They could use some improvement on the meals they have to offer, less microwavable products and more fresh items. My room stays clean and they have a variety of activities they offer throughout the day. The residents are extremely nice, I have made a lot of friends in my community.

Arbour Square looks like a great option. Enjoyed our tour with Heidi who was extremely helpful in providing answers to our questions and making sure we understood everything the community has to offer.

The atmosphere of the facility is genuinely welcoming and friendly. The complex and furnishings are modern, very clean and well maintained. Staff members are accommodating, caring and compassionate and they do are great job in planning events and activities in/out of the facility (my dad really enjoyed the holiday parties and entertainment). Meals are fine with a variety of choices and kitchen staff is willing to work with residents/family on individual meal planning when necessary. The facility is reasonably priced for the rendered services; however, Right At Home prices for non-skilled nursing care are a bit pricey. I would recommend the facility to family and friends without hesitation.

Thank you so much for conducting the Happiness seminar at the North Penn YMCA on March 10. I feel that I am happier since that day. Exercise, meditation and the right medicine for my condition has helped. I also have been focusing much more on gratitude as you suggested. Although I am not keeping a journal, reflecting on gratitude has become part of my daily prayer process. Today one of the things for which I am grateful is that people like you took the time to help me and others. Good luck with your mission and your future sessions.

All of the Pine Ridge employees are very nice and friendly as well as helpful so this community feels comfortable. I believe the organization should be very concerned about the quality of care provided by its partners, especially the Resident Care Provider. This care is critical in making a successful, reputable, 5-star community.

Terri gave us a very nice tour. The apartment we saw was very spacious and clean. She answered all our questions, except for the price, which she did not want to misquote, so asked us too call Lawana to discuss that. Since we would either have to purchase the meals there, or cook our own, and pay the utilities, it was a bit too expensive for us according to the price we had been given before going on the tour. It was located in a nice neighborhood, but just did not seem to fit our budget.

I recently moved to the Phoenix and I really like my apartment and my neighbors. The food is spectacular and I am looking forward to all of the exciting outings.

Overall I'd say things have gone well so far at Villas of Shelby! It's a nice place. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff all seem friendly and caring. They've been very good about getting back to me when I've had questions or suggestions, and my loved one seems to be enjoying herself here!

At Villas of Shelby I would say the management is a five but some other staff would be a three. They come in and clean his apartment each week which he likes. He also really likes the food at this facility. I know they have good activities here but at this time he is not willing to participate in them, so that is something we are working on. Overall things have been pretty good here.

Parc Place did make our short list, however seems like a place intended for younger seniors who travel. Parc Place was the only senior living establishment that did not offer a lunch. The dining is independently charged and very restrictive. It seems like a low priority. Probably the biggest negative is that all parking is a lot in the back of the property. The villas seem to be great, but were too far from the dining.I think my wife and I would like this type of independent living, but not a fit for my mother.

It was a very good experience! The staff was nice and always available to help. The cafe was very flexible with our family accommodations for lunch and dinner.

Nice place. May not provide the extra care mom may need.

My loved one lives here and she is fine. I can't rate the care services because this is independent living. I rate the activities 4 stars. Overall the Parc Place is pretty good. The facility is very clean. The people are friendly. They do offer activities. It is nice.

The Pine Ridge Retirement Community is a nice place. It is very clean. The people are friendly. My dad says the food is really good. My overall rating of this property is 4 stars. I rate the cleanliness 5 stars because it is very clean. I rate the friendliness 4 stars. I rate the value 4 stars. I rate the care services 4 stars. I can't rate the activities because my dad does not participate in them.

My family is very pleased with our decision to move our mom here. Very clean and friendly! Same staff! The employees and management are excellent.

We toured here when we were looking and it was alright. It was really clean, and the staff was friendly. but it was out of our loved one's price range.

liked the more independent living. nice community, nice apartments/patio, only negative is not 24 hr. staff on site - plan to tour with mom next week.

He loves Parc Place. I don't live there, but from what I understand it's going very well so far. I haven't heard any concerns over how clean it is or the staff. I haven't heard anything negative about the food either. It seems to be working out so far.

Villas of Shelby is a very friendly place with a nice vibe to it. It is an older place, so has that look of having some wear and tear, but it's not bad. I do wish there was more to the activities. They ones they have are good, but it's somewhat sparse. In general it's a nice accommodation. Any time there is any problem or concern, they address it right away. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents.
