I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one seems to enjoy the community. Some of the activities include fellowship meeting, bingo, an Eagles watch party, outings, and more for the residents to choose from.

We looked at a lot of places and chose Verena. I think the most important thing to know about Verena is it feels like home. The staff are wonderful. They know everybody. I don't think they're overly solicitous, but the people who live there are treated like family, which I really like. There's just not enough staff right now, which everybody is facing. But my mother is very happy with the food overall. The chef has voiced that he would like to do more, but there's just not enough staff at this time. My mother has been really pleased with the activities as well.

The employees were very caring and helpful. I was very impressed with this community. Other than being in his room things were great. They came into his room and brought food and things to us both.

Aventine community is no ordinary place, it really is top notch first class. Everything they do is done in an elegant way, the community is always very clean. It has a modern feeling to it, but it is on the smaller side. It is quite a good value for what they offer. They have handled and are still handling the covid pandemic very seriously. They take a personal approach to any issues or concerns that may come up. It really is just a good community.

We chose Pine Ridge because it was not far from where they were living and it was a little more affordable. They offered balconies off the apartment as well so they had an outdoor space of their own. The apartment sizes are perfect for what they needed. They have been very helpful to our family and supportive. I would recommend to others.

Everything has gone smoothly from the start. The staff is amazing, every single one of them. They train them to be incredibly friendly. The food is so good. It's all homemade, with fresh fruits and vegetables and quality meats. It's independent living, so they're limited in what they can do medically for your loved one. But I knew that going in. So if your loved one has huge medical issues and needs a lot of support, this might not be the best place for them. But they have all the perks of independent living, including plenty of activities, good food, and a regular cleaning service.

I would highly recommend it. They're very friendly, very nice people. The staff are very helpful. The food is good, and very tasty. My loved one seems to really enjoy the activities, especially the cocktail night. He looks a lot better, even better than when he was in his own house. I was surprised at the cost - I think it's very fair.

I have had a great experience with the community. it is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is great and they have activities available for the residence. I would recommend this community to others

We chose Verena at The Reserve because we have children and grandchildren here which drew us to the area. It is nicely located, Williamsburg is close and it is near a lot of biking trails. The Verena also had the type of unit that we wanted. We got the largest apartment, the plantation, and it is pretty good compared to others that we looked into. its about 1260 square feet. The meals here are chef prepared, there is a new chef who has been here since January and he has done a great job. There are specials everyday and he does chef specials every other week where he will BBQ outside or things like that. I would highly recommend to others looking.

Pine Ridge Villas has been wonderful, the staff members there are so accommodating and they make you feel very welcomed. We could visit during the pandemic one per person and help our loved one out when she needed it. We have and we would recommend this community to others.

Pine Ridge was a lovely place, and our family was very impressed. In the end, it just came down to the 50 or so extra square feet of apartment space at a different community. There was nothing bad here - ours was a choice between two really good options. The apartments at the other location were just slightly bigger, and our family member liked that little bit of extra space.

Our experience has been good, we really like the facility. We have noticed people playing cards, and games, and it seems like they have a bunch of things set up for them. We love the grounds they are beautiful, and it is in a very secured area. It is like a little oasis right in the middle of a busy area surrounded by a shopping area. We thought the apartments were spacious with a lot of storage.

I have no reservations whatsoever for the community. My loved one is happy here. The community made her feel welcomed and special. The community was able to hold a virtual bingo game for the residents. The food is above average for my loved one. I feel it smells and looks great. The desserts are awesome

The staff members are great at the community they would be a 10 out of 10. They have a restaurant's where you can sign up for what you want on Friday's, and the activities they offer are also really good. My apartment is adequate in size. We were impressed on how well they handled the damages caused by the previous storm.

The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and caring I would definitely recommend this community to others

Everyone is really friendly. They take really good care of you.

They are always good at checking on the residents. My mom loved it and felt that she was independent here. The staff was doing a great job at trying to keep the residents engaged. They were very accommodating.

I think it is a good value and i get exactly what i am paying for. It is very beautiful here and i am happy.
