We had a very nice tour experience with Evergreen Place, it was informative. It had more of an urban feel to it and we just did not get that warm feeling we were hoping to find.

We had a great tour with Wildflower Place. The reason we did not choose this facility was because their doctors were in Waco instead of Temple and mom wanted to stay with her doctors she had. It was a great facility and would be a perfect fit for anyone.

Everything is perfect here and my mother loves it. This is a beautiful place to be and everyone is really nice and they treat my loved one with respect. Every one is always happy and the food is excellent. This is a beautiful place to be for your loved one overall. They have activities and have a calendar with everything, they have walks, a bird sanctuary, they also take them on excursions on the days that are nice. Someone comes in and does the fingernails and pampers them. They have crossword puzzles and more for the residents to do. They also have movie day with popcorn for the residents.

My parents had done some research and Cherryvale Place stood out because it was single floor living which was great because my mom is in a wheelchair so it just made sense and it had really good ratings as well. [name removed] has been super helpful during the whole entire process and has had a very open line communication. I would text her after hours and she was great about responding quickly. I would recommend to other families looking.

The activities are wonderful - our mothers favorite game is when they take the pool noodles and whack balloons back and forth to each other. One day the CNA's will set up a little nail shop where the women can have their nails painted and even get their hair done. When a holiday is close by they will do arts and crafts and decorate for the holiday. They have sing a longs, and once or twice a month with weather permitting they will take them out sight seeing and to get ice cream. They also have movie nights. We definitely recommend Cherryvale Place to other families.

They treated my loved one and us like family. When he passed, he had a dog with him. And they offered to keep the dog when we didn't have a place for him. I gave him to a friend who was unable to keep him, and Plum Creek Place took him in. They called immediately when there was any distress or trouble with my loved one. I thought the facility looked good overall. The courtyards could have been a little more inviting, but then it was Wintertime when we were there.

I would tell others that I didn't know how good an assisted living community could be until I put my loved one in to Marcy Place. The staff keeps me updated on anything going on with my loved one. If there are questions or concerns they get right on it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Marcy Place are able to assist with medication management, bathing, and coordinating with doctors for my loved one.. There is transportation if the residents need to use it.

In the search for an assisted living community for our 90 year old mom, my sister and I found Rogue River Place to be a lovely, comfortable and smaller residential community with that familiar cozy "family" feeling. The apartments are all clean, roomy, and up to date, the staff always caring, friendly and helpful to the needs of residents and family both. There are plenty of inclusive activities, both in and outdoors, and convenient transportation to appointments, etc., also available. Kudos to Rogue River Place for their kindness, caring and compassion for having the BEST senior living community in Klamath Falls!! We love you! :)

everyone of the staff have been wonderful to both her and us. we never have to worry about her care. we trust they are doing everything to make her feel loved and comfortable.

We loved the community would recommend the community to others. We didn't know at the the time that we were going to need memory care for my loved one. They treat the residents like family. There are movie and popcorn nights regularly. There is a room for families to use for celebrations with their loved ones.

A lot of the people here have memory issues but they still include them in all the activities. It's a good place for someone with memory issues that doesn't want to be in memory care. It has a better feel and seems to be very welcoming throughout the building to all memory care residents.

This community is equal to the other community that I went with. They are owned by the same person there was just another community that was closer to me. the tour was good and I seen everything I needed to. I went back several times and whenever I called with questions they answered.

I would recommend Oakley Place to others for their loved ones. My loved one is happy here. Everyone is friendly here. I think they are understaffed like everywhere in the current employment climate. The food could have a little bit more variety. There are some substitutes that are made such as pizza for meals for the residents. There are lots of activities for the residents to choose from. Games, exercises, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to participate in. There is a hair salon on site.

The location of Terrebonne Place is great for our family which is very helpful. Some of the things that we were promised in the beginning have not been worked out yet. Our main disappointment is that they said they would have mass daily/weekly and they have not done that yet.

We had a fabulous tour with Bickford at Mission Springs. The staff were more than willing to talk and did not make us feel like we were taking up their time. The facility itself is nice, clean, and well decorated. It is very inviting. It is more of a long term care facility and I think that they can work with you on Medicaid. This will be the next place we look into.

I toured Kingswood Place and found it to be a very, very nice facility; it was ran very well. We chose another community because Kingswood did not fit into our budget.

while my loved one only stayed at Bickford for a short time, we thought it was excellent. the only negative feedback i have, is that i often had to go in behind the housekeeper with my own cleaning methods and supplies; their cleaning job just wasn't up to standard. aside from that my loved one really enjoyed living here and if i had to do it all again i would choose this community!

I want to pass along our appreciation to the staff that spent a couple of nights at Mansfield Place during the winter storm we had a couple of weeks ago to make sure our loved ones were taken care of. You also made sure the staff that were not able to get in because of the weather were picked up and taken home after their shifts. Sorry I did not know the names of those who stayed, but it was truly appreciated. Your ENTIRE staff is doing a great job and we thank them! With our sincere appreciation, the family of one of your residents.
