my mother (age 90) is in the independent living section but they give her a tremendous amount of assistance when she needs it. She is generally able to handle her own needs but she has periods of weakness and/or dementia when she needs help and they have shown no reluctance to shower, dress, toilet her during those times. Every need and/or inquiry is answered promptly, the staff is all friendly. I have no problem getting information from them. I really have nothing negative to say about this organization.

this is a good community the staff are caring and attentive to my father's needs. The community is clean and has a safe environment for my father. I like know that he likes the menu of the menu that is offered. I would recommend this community for the good care and the value for other families.

Great campus to bring a loved one for rehab or long-term care. Friendly staff and amazing residents! Everyone is always smiling and willing to help out in any way that you need. Beautiful campus and great care!

My mom is settling in nicely at Vista Springs Howell. The care givers are all so really wonderful about the care they provide for my mom. My family has dined there with mom and they said the food is good and they have alternate options if she doesn't like what is on the menu. She is still settling in and a little shy about participating in everything but they are very accommodating and try to encourage her to participate in the activities they provide. So far Bingo is her favorite. We did attend the Awareness Day for Alzheimer's where they released butterflies, it was beautiful. And they have a happy hour she likes to attend to socialize with the other residents. They do offer transportation for residents. We live so close so we like to take her out and about wherever she wants to go. They do provide church services and have a beauty salon at the communtiy. There is an enclosed patio and a get together called "patio chat" to socialize and enjoy the fresh air. I would absolutely recommend this community to others. It is a blessing to know they take such good care of my mom and the effort they take to get to personally know the residents.

We are so very, very pleased with the care my father-in-law has gotten here. He is adapting very well, and the staff is so good with him. He is starting to make friends again. He really likes the food which is very reassuring for us as he was having trouble eating for a while. They make sure he keeps busy too. Even the front office staff are on top of things. We would recommend this community to anyone looking for a loved one.

This is a A+ community. I'am comfortable with my mothers move to this community. Everything is working out very well, and she is in good hands. The is a fantastic community, and I'am pleased with all they have done for my family.

From the very beginning or our tour to the day my mother came home from her respite stay at Stonegate Health Campus, they very gracious, supportive and the staff were excellent no question about it. My mom loved the food and the activities and we would have no problem recommending them to friends and family. We were more than pleased with her care.

We toured this community for care for my mom's care. This is a newer community and the amenities are very good for the residents. The value is very nice. There is a nice menu that is available. They do have a variety of activities for the residents who want to participate. The is an outstanding community for care. The family should tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My Mom and our family are totally satisfied with this facility. In fact my mother had to go into the hospital and was anxious to get back to Wellbrooke!!

This place is wonderful! My aunt has lived here for about a year and a half (maybe closer to 2 years) and loves it. She has made some new and now very dear friends, she loves the staff and they love her. It's home to her and that makes me happy. Our family couldn't have asked for a better place for her. My aunt and I toured many facilities before we came to Parrs and they had everything that was on her check list and even though the prices may seem high, if compared to other places, it's by far the best value. As for the staff and I mean the entire staff, they all care about their residents and I can't say enough good things about them. They are all a blessing to my aunt and to my family. You won't find unhappy seniors parked in wheelchairs at this place. You'll find vibrant happy folks who are engaged and who are encouraged daily by the loving and devoted caregivers who all seem to genuinely love what they do. Some of the regular activities include: ice cream socials, bingo, monthly birthday parties, holiday parties, live piano music with sing alongs, shopping trips, trips to restaurants and there are several groups who like to get together for regular card games. There's too much to mention everything. It's worth taking a tour and enjoying a complimentary lunch.

This is a fantastic community, and my mother is doing extremely well since her move here. I can not say enough good things about this community, we love it. The staff is wonderful, and they are very good at keeping me up to date on information about my mother. She is as recovered from her illness very well, and she is happy with this facility. This is a community I would highly recommend, it is working out great for my family.

I like the care at this community. The building is new and clean. The staff are helpful. The menu is very happy and a nice variety. I like knowing that she is active with the other residents that she is enjoying. It makes me feel good to know that she is happy in her new environment. We would recommend families to this community for the care of a loved one.

I could have not found a better place for my loved one to go other then this place. The staff are absolutely outstanding and made sure to accommodate her needs to the best of there ability. She has had no complaints about the meals and loves participating in the activities they have available throughout the day. I am most impressed that they have a brunch available for all of the family members to come too once a month. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I was very happy with the services with this community. They offer great care and the staff is outstanding. I like the cleanliness of the community. I like that they keep me informed on anything that my mom participates in. I will always be happy when I use the services of this great care and community. Other families would be like the service and the care at this daycare for a loved one.

My grandparents have been in multiple care levels at Forest Glen and we have been very pleased. Exceeded all of our expectations!
