This facility is gorgeous! The layout is clean, well thought out, and organized with the residents in mind. All the residents are happy and well cared for by [name removed] and her staff. If you are considering this place for your loved one, our family highly recommends it.

A few months ago, I took a tour through of this facility as a potential community for my mom to live in. I was sorely disappointed when [name removed]& [name removed]would not let me move in here as well!! Lol! They told me I had a few years to wait before I was old enough to move in. [name removed]and [name removed]were incredible tour guides! The facility is beautiful and I could tell that all of the residents loved living here. The dining room is gorgeous and the food was absolutely delicious! There were many activities going on and tons of residents were participating and having a great time! My mom and I were able to share lots of smiles and laughs with the residents and the staff. The apartments are spacious and beautiful as well. This is definitely the place that my mom will move to as soon as she is ready. I can’t wait to be old enough to live here too!!

I have lived at Verena, for about 5 months. I am very happy here. Mileage for transportation has increased. Good food, staff is very accommodating. They treat us well. Very active , many activities, and concerts, museums, ball games, out to eating excursions.. and many more things to do. Two shopping days a week, on our bus. I am glad to recommend this to anyone looking for a independent senior looking for a place to call home.

It has been a very good experience. What sticks out most about Pine ridge of Garfield is the friendliness of all the people, the cleanliness of the facility, and the atmosphere. I would highly recommend them to others.

Phenomenal customer service from the moving ambassador! I felt welcomed and immersed into this beautiful community. Prices were competitive. Cleanliness was spot-on and what one would expect from top notch senior living. Food is varied and delicious; plenty of healthy options.

I would like to thank the staff, especially [name removed] , for the very enjoyable mid-day hours today at the Octoberfest in Pine Ridge Plumbrook. The environment is so welcoming and the entire staff Is always very courteous. Also would you please compliment the chef on such a lovely luncheon. The stolen was delicious. The best I have had in years!

My family did lots of research on places for my mother. It came down to 3 places. My mom and family checked out all 3 top rated places and Pineridge won. My mom decided on Pineridge and her experience has been fantastic. It’s a super clean environment. The food is excellent! Activities are everywhere! I really appreciate the staff here as well. They have been super helpful in answering any of my questions and really made the transition my mom made from her house to Pineridge as smooth as It could be. Pineridge is the best!!!!

Pine Ridge of Plumbrook is a beautiful, welcoming facility. Both the building and grounds are exceptionally well kept. The amenities and services are plentiful. The food is exceptional--the best in any facility I have ever had. Everything one would need is easily accessed. The apartments are very nice. The residents couldn't be more friendly. The knowledgeable administration will fully answer any and all your questions. I strongly recommend Pine Ridge of Plumbrook to all looking for Senior Living.

Our family loves this place! Everyone is so very kind and helpful. We were able to upgrade to a two bedroom recently after Mother was hospitalized, and this enabled our family to be near her to help her heal. She has been in the company of her daughter, granddaughters, great granddaughters, and even the family small pets are allowed to stay! It’s so very quiet, and feels as though it’s private apartment. Her recovery time has been cut substantially, and now she is back to walking! Thank You Pine Ridge of Plumbrook!

After visiting Pine Ridge of Plumbrook Senior Living I was totally impressed with not only the community but the staff. I was given a tour by [name removed], and I was very surprised at the beautiful apartments and the great amenities that were included. The time I spent there was a great experience and I look forward to attending the next exciting event at Pine Ridge. This is a great community, location and the food is amazing. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to live or refer friends and family, this is the place to go.

It is always a challenge to be able to find good living situations for your elderly parents when living in their own home, no longer works. I am so thankful that we were directed toward Pine Ridge Independent Living on Plumbrook in Sterling Heights. The facilities offer my parents a sense of accessibility and a spirit of independence in a community that has their best interest and safety at heart. Their apartment provides privacy in their "own place," but community and involvement easily available to their desire whether it's daily meals or events and activities. Also thankful for the staff and administration who help make sometimes difficult transitions move well.

I have enjoyed the live music shows at Pine Ridge of Plumbrook several times. I was there most recently for the pig roast and Hawaiian luau in the summer.

In my personal experience the employees of Pine Ridge of Plumbrook really care for the residents. Whenever I visit smiles are everywhere. The activities and live entertainment get the residents moving and active. The food is also very good and served to the dietary needs of each and every resident. I highly recommend this Senior Living Community!!

Wonderful experience, especially with the sales/welcoming/transitioning roles initially. Friendly residents. Apartments are comfortable. We really appreciate that they all have a sliding glass door to either a patio or a balcony.

My loved one stayed here and it was great. The facility is very nice and staff is very kind. The communication was great. He ended up needing a higher level of care and we had to move him, but I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Pine Ridge of Plumbrook was such a perfect place for our grandmother to live when she could no longer live alone. The staff was always friendly, caring and helpful, and the ambience there was always warm and welcoming. Plumbrook has so many fun activities and events for the residents and we got to enjoy many of them together as a family. It was thought of as a special place, by great-grandchildren who were able to visit and experience great music and events with multiple generations. Plumbrook enabled us to have lots of happy warm memories with our mother/grandmother. The whole family appreciated the security of her living there, and the help that everyone involved received from staff.

When I toured the community, I was greeted by so many team members that were so polite and welcoming. I had lunch made by the chef, and the food was amazing. Such detail in presentation and flavor. I loved the look of the common area, it was very relaxing and clean. The staff was so dedicated to make my visit a success. Activities were going on and the residents were having so much fun.

My sister joined your community in [date removed]. She is very happy being a resident there. All her experiences thus far have been positive. She felt very much welcomed by all – from staff to other residents. The facility is well maintained. The food selection is nicely varied and delicious. The activities are frequently scheduled and enjoyable. Her apartment suits her needs very well. Extra bonuses are the Physical Therapy offered right at Plumbrook. Having access to the hair salon is another nice perk. She will eventually make use of the transportation provided, as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Pine Ridge of Plumbrook. As I have said to several others, living at Plumbrook is like being on a land bound cruise ship.

I visited Verena at Leander with my mom. I was surprised that people living there would stop what they were doing to meet me and mom. We both liked knowing how personable and friendly everyone was. We had lunch as part of the tour. Mom loved the fresh salmon and mushroom risotto while I had a BLT sandwich (it was even better than I could prepare). Chef [name removed] popped out during the visit to make sure we were enjoying the meal. So glad mom isn't lonely anymore. She has friends to enjoy each day with.
