It will be 2 years next month that my mother has lived at Fairfield Place. Her transition was much better than I expected it would be. She is a sociable person and the activities keep her busy and happy! She has made friends and many, along with the staff, have become like a second family.

This is a wonderful place for my friend. [name removed] are so kind when I come to visit. I always feel welcome. Thank you to Fairfield Place for taking such precautions to help keep all safe and keeping the residents busy and active! They also give us sweet goody bags when I visit.

I can see kindness and caring here and all they are doing to their part to keep everyone safe.

I like almost everything about Fairfield Place. The food is super good! I get along with all the staff and they help me out a lot! They help with my shower and wash my clothes. I like the activities; I love Bingo!

People here knows what to do and always get things done! The care partners go out of their way to help me any way they can. Breakfast here is the BEST!

I like the aides because they are so helpful. I like the breakfasts the most! I like living here. I like seeing all my care partners, rather than just one per shift, but it is all good!

This place is super clean, the care partners are friendly and helpful. There are so many books to read! The food is really good.

I love Fairfield Place. Everybody is so nice and they always help me. I love to dance here; I like the décor, the most important things is that I can talk to the staff about anything because they understand me more and the place is really clean. I also LOVE the food!!

I like it here. It's a good place to be. I like all the Care Partners because they all help. The food is really good and I enjoy most of the activities. I really like my apartment because I can see outside the courtyard. I enjoy the birds. Fairfield Place is also close to my daughter's house.

Staff very friendly. No agency staff. community clean and was free of odor. nursing staff in community around the clock. Staff was dressed professional. Meals prepared by a Chef. The housekeeper is courteous. Being in different communities over the years I see why people call this home.

The staff at Fairfield Place is amazing. They truly love all of the residents there. I love how much they post on Facebook because it helps us to see how much fun they have and how many activities available. The entire team, management, nursing, care put the residents' happiness first!!!! I would recommend Fairfield Place to anyone looking for their loved ones!

The staff at Westwood Place in Woodfield Ohio went above and beyond to make sure that Mom had a special 93rd birthday during the pandemic. Since family is not allowed in the facility the staff decorated and celebrated with her.
