I love the fact that the staff has been the same for the year that my Father has been living at River Run. Everyone is happy and in good moods. They really try to keep everyone clean and their apartments in good order. The common areas are clean and well decorated. I love the fact that residents can have a pet if they so choose. The center courtyard is a nice area for both residents and their pets to enjoy the nice weather.

I don't have anyone personally living there, but did tour the facility. It seems clean, updated and well managed. I did see the community relations manager interact with several residents in a sincere caring way. I spoke with several of the staff including a caregiver and activities director. All were very caring and personable in their interactions with the residents. It felt more like a nice apartment complex, than an assisted living facility. I left impressed by the staff and facility based on my initial tour.

My mom was there for a very short time... but the only thing that could've been better was if the director could've been a little more realistic. She led me to believe my mom was adjusting and doing perfect, when in fact she really wasn't doing well at all (which I basically knew)

We were very anxious about the move in process with a reluctant loved one, but [name removed] and team were so welcoming and confident all would be well. [name removed] helped with tips for reducing "triggers" with the move as well as helping us use confident, practical, simple language about life transitions. And the transition and move in went well! And fairly smoothly! A big "whew!". Still adjusting, but love the attentiveness and on the spot problem solving with very willing and creative staff.

It's an older facility. The people are outstanding. The staff is great, very friendly, and caring. My loved one does not like the food. They do not participate in activities. It's too expensive. We picked this community because, we met a lot of staff, who were very friendly, and I felt my loved one would get good care at this facility. Also, it's a locked facilty, and more secure.

I toured this community. The staff was very friendly, clean facility, good atmosphere. Location wasn't ideal for us, too far. But it was a nice place.

This was a very nice community. It wasn't as close to family as we wanted. They also didn't accept Medicaid after my loved one would run out of money.

Mansfield Place is very expensive, but they have wonderful activities for the residents and the staff members truly seem to are. My biggest complaints is that I wish it was not as expensive.

River Run Place gets 5 stars in all categories. Staff are very personable, there are not as many tenants so more one on one attention is able to be given. They are very affordable compared to other places. They seem to truly care about our loved one. Another plus is they also allow pets!

They are very accomodating in the kitchen area, if it's something my loved one does not eat, they will make something else, like a grill cheese sandwich or something. It takes a while to get acclimated, but don't be afraid to speak up if you have any issues. I picked this community because of the location, it was cleaner than other places, the staff was more attentive, and the most important thing, it was a smoke free environemnt.

The staff made the process of getting my mothing into Davenport Place very easy. The facility is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. My mother loves it and couldn't be any happier.

The staff members at Parkhurst Place were wonderful our loved one absolutely loved them we knew this community was the perfect place for him. During his entire stay they really just loved on him and cared for him and he loved every moment of it. The food options were great and they had plenty of activities for those who wanted to participate. On Friday's they would have a social happy hour with cocktails that he enjoyed going to. It was such a wonderful experience and this community was truly a blessing.

We are very pleased with the care our mother is receiving at Cimarron Place. The staff is caring and helpful. We would encourage anyone looking for an assisted living facility in this area to consider Cimarron Place. It has really been a blessing for our mother.

It's a caring place. The people who work there care about their work and their interactions with the patients. They provided excellent care for our mom, and they provided good support for our family. With the facility itself, the courtyard needed a little attention in Spring, but I think the layout is excellent, and the décor is nice. Certain parts feel like you're in a nice hotel. I don't have anything negative to say about her time there. In conjunction with hospice services, we couldn't have asked for anything more during her final days. They allowed us to take care of ourselves knowing she was in good hands. They called us when they saw her time was near and gave us the opportunity to go in in the middle of the night to say our good byes. I think they've overworked and underpaid, but in conversing with the people who work there, especially the caregivers, they truly love their patients. You could just feel how much they cared. They were really good to us and helped us a lot. I just wish they accepted Medicaid funding.

[name removed] was very compassionate with my situation about my dad. I was looking for a 24 around the clock nurse to stay at my dad's house, but very hard to find. [name removed] was trying to make my dad's life easier by moving to Oakley House than where he was at and also would not cost as much to live there. Assistant living is nice, but I felt that he needed more help. [name removed] always stayed in touch with me to see how my dad was doing and to see how I was doing. I knew that all dad wanted was to go back to his home for many years where his father and mother both died there at there home at different times. The day I was going to call her on August 24th. she called me first and sadly to say to tell her that the viewing of my dad is tonight. Because of a fall, he went down hill very fast. I did see the pictures of Oakley Place and it looks very nice. I would recommend this place to someone else because of the great service that [name removed] gave me. [Name removed] is a great asset to Oakley Place. A+++

I had the pleasure of meeting with [name removed] at Kent Place recently. She is very knowledgeable and comfortable to talk with. It is a warm home like atmosphere. I could see that the residents and staff feel like family. The size gives it a cozy feeling and makes it easy to navigate. I recommend Kent Place for you or your loved one. The staff is fabulous. They're just really good and that's the heart of good care. The facility is nice, but the staff is exceptional in my estimation. We have referred a family member and one of my mother's sisters is now there. There's a willingness of the staff to do whatever needs to be done, regardless of whose responsibility it is. I've had nurses do aide or housekeeping work, and so forth.

Eagle Pointe Place is just what we needed. It's a friendly place. There are plenty of things going on. The apartment is very nice. It's spacious and clean, with lots of closet space. It's almost too big! But it's better to have too much space than not enough. The only thing I think might be nicer is if they had more trees and shade outside, and perhaps work opportunities for the residents. They have a nice little garden in the back - it's just hot in the summer. It would also be nice to see more outdoor activities on the grounds. They do take the residents on outings to the arboretum and things like that.
