The staff is friendly and accessible at Pine Ridge of Plumbrook Senior Living. Housekeeping is friendly and efficient. There's been no communication with family, but I don't think it has been necessary. There was no assistance with the move in process. There is one small flat cart for transporting belongings, but it was so small and there was only one available to us. It lacked efficiency. The food has been good and plentiful! Overall, I would recommend Pine Ridge of Plumbrook Senior Living to others.

What our family likes the most about the Parc Place is the Friendliness of the neighbors and staff. My parents aren't extremely social, but have met many people so far and are really enjoying it.

I would recommend to others. It is close to the stores. We do not have meals. I picked this community because of the size.

My experience has been professional, friendly, caring, robust, and appropriate. Open, transparent, responsive. We picked this community because of the age strata, activities and facilities.

The food is great, Chef [name removed] and his team do an outstanding job. The serving staff is equally excellent. The building just underwent a remodel and It looks great. I highly recommend Plumbrook for anyone interested in independent senior living.

The food is awesome. Especially when they have special events to showcase the facilities. The food management team know how to put on a great party with very delicious food and drink! The wait staff was very quick and friendly. Very helpful with an extra hand to carry food to your table. I think I would enjoy this place.

The staff at Arbour Square is excellent, except maybe the head man who held a community meeting and seemed to be full of himself. The housekeeping does a good job, they have a lot to do. Communication was excellent with family, staff called me to let me know my mom had fallen. The move in process was excellent, the staff went out of their way to help make my mom feel comfortable by allowing myself some extra free meals. The meals are hit and miss, mostly good. I came for steak night and they ran out of baked potatoes. My mom wishes that they offered other options for when she doesn't like the entrees being served, something like plain chicken sandwich, breaded chicken fingers, meatballs and pasta. Overall, we would definitely recommend Arbour Square to others.

My family has enjoyed their experience so far, & the staff has been excellent. 5 for all categories except for Cost. So difficult for the elderly to get quality accommodations when living on Social Security alone.

5 stars for all categories. My grandmother and the whole family agreed that the Verena at Leander was and is an amazing place. The facility has the best food, beautiful apartments and the most friendly staff. I would highly recommend Verena to others.

My mom is a resident at Verena at Bedford Falls and the experience has been great so far, overall. This facility is gated and that is comforting. It also provides a balcony for each resident, which was important to us. The staff are helpful and responsive - we had an issue with door locks initially and the staff arrived everyday until it was resolved. My mom has a "bland" palate when it comes to food so I was initially concerned that she would not like the meals. But she does and there is a varied menu. The move in process was easy, it was just family helping However, we moved mom in on a holiday weekend because it was easy for us. In hindsight, I would suggest picking a different weekend or weekday as it was harder to navigate systems with reduced staff (office staff). I absolutely would recommend this facility to others. It is on the high end for mom's budget, but other sites that we looked at were either more money or older and not as comfortable.

The reason I came here was because of the friendliness and daily activities. I didn't want to stay in my room all day; I wanted things to do. I have made many friends and am able to do things I enjoy.

I wouldn't live anywhere else! The staff is wonderful; they are number one. Almost every single person I've met is phenomenal. I was immediately so welcomed. This is home.

So far the experience has been great! Staff is exceptionally friendly and the food is delicious! I am so glad that there is always something fun to do and stay busy!

After touring this facility, my mom and I were very impressed. Beautifully decorated—fresh and new. The food was delicious and served by smiling staff. The residents were welcoming and inclusive. The care staff quickly turned around a quote and went out of there way to reach out. The facility’s representatives, [name removed]and [name removed], were pleasant, engaging, informative and accommodating. My mother would have selected this facility without hesitation. Unfortunately, the timing is not quite right now. If in the future circumstance allow, my mother would really love to reside here. We highly recommend this facility.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Always has a good word and is able to answer your questions. All the people I've met so far have been friendly and happy here. I would recommend them. I love the people and activities. Everyone seems to really like the food here. I think that I am perhaps expecting to much. When I started my search for a place to move into, I wanted a place that offers 3 meals a day. I wanted to retire from having to prepare meals. I wanted to be taken care of. I am old and tired. I am grateful for Preston Place.

The community is a great place! My mom loves it, she's very happy. She has met people she likes, the staff is more then friendly, kind and helpful. It's a great location. Very clean. More affordable then most. Highly recommend. We picked this community, because it's affordable, friendly, and close to family.

The staff is very caring, the the other residents are very welcoming. The food is delicious with a varied menu. The facility is clean. And the apartments are really nice.

We are very satisfied with the care, friendliness and affordability of Pine Ridge of Garfield. I would highly recommend this facility to my family and friends. This facility is a great place!

[name removed] gave me a wonderful tour of this beautiful, newly renovated facility a couple of weeks ago. She was a great tour guide and was able to answer every question I had easily and thoroughly. I appreciate all the time she spent with me on the tour. She also sent me home with food to try from their dining area and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend visiting this location if you’re looking for senior community for yourself or a loved one!
