My father in law got sick after being there for 1 week so I can’t fully access The Phoenix yet ,

Loved the look and feel of the Preston place. Gated and spacious. If you need less full service and more of an apt feel, this is the place. For my parents with large furniture the living room are looked small with the fireplace in the 2/2. But there are larger floorplans available.

We were looking for a place where our mom would be active, safe and social. We toured (3x). Staff is awesome. Place is clean, bright. Rooms are a great size/space. Great community areas. Activity director impressive, friendly. Mom moves in [date removed].

[Name removed] was very nice, answered all our questions. The apartments are modern and really nice. Love the Balcony and personal outside space for the residents.

Skye is a first rate facility. Best food so far. Most logical eating system Best apt design ..great views..swimming pool included. Pet friendly. Am going back for a social event. One con: expensive compared to others. Lease arrangement very rigid.

Very friendly staff amd residents were active--havin a tea party when I did my tour. I had 2 main concerns. 1st the property used to be an apartment complex so the community area was a separate building and residents have to walk outside in heat/rain for events/activities. Only 1 continental breakfast included, lunch is $10 and added to your monthly rent, dinner must be ordered in advance and delivered to your unit. Residents spoke glowingly about the management and environment. Property was beautiful and pool/spa was nice. Walking trail around the 5 acres was nice. There are 210 residents on the day of my tour but I saw only about 50 dining in the dining hall.

Feels more like home rather than “a home.” The staff and people we spoke with were all very friendly. The apartments are very nice and exceptionally well cared for for their age. Haven’t decided yet if I’m pleased or displeased with the “pay per meal” system they have... but I think it might be a pro rather than a con.

Nice, well maintained, friendly staff and residents. However, a bit spread out for our current needs. Lack of covered walkways to get around the property for meals or activities could be an issue when the weather leans to either extreme.

I have been here about 1 1/2 years. So far, so good.

I enjoy living here- friendly people, good food, prompt maintenance, and various activities to enjoy.

My retirement requirements 1. Affordable. 2. Close to all my needs. 3. An apartment to fit me. 4. Compassionate friendly, helpful staff. 5. Activities to keep me healthy, engaged and mobile. Meadow Stone place supplies all this and more and they excel at them all without putting stress on the client.

The community is well run and managed. The employees treat the residents in a very nice and caring manner. It seems like they try to provide enough activities to keep everyone active enough to avoid boredom.

The people who here are dedicated to this community and the people who live here seem to be happy. [Removed] (bus driver) is the kindest person I have ever met. The maintenance crew are all friendly and very pleasant. I am happy here and wish everyone who lives here is happy. We have a few complaints, but that is anywhere you go.

Pleasant place to be. Staff very friendly and caring. Bus service to doctors and shopping. Activities and association with others. Clean and comfortable. Very good location.

My mother is still taking some time to adjust with her move to this community. However my father is doing well, and I do feel comfortable with their move to this community. They are safe, and in good hands. The staff is good, and have friendly whenever I visit. Nothing is wrong with this community, and I have no complaints about it. I would recommend it to my family, and friends.

I toured the Meadowstone Place. It was a very nice and clean community. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They answered all of the questions I had it was a good tour. I wanted a community all under the same roof so that I would not have to go outside to get to other buildings.
