When my grandma started there, she started in the assisted-living she was able to make a lot of friends do some great activities. She loved the outings. She loved the bingo. She loved the food. We actually had to get a copy of the activity calendar so we knew where she would be every day. Later on my grandma‘s dementia advanced and she went into their memory care assisted-living called the legacy. I can’t thank the staff enough for how they treated her how they treated us like family and they were with us every step of the way until she passed away. The staff was so caring from the nurses all the way to housekeeping, even the chefs were so wonderful!

It was [date removed] and COVID was the big issue of the day when we chose Stonegate as a place my mom could live. Over the last 5 years Stonegate has had new owners and staff changes but has continued to give excellent care. I would like to give a special thanks to the executive director for a job well done.

Although it is still bothersome that my mother could no longer live and maintain her homestead, in which my two (2) siblings and I all grew up in and she lived for 70 years, it is a godsend that she can now reside at Stonegate where we know she is safe, looked after in a caring manner, and she is getting the proper nutrition needed. Also, the programs & activities offered as well as the interactions with other residents it also is a great thing. I think she is aware that this is where she needs to be now.

From the time our parents moved in until they left, everyone was very friendly and helpful. [name removed] helped us so much the first day Mom was there. [name removed] helped us with the admission and things after that. [name removed] was a favorite of our folks along with so many of the others. We really appreciated the care the memory care unit gave [name removed] during the short period of time he was there.

5 on all. Cooper Trail was great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their parents. The facility is very nice and very clean. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. The staff offer activities for their patients to do. The rooms were plenty big enough for their needs.

I know several people who do live there and they all seem to love the food and camaraderie with Winchester friends. I have only heard from one client there that if you push the button on the necklace you wear around your neck, it might take awhile to get someone to come and help you. We wondered together if there could be an emergency code like 3 pushes in a row for "need help immediately " like an SOS!! It is a nice facility and my brother enjoyed living there.

The cleanliness, food is great, mom enjoys the activities, every single person there treats her with respect and is kind to her and us, always help her when she needs it, and they have family events that they put a lot of effort into. I feel very confident in the care they're giving her.

Listen. The staff is loving and kind. They hug my mom and kiss her on the forehead and tell her they love her. We had a glitch with her meds at the beginning, but it got worked out. The nurses are very respectful of Mom's health concerns and call us if they think something new needs to be addressed. My husband and I visit Mom 2-3x per week. My daughter and her husband visit at least 1x per week. I have been trying for 6 weeks to get the doctor to see my mother and he still hasn't seen her, yet she's been in the ER 2x and has had a tooth pulled. Note: This was one of the perks that we liked that there is a doctor who visits 1x per week so we didn't have to take Mom out in the freezing winter weather. Well, there are hoops that you have to jump thru to get the doctor to see your senior... 1) somewhere there is a sign up list- no ever told me this, nor have they since showed me where it is. Also, you have to have them on the list before noon on Tuesday. 2) he is supposed to come on Wednesday afternoons, but on a whim came on a Wednesday morning. He still didn't visit my mom. 3) after my mom's first ER visit...she was told she was on the list, but ended up wasn't on the list...he begrudgingly listened to her heart & lungs. He stood in the hallway of my mother's room flapping papers around saying she's not in my list...I do t have her chart. In this day & age of technology why is he carrying papers? He should have a laptop to have full access to all residents, because things happen after noon on Tuesdays with the elderly! 4) supposedly, this week (week #6) she was on the list, but there were only 2-3 residents on the list for him to visit. It wasn't worth his time to visit these 2-3 senior citizens who are counting on him. We ended up taking mom to her prior PCP who sent who to the ER in An ambulance. I'm certain most doctors aren't thrilled about caring for the elderly, but my goodness, they deserve the same care and consideration as any other younger patient. As you may have gathered I am not pleased with this doctor or the rules pertaining to getting to see the doctor. I am frustrated with just that situation.

I looked at a villa and heard about the life style and in one day I decided I wanted to try INDEPENDENT living. I had heard of assisted living and even tried a senior apartment but never heard of independent living for seniors. What fun!. There are lots of things to if you choose but it’s all up to you. We have a wonder person named [name removed] who keeps we informed and takes good “care” us. She even drives our bus to take us around so we don’t miss anything. But the biggest surprise is the people. There 26 villas ( sorry but they are full ) and we get along like we have known each forever. It seemed like everything closed during the pandemic and life changed. (Even my church closed ) I grew lonely and I had to get out and try new things but that’s not easy when you are older. So I decided to explore and see what was available near family in this area. I am so glad I did. I feel very fortunate to again have a new life and a great bunch of friends. Independent living is me.

I had a series of blood clots that settled in my lungs. I was treated at the hospital and then discharged into Rehab to strengthen my breathing ability (short-term rehab). I had previously broken my hip a year before in a fall and had to endure rehab before. I was not exactly excited at the prospect, as my previous experience was not that great. Surprisingly, Wellbrooke of Westfield was a breath of fresh air! It's a small-ish facility, which makes it feel more like a familial environment. All the nurses and techs were extremely responsive and helpful. The Administration staff was helpful with any questions/problems I might have run into. Physical/Occupational therapy staff, environment, and equipment were top-notch! There was always a plan - and I knew what it was, for the most part. If my therapist was busy finishing up with someone else, I was able to start on my weight/warm-up exercises by myself while I waited because I knew what the plan was. The "in-depth" items may cha

We have had a few issues however they have always been addressed in a timely matter. They are wonderful with mom and she feels safe and comfortable there. If there are concerns or issues they are very receptive and work to resolve in a timely matter. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help however they can, both caregivers and administrative. We also have Gentiva Hospice coming in and they are wonderful!!!

Our loved one is now at Silver Oaks, which has been amazing. It is expensive since he doesn't have insurance coverage, but worth it. [name removed] is absolutely amazing! She has done so many special things to help my father who has Parkinson's. Things we wouldn't have even thought of. And the rest of the staff has been wonderful as well. I would highly recommend Silver Oaks memory care! They have really gone above and beyond for my dad and they treat him like they really care.

The campus has all levels of care: memory unit, nursing home, rehab and assisted living. They also have a great OT\PT dept. and the food is amazing. The only reason for the "3" is because their assisted living rooms are very small.
