We think it is a very homey place, they seemed to not only be concerned about the residents but their families as well. We think they have done a great job this past year, we are glad we put out loved one here

For the price, we pay it is a very good value, they are very accommodating and do a good job with the residence and the family also. They have lots of things to do also. I would definitely recommend this community to others. It's a smaller community so my loved ones get more personalized care.

The community is privately owned and the thing that made me know this was the place was the staff's tenure. I would definitely recommend this community to others. The staff is very friendly and do a great job.

I am very pleased with our experience with Bell Gardens Place. We chose this facility because the value seemed to be the best, I was impressed with the cleanliness, and it is very well kept. Everybody seems to be very friendly and one thing I have been very impressed with is that they are the only facility in the area that have kept covid out. I would recommend them to others looking.

We have been very happy with our experience with CherryVale Place. We looked at a lot of places and chose this facility due to the cost, the convenient location, and the staff members that we talked with were great. They also had availability at the time that we needed it. When my parents moved in, they got a double room. After my dad passed, my mom was moved into a smaller room but for her it is perfect size. They were very strict on the covid restrictions, everyone has been vaccinated now so things are starting to open up. They were great about protecting their residents and I would recommend them to others looking.

This community is the best value for your money. You get a lot for the money. I would definitely recommend this community to others and have moved in my grandpa too

We chose Cherryvale Place because at our point in time, they had the best covid preventative scores in the area. So we figured it would be the safest for that reason. The room sizes at the facility are fine, they seemed a little better than average. They really do not bend the rules when it comes to residents safety, they have been very good at keeping everyone safe. I would recommend to others looking.

The staff members and nursing staff that we have encounter have all been really good, and our loved one there seems to be kept pretty busy.

The reality of the role reversal of becoming the caregiver and major decision maker for your elderly family members hit hard this past year. 2020 was certainly a challenging time for all of us, but was especially difficult for the elderly and their loved ones. I have two immediate family members in Assisted Living at Eagle Pointe Place. It was such a comfort knowing they were kept safe during this time. We received regular updates from Eagle Pointe Place in regards to the quarantine status and other measures put into place. The most recent update was the best news yet; the residents and staff received the the first round of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine! Making life-changing decisions for loved ones is not an easy task. It is rewarding when you know you made the right choice. Eagle Pointe Place was definitely the right place for our loved ones.

I would suggest that if you are looking for a place you give this place a look. They are well worth it all the way around.

We chose Ridgeview Place because they were able to get my mom in right away and there was no waiting list. We also wanted a smaller facility, we thought she would get better personalized attention this way. They have about 50 residents here and 22-24 staff, so they have a good staff to patient ratio. About once a week, they send out an email to let families know in general what is happening inside the facility. We have had a great experience here and would recommend it to others who are looking.

My parents live in senior living. They have had a good plan on covid and have adapted well. The staff is great a communicating any changes with the rules. I would recommend this community to others.

The community has been cautious and about allowing outsiders in. They haven't had any cases of COVID in the community. Russ Place is great at calling us twice a week to give us an update on our loved one. My loved one was a home economics teacher in their former life. The food department, made menus to align with Route 66. They even had menus for each "restaurant" in the cities along the Route. This entertained the residents during this time and not being able to take the residents out of the community. This even educated the residents. There was even a card stock menu for the residents to keep as a memento.

The community is doing everything they can in today's world to keep people safe and healthy. There are some food complaints but it is getting better with a new chef. Rooms sizes are good I would definitely recommend this community

My issue with this community was having to be on lock down from COVID. I wasn't able to see my family or friends. I would have felt the same way no matter where I would have been. My room was fine, and have no complaints about this. My only complaint is with the main guy due to no follow through on his part. The community was getting ready to raise my rent and I hadn't been there even a year.

They have some activities such as bingo and exercise classes during the pandemic. I would recommend Highlander Place. The staff is helpful and friendly. My friend is very happy at this community.

We are very please with the care that [name removed] (father) is receiving at Westwood Place in Woodsfield. He has been there almost 3 years. This has been an extraordinary year with Covid 19 and to our knowledge not one resident has been diagnosed with this virus. We were still able to visit outside with masks on, and that made it a little bit easier for us and the rest of the family to keep in touch with him. We hope this virus in soon so things can get back to totally normal. We are very pleased with Westwood and the staff.

The facility is well kept, and friendly. The staff was amazing, the director went above and beyond helping us get our loved one moved in quickly during COVID. The room our loved one had was spacious and easy for him to move around in, he had no trouble getting in and out of it. He said there was plenty of food, it just wasn't spiced to his liking.

It amazes me how I took a tour with Fairfield Place on Zoom. It was a lot simpler than I thought. It was great to meet the staff, who seem very friendly. They showed me the entire facility and apartments and I was so impressed that my mom moved there following a stay at a rehab unit. Mom is happy and has met a lot of new friends. I am happy I chose this place.

When I visit my mom, she is always well dressed and groomed. She is happy here and we are glad we chose Fairfield Place. They are like one big family and they treat you like family. I am looking forward to inside visits. I know that through COVID, my mom has been in really good hands and that give me great comfort and peace. Keep up the great work!
