns and help Dad to stay connected to me And they even made sure he always had his favorite snacks and Dr Pepper! If you’re looking for a place to help care for anyone you love, I highly recommend Westwood Place!!!

[name removed] was very good about following up. After considering options, we feel we can live in an independent care facility for the time being, which they don't offer.

The community charges month to month and there is not a big downpayment that you have to pay. The activities are geared to the residence likes. The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this community to others.

Fairfield Place staff and care giving, feels like family. I wish my Aunt was able to come to this facility a long time ago. She just wouldn’t leave her home. Since she arrived in [date removed], she has been truly taken care of. Mentally and Physically. She looks so good. The staff is awesome! They treat all the residents like their family. Fairfield Place is a family of Love and Respect. Big shout out to the social worker and admission coordinator . The love they have for what they do, each and everyday, it shines! I do not have to worry about my Aunt at all anymore. She safe and the atmosphere is grand. Thank you all!!!! If you have to place your love one in an assistant living facility, I encourage you to check out Fairfield Place. It’s truly a home away from home.

I moved my loved one into Fairfield Place early in 2021. The facility was so inviting. I felt that my loved one would be cared for and Loved as I had taken care of her. But she needed more help than I could provide. I did an inquiry on "A Place for Mom" and I received a call from Fairfield Place immediately. I was told about the facility and what they had to offer but also she listened to my concerns and needs. She invited me to the facility to take a tour. Oh MY goodness I was so impressed with Fairfield Place and the welcoming from all employees with the facility. I knew that my loved one wasn't going to be a number but a resident. Fairfield Place is small only 42 residents. The care that was provided to me and my loved one was over the top. My loved one has since passed away, but while she was living at Fairfield Place I can say she was loved and cared for. I feel that I have made long lasting friends.

I moved my mom who has short term memory issues to Fairfield Place in [date removed]. At the time she was depressed from being isolated and also was struggling with inconsistent blood sugar levels. My mom is very social, so being alone was really taking a toll on her well-being. Shortly after moving into Fairfield Place, COVID-19 struck the facility and my mom contracted the virus. The Community Relations Manager and the on-staff Nurse kicked right into gear and made sure my mom was properly cared for. They arranged for her rehabilitation and recovery and she began to bounce back quickly. I can honestly say that the care that she receives from the staff has brought my mom back to life. She’s laughing and joking again and her mobility is even improving. She’s never in her apartment because they have so many activities and opportunities for her to engage. The facility is always clean and well managed. I believe my mom’s years have been extended because of the Fairfield Place family.

I have had the best experience at Fairfield Place. It is a nice, warm family environment that is very inviting. The staff is second to none. I would recommend Fairfield Place to everyone!

Everyone hear is so friendly - they make you feel like family and mom is so well cared for in a worry free environment

I think it's super easy. They're very friendly. It seems like a great place, and my family members love it there. We have no complaints so far. It's very clean. There's no typical nursing home smell. Everything just looks clean, and there are no dishes lying around or things like that.

I couldn't say enough nice thins about them. The only ting is I havent ben able ot go into my lveod ones' room fo ra year, prior tot hait was great. The food was very good. I would like to see more vegetables though. She is being well taken care of, and I have had no qualms about recommending them. I do so wholeheartedly becasue verybody who wokrs ther etreats them with respect and care and true kindness. We toured some othe places, and one of htem had dementia patients just locked down in a smaller area and was very dark and drear.y. Nobody was interacting with them. Here, someboyd is alwyas walking by and pattin gmy loved one on the back, calling him by name, and asking him how he's doing today, and asking if he wants to come sit and do something with them. I feel like they're very caring. If I had to do it all over again, I would go there again.

We chose Fairfield Place because it was s smaller community and close to our home. The room sizes here were nice. Overall it was a good experience, she really liked being here and I would recommend them to others looking.

I have lived here for almost a year. I love the staff and the activities set up for us. I couldn't be happier!

My kids chose Bickford of Springfield because they have a 24 hour around the clock nurse here. I feel that the room sizes are adequate. I enjoy the meals provided, it is good quality food. I do think that we could use more activities. Overall, I would recommend.

We chose Plum Creek Place because it is closer to my home and plus it is a bigger, nicer facility. It is also a great value for the money. She is in a studio and it is a lot bigger than the one she was at before. I am in here twice a week so I am able to see firsthand how good of acre they are taking care of residents. Every time I go in here they are doing activities, the activities director is always keeping them busy and entertained. I have eaten the food a couple of times and the food is good, they are chef prepared meals and the deserts are great. It is a very affordable, friendly place and they do a great job taking care of residents. I would highly recommend.

I would recommend the community. The people here are super nice. My husband seems happy here. The staff are helpful for the residents and families. The communication with the staff is good. The community is very expensive; however, the community is in line with other communities in the area.

We're reasonably happy with them. The only thing is, they are sometimes very slow at answering the phone. Other than that communication issue, the staff seem to be reasonably concerned and helpful. Residents have the opportunity to be socially active in the community. It's up to the individual how much so. We found the cost to be competitive.

The communication between the staff and the family is very good and they are quick to return emails and phone calls. They have a wide range of activities, and they have activities for each holiday. They send pictures over to us so we can see our loved ones participating in the activities. The community is not too small and not big. I would recommend this community to others

It's great that you get to bring your own things and maintain relative independence. Each resident is allowed one visitor at a time. You just sign up to see them face to face, and most of the places here in town you can't do that. That's huge for me. You couldn't ask for better people . Every once in a while you get a bad egg, but that happens anywhere. During Covid, you have to buy supplies/toiletries, which gets tricky because you can't go in the actual room, so I don't know what is needed. At first I was having problems with staff communicating in advance when to order, but I think we have it better worked out now. The food is pretty good, and if there's something my loved one doesn't like, the staff make adjustments. There's a new gal doing activities, and she's just awesome. She's always coming around and inviting residents to join in. You don't have to worry about your loved one here, which gives me great peace of mind.

We have had no complaints when it comes to the care service, the staff is very cooperative, attentive and very accommodating to our needs and situation. They are very responsive and just have great communication.
