True Connection Communities

I would tell others that this is a great place to live, especially if you want you meals provided. The resident's room is small, but laid out well. You have enough space for a king size bed, and there is a kitchen to make your own meals.

It was a nice community. When I first moved in the activities were good. The activities were cut down due to the pandemic at Parc Place. A group of residents would go out to eat and socialize. If needed, they would bring food to the resident's rooms.

The staff members are absolutely wonderful and delightful, we would recommend this to anyone. We love the location, there is a little park area in the center with a patio, It is a wonderful and beautiful place to go walk. The activities prior to the virus were good, they had a book club, guest speakers and other different programs. There is a wonderful gym area. Another wonderful thing they have is a beauty on shop on site, and the lady is just wonderful.

After visiting many retirement homes- I chose the Phoenix. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt the natural instinct, this is where I want to live, "this is my home". I love my apartment, I love the staff, I enjoy the activities, the residents are all my friends. I feel the management are really here for us. I truly love my home at the Phoenix. PS the food is great.

Outstanding independent living community. Superb - large apartments, dedicated staff, and gourmet meals.

I have been living here for the past 2.5 years. The people are really special and I never feel lonely. Not only are the residents special but can say the same for the staff. They take care of our needs and treat us like family. That's it! We are all family living at The Phoenix.

The community is extraordinary, excellent. They have independent living and have only had 2 cases of COVID. The activities (the [name removed] Director) and the food is amazing! The menu is amazing like lobster, oysters, crab legs and pork chops. There are a lot of choices for the residents. The community even had a 5 course meal with a wine pairing for each course. This event was able to be attended with the family. The activities during COVID included golf in the hallway, happy hour in the hallway, and individual packets for the residents to do in their room. My loved one is very happy at Verena. We are able to visit outdoors with our loved ones. I want to put my name on the list to go live there. The residents are all warm and welcoming. The community is more women than men. They were testing residents weekly for COVID for about three weeks. They have not done this in awhile. They are caring for the community to make sure that all visitors have their temperatures taken before entering. I get weekly email updates from the community. The communication is great.

We moved my mom in, back in 2018, after visiting 10 different communities in the area. The feeling we got here was like no other. We felt welcome and at home and knew right away that this was the place my mom is happier now that she has been since my dad died. She is getting nutritious meals, staying active, making friends and truly enjoying her life. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are considering a senior living place.

I would highly recommend Pine Ridge. The staff was excellent with my dad. They were very accommodating. The food was great. The room sizes and layout of the community were great they had different floor plans available. They were cost-effective.

Pine Ridge went above and beyond in caring for my mom. They helped manage all her needs. The food was very good. The room sizes and layout were very nice. They had a walking trail. My mom was only there for @ 2 months but we were pleased with Pine Ridge.

It was a very nice place and a definite possibility. Nice that all rooms have balcony or little porch to the outside.

This was a beautiful facility. Bright, open space; good planned activities; large, well appointed apartments and friendly staff and residents.

Beautiful community with super friendly and accommodating staff. [Name removed] spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. I know that if my mom chooses this community she will be happy and cared for.

I personally am not attracted to high rise type facilities but the apartments with balconies along with the 9 foot ceilings make for very pleasant living. If medical assisted living is not needed, these would be an excellent choice for me. I understand that some use home care services if needed and would want to look into that.

After 15 years, I've seen many changes and there doesn't seem to be the family setting that was here in the beginning.

I am very happy to be at Parc Place. Great staff, so many activities. Doctor and pharmacy next door. Enjoy bus outings, happy hour, and bridge. Nice to not worry about house and yard, etc. Meeting interesting people every day.

Love everything about Parc Place. The workers, the people that live here, the activities, so much fun.

Wonderful staff! Lots of activities and great food menu. My mom has lived here for 3 years and still loves it!

Love this place - always clean, staff always checks on you. Meals are always good. Vendors, parties, and etc. are always several times a week. Gated. I take my little dog out several times a day, always feel safe.
