The place is immaculate, and it's clean and gorgeous. There are many activities for the residents and it's just run wonderfully. It feels like you're walking into a 5 star hotel. The decor is beautifully modern. The new outdoor space is wonderful. Every staff member, [names removed] are all wonderful and very helpful. These are my sisters opinions as well as mine. We could not be happier with her decision

It's very good. Director is great. Staff is responsive. All friendly. Lots of activities if that's your thing and outings. Residents is friendly. If you require care you have to hire them. I feel we get more value here for money than last place. There are no care services provided only transportation. Only is breakfast provided, but you can buy dinner.

[name removed] and her staff could not have been more understanding and helpful with our situation. All of our questions were answered even many we had not thought of. While we ultimately went in another direction, Pine Ridge will be top of mind for anyone I see in the same circumstances. Thank You

Pine Ridge of Garfield has really nice people. What we really liked about this community is the good food, and the good activities. our loved one is happy there. Based on our experience so far with this community, we would recommend it to other who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

Everything gets 5 stars except for the food, only because I have not really tried it yet. I chose Preston Place over others that I had looked at because of the appearance of the facility, the staff that I met, and the location from my daughter.

My loved one and family are very happy with our decision to have my loved one move into Preston Place. The staff is outstanding, friendly, and caring. The staff communication with the family is wonderful! This is a great community for a loved one, and I would recommend to anyone to have their loved one move in. The residents really look out for each other and this is a great plus for us.

While there are always a few glitches that come with apartment living, Verena has been very good to work with on resolving issues. Staff is super friendly and it's kept very clean. The restaurant could use a bit more variety and they do run out of the daily offering sometimes but there is always something to choose from that's tasty and certainly sufficient food is provided!

The staff and the facility are amazing and get 5 stars. They are very helpful and friendly - it has been a great experience for me. I would definitely recommend Verena at Bedford Falls to anyone.

The staff is very friendly and they really care about the residents. They go beyond their normal daily responsibilities to help assist when they can. My mother has been a resident since [date removed]. She has made good friends and is happy living in the community. There are many activities for her to participate in if she wishes. Her favorite is the daily exercise class. My siblings and I feel confident that my mother is well taken care of. We highly recommend Pine Ridge of Plumbrook.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The friendliness of the staff and the activities they provide is wonderful! The staff communication with the family is excellent. There are options for meals; however, the residents have the option of cooking in their apartments as well. There are washer and dryer hookups in the apartment.

It's been fine for what it is. It's a clean and pretty place. And the staff is excellent.

The staff are great, and they really are great at communication. They call me with any issues that day, keep an eye out for if my loved one misses a meal. And they genuinely seem to care. Their home care (in house supplemental pill givers/showers) are fantastic.

It's a nice place, there is no complaints. They are very friendly. They check on my loved one really well. I am happy how they check on my loved one. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Everyone I have come in contact with at Pine Ridge have gone out if their way to be helpful and super friendly. From the people at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, and the Directors [name removed] and [name removed], they have all helped make this transition a great experience. This is a very good place. The residents and staff are very friendly. It is a pleasant area near shopping centers and there are woods nearby as well. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there are choices for the residents to choose from. The chef is very good.

This a very quiet community. There is a lot of activity here, you can stay as busy or private as you want to. The residents are very friendly and try to include everyone. Transportation is wonderful. I love my apartment too.

This facility has felt like home from day one. They really go above and beyond here. The residents are friendly also, which helps a lot. Communication with the family is great. The staff is very friendly, always asking if we need anything, very attentive. The food has been awesome. They do offer a variety of activities, but my mom doesn't participate in them (her choice). I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Pineridge of Plumbrook has exceeded all my expectations. The staff are all professionals, kind and excellent at what they do. [Name removed] and [name removed] guided, myself and father every step. My father transitioned into his new lifestyle with ease, where he is comfortable, safe and part of a fun but calm safe community. Dad's surroundings are esthetically beautiful, clean and his apartment perfect for him in every way. I feel so pleased making the decision to choose Pineridge of Plumbrook being dads residence. ?
