My Dad has been living at Pine Ridge for the past three years. He has a beautiful apartment with a patio on the courtyard and he really enjoys it. At first, he had a hard time getting used to living in a senior community, but the entire staff made him feel very welcome and introduced him to other people. They really take an interest in him and that made him feel very welcome. He thinks the food is very good and he is very busy being social. We looked at many places and this is the best.

We have been pleasently suprised so far. Meadow Stone was not actually on the radar when we started looking for an apartment for my mother, "A Place for Mom" was very helpful in getting us to the Arena of our level of services that we were looking for. The staff here has been just wonderful, any issues that have arisen have been promptly addressed.

My mother was reluctant to move into assisted living. After only two days, she is VERY CONTENT at Pine Ridge. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and willing to do anything to make our family happy. My mother is anxious for her friends to visit and see how nice Pine Ridge is.

My wife and I had to downgrade from a 3 bedroom house with a basement & a 2 car garage, to a 2 room apartment. But as good troopers-we have adapted & will survive. The facility has become "home" much easier that I thought it would. Much of that comes from the staff from every part of the facility, office, kitchen, maintenence. About 3 weeks ago I turned in a short list of items that needed some attention and within 2 days all was done neatly. Thank you. Virginia and I are happy so far & we are not expecting a big change in that regard.

This is a very nice affordable community with lots to offer seniors. My Mother has only been moved in for a little over a week, but the experience has been postivie so far. She has made many new friends, and is staying very busy with all of the planned activities. (She is a social one, so it suits her well!) The staff is very friendly and helpful, as well. I believe we made the right decision.

New and clean. Attractive facilities. Does not work for us due to being an excellent independent living option , but then no transitions beyond that.

I moved to parc place to a patio home i loved it however my home was on market 7 months and did not sell so I moved back to my home Grounds excellent Pool and hot tub dated Little dated in common areas but tranquil and clean. Yes, I would recommend this community to others however not a new shiny community needs some upgrades but the patio home was large and felt like I was still in my home. Would still be there if my home would have sold for the right price

I am interest in the facility. The moving time would have to be when I can get out of my current contract, getting a mover , the availability of an apartment there. And of course movers. I do have a family emergency right now and that is also a factor . Please let me know what and when there is an available apartment [name removed]

I have lived at Chesapeake Bay in the Towers building for the past 3 years. I have been very happy here as it meets all my high standards for a quiet well designed living space, to the many amenities offered for my pleasure and convenience. I would most certainly recommend the complex to all who might be interested in adult living. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive to the needs of residents and the renters are warm and friendly. Do visit and check it out for yourselves.

Verena satisfies my needs and wants very much and more than a 9. I rate it as 9 out of 10 because they don't give me nine and a half out of 10 and I never rate anything as a 10 except maybe my wife. The staff are congenial and pleasant with a great sense of humor and the same goes for the residents. It is that Pleasant congeniality that makes it a place I would recommend for my mother or any other loved one.

A good experience so far. We walk a lot and enjoy walking the outer perimeter of the complex Found one place not ADA compliant. Very small, easy fix. Only saw one maintenance issue. Staff explained how to notify proper people.

I love this community of Seniors. There are so many ways to be active, even if you might be in a wheelchair. You can be as busy as you want to be with so many activities for all kinds of interests. We were the 4th couple to move in (while it was still be finished out) Our villa has an attached garage, which is wonderful (and more safe). The real plus are the people who live here. They are what makes a community work. They are interesting people with interesting stories. I see them being willing to help each other out whenever they can. The staff here continues to evolve and are cheerful and helpful.

The Oaks in Plano offers a variety of services for older tenants. I was shown a 1 bedroom and den apt that offered a perfect atmosphere for senior living. Lots of closet space, lovely porch area. Wood blinds on windows and no carpeting, which is a plus in my book. I prefer sweeping to vacuuming anyway and have always hated carpeting on homes. Prices are a bit high, but not impossible to deal with. Gated community and a welcoming admin center offering optional meals for tenants. Highly recommend!!

This was a very nice place. I'm waiting to see how a few things work out still and it may end up being that I won't qualify but if everything comes together, this is one of my top choices where I would like to live. [name removed] is a rock star. Thank you.

Very friendly. Lots of activities but more female based. Tough to get my dad involved but working on it. So glad we chose Arbour square

They need a bigger gym and an exercise program . I wish they served dinner as well as just breakfast and lunch. Staff are pleasant and facility is attractive and we'll maintained.

The most "bang for the buck!" Lovely residents. Aides & PT available on the premises.

Dining is very good here. We only get breakfast and either lunch or supper but everything is yummy so when you are dining you are happy and well nourished. Staff are also great- very easy to like and respect because they respect and like us. My only complaint is that I was not told I'd need to buy renter's insurance to live here.
