Trilogy Health Services

I like the care from the community for my father. They staff have improvment alot. This is a clean community and he enjoys the grounds. The menu is very good and alot of choices. They have a nice variety of good meals that he really likes. This is a community we have recommend to other families for good care and value that is recevived.and good care.

It was very clean here but there wasn't really anything that stood out. I think it at this point in our search we had already made up our mind on another community. There was nothing wrong with The Willows.

This is a good community with great care. The staff is always attentive and available if needed. the meals are very good and she is happy with the health meals. This community is clean and well maintained. They do offer activities for the residents who are wanting to participate. We recommend this community for outstanding.

Wonderful people work here. Very caring and helpful. My Dad really likes the food. All the staff has followed thru on every request without being reminded. I am very comfortable and happy to have Dad in such good hands.

A beautiful building with caring staff.

This is a great community. The staff is very nice and caring and meals are above average. They do offer many activities throughout the day. This is a good place for our mom to get great care. We would highly recommend this community for anyone currently looking.

Single floor, nice staff & activities, good size rooms

This community is very nice and has a wonderful staff that work here. We are very familiar with the community and the people because we have another loved one that lives here. The food is good and the community is always kept clean. The staff answered all of our questions that we needed.

Our Point of Contact did a superb job in providing info on Parr's facilities and services. We were pleased with the facility cleanliness and personnel. In addition, our POC was able to answer my parent's concerns and questions.

This was a great community. I looked like a mini hotel. The staff was great and they did a good job with mom. We loved the staff and the residents that were there. That is why we liked this place so much. The people were great all around.

Everything has been going good here for us. My dad said that he likes the food, but my mom says that the they do not give enough. The lunch is dinner and the dinner is lunch. The community is always clean and that was a big part of making the decision on bringing my parents there also that it was brand new and it was really close to us.

A great place for care and rehab. The staff are very friendly and accountable for any concerns. Great place to work and recommend family and friends to.

Great service and they take care of their residents first along with recognizing their employees efforts.

Prairie Lakes is the primary reason I am recovering from a fractured ankle. The administration is always present for questions. The nurses are professional and the aides are compassionate, sincere, and caring. The P.T. and the O.T. therapists were top notch, constantly trying to improve your condition. The food was very good and the desserts were fabulous! The social activities are varied and the staff goes out of their way to include everyone in activities, always with a smile, including religious gatherings of varied denominations. Even the maintenance staff was friendly and helped me when requested. As I said in my title, "You'll Like It Here!"

Wonderful facility all the way around!

This was a nice place. Trilogy does a very nice job, and this is a Trilogy place. They have good food here. They are a little expensive, but very nice.

My mom had an excellent stay at The Oaks for her rehab. The staff is very friendly and the care is EXCEPTIONAL! The Nurses, Doctors, and Therapists are experienced and it shows. Our family was very pleased with the therapy she received. I will be recommending The Oaks to others.

My dad was there for rehab and the staff was awesome! Every single one of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Tina took care of him a lot and she is so caring! The rehab kept in touch with us about his progress. The bad reviews really surprise me. The food was great too! He played pool and did art. He's not very sociable so this was surprising! My dad had a nice time, even if it was rehab. Our family is happy we chose this place.

I visited here when I was looking. I thought that overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I didn't get to see the care they provided. I did visit more than once. I liked that there was a lot of outside entertainment. We had a lunch meal, and saw a recreational event that was a cowboy/western music event. It was fashionable.

My father had excellent care at this facility! Excellent food, caring staff would recommend this place!
