Trustwell Living

This is an excellent place to live in if not in your old time of life. There are medical and adapted places to visit when necessary and people to visit with. We have people who come to see us and those who visit from the Temple area is as excited as you wish to be.

They've done an excellent job at Plum Creek Place so far, we've had a very positive exeperience! The only problem we have had was an issue with one of their staff members, and they handled it expediently and professionally. It is a nice place, and we would recommend it to others looking into care in the area!

Kingsbury Place is very nice, overall! The facility itself is lovely, and always clean and well kept. The dining room is very well decorated, it looks like a nice restaurant! The entire community just has a very open feel, and they encourage the residents to make use of all the space, they want them to feel like it is their home and they can be comfortable there.

This is one of the places my loved one considered as were looking into options. I really liked the community, we thought it was nice. The prices were pretty good too.

My sister and I just stopped in there at ... unannounced to tour the place. My father had passed away, and we needed to find an assisted living place for my mom. We were given an excellent tour and they were very friendly. There were a couple of small logistical issues that did not work out right for my moms situation, but they understood and recommend a sister location where we ended up going and it has worked out very well.

My father has lived at Kingsbury Place for over two years. In the beginning he was unhappy and not willing to do anything. Today he is happy doing everything and telling everyone they should live there. Staff is helpful and they have a lot of activities. A nice place to live.

I like that the place is close by me, I'm her son, 30 minutes away. She likes the people who live there. She has made some nice friends, and adjusted very well. She loves the food; it's not terribly diverse, but it is very home cooking style food. It is independent living. They do a very light degree of assisted living; for instance, they do housekeeping and laundry for her. They provide transportation anywhere in town on a days' notice; shopping and appointments. We're very pleased. We were looking for a place with an elegant feel to it, that she was used to in Florida. They do provide that; there is a very homey feel when you walk in the door.

Overall I have been pleased with the care and services provided for my mother. The first couple of weeks were challenging for her as she (and we) got adjusted to new surroundings, staff and schedule. She seems to have made the adjustment pretty well. Her apartment is a perfect size and is adjacent to the dining room and community room. Staff are generally very kind and accomodating to her needs. There are several staff who go above and beyond on engaging her and checking on her well being. I've noticed lately that she is venturing out a little more which is good. I initially spent a lot of time there with her but now feel comfortable being away for longer periods of time. I do still go in the evening to help her with shower and getting ready for bed. It's part of my routine but I'm also certain that staff would help her if necessary. We made a tough but necessary decision and have not regretted it

Overall things have gone very well with Sterling House of Fairfield. They are a nice looking facility, the staff are friendly and caring, and they've got a lot to offer their residents. The only complaint I've had so far is that they did an evaluation after we moved our loved one in which caused the price to increase quite a bit, it would have been nice to have that evaluation done before moving in.

Linkville is such a beautiful community and the staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond to take such good care of their residents.

This was a great place. I liked the location and Carol could not have been a better host/tour guide! She showed us the actual apt my mom could have availble to her but this was our first tour and want to visit a few more before making any decisions or commitments.

Nice place. Waiting for assessment tomorrow and prices.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Overall this was a nice looking place, the facility itself was clean, and the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We ended up choosing a different community based on past experiences with them, but this place is definitely worth a look!

The facility itself looked very nice, but I don't think it would have been right for my Dad. It was a larger community than what we were looking for, and I feel like with his memory issues it would have been very easy for Dad to get lost. The price ceiling was also very high. It started with an amount we could afford but could almost double based on increasing care needs.

We decided that Sawyer House would be our best bet should we have to move mom into assisted living, although nothing was that special. We liked the people there better.

At the beginning we had a problem, they were not cleaning my brother's room on a regular basis and i had to get on them but now eveything is fine. Actually, I think I had to bring it to someones attention twice, but now it's being taking care of. I think they're taking very good care of him, he goes to Mass and he does the Rosary but he doesn't do any more than that. Due to a stroke, it's left him unable to speak so communication is difficult for him. Since December, we were told that they were going to be on the medicaid waiver program and they still aren't, which really concerns me. i understand these things take time but that was one of the top reasons we moved him there but if his money runs out we're going to have to move him and I really didn't want to have to move him more than once.

Very nice facility with complete attention to residents' needs. Staff friendly and caring. Nice apartments. Residents seemed happy and well cared for. Clean and no smells.

Studio for assisted $2350/mon with 5 levels. Level 2 is $1200 additional, level 3 is $1800 (total for Dad @ L3 is $4150/mon. Memory care level 1 is $4450. Total $8600/mon. No community fee at this time!!!

Very nice and clean. Lots of aides around although not secure. Right around the corner from Winton Road First Church of God.

Mom and Dad might be able to live there together. Approx $4950 per mo.
