Took our preschool for Dr. Suess's birthday. Very fun and creative event. Can't wait to go back. They thought of everything a d provided everything. We just showed up, had fun, and left.

The people were wonderful with my father, who is in the memory care unit. Very thoughtful and always trying to think of ways to help him better.

Staff is caring and good with the residents. It is a friendly environment and concerns are addressed promptly. The facility is clean and feels like home. Staff treats the residents like family and are always willing to go above and beyond to help.

I would rate each of them 5 except for food. I would give that a 4 only because it could have been healthier. It usually had too much salt but it was tasty. We would absolutely recommend this community to others. I couldn't have found a better place for my father. I also appreciate your help in finding such a wonderful place.

My dad passed away there he was under hospice care near the end and the family was there more they offered meals to all of us was bringing coffee & snacks to the room was there to talk to us as much as needed answering any questions we had or just there to comfort us!??

When it comes to the care services, they are not always quick to respond to the call button when someone calls for assistance. It may be several minutes and multiple rings to get a response from a caregiver. Not sure on the value for cost, I don't have anyplace else to compare it to. I am impressed with the interaction between the many residents, with the staff members, and many visitors that are welcomed there. Many activities going on another same times to meet the mental, physical and emotional needs.

My brother and I have gratitude for the love and care the staff showed to our father during his 3 year stay there. Dad was ambulatory when he came there, but he did lose some of his mobility and strength during his tenure at Stonegate, and the staff had to work harder to keep up with my father's needs. They did so with warmth, humor and caring. These folks were my father's second family, and I had no doubts they were looking after him when my brother and I could not be there, particularly [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] and others.

My dad was a resident of Stonegate for 3 years. His health declined steadily over that time and the staff were there every step of the way to keep up with his needs. He loved it there and it became home to him. The staff were kind, caring and to say they went the extra mile is an understatement. I would recommend Stonegate to anyone who cares deeply for there aging loved one. You won't regret it.

I would rate all of those categories a 5, as we are definitely very satisfied with the way she was treated an truly appreciate the care and attention she received throughout the enter experience.

Everyone there from the administrative to the kitchen to the nurses and aides, are all so kind and attentive to my mom. They all help out where needed, even if it's not their usual job. And they put real effort into making it a clean, comfortable, enjoyable, safe place to live. They have activities, music, and family events and are very open to include us in everything. And their food is great. My mom is very happy there.

Everyone at walkers trail were so good to my mother while she was there. She has passed away but we appreciate the staff at walkers

[name removed] is a hard worker and get her work done. She is very friendly and does extras for her residents she has my room cleaned when I get back from breakfast and it’s nice to have a clean room.

They were extremely helpful and responded to all concerns in a timely manner. The staff treated Dad like family and did everything they could to make his last days comfortable.

When my grandma started there, she started in the assisted-living she was able to make a lot of friends do some great activities. She loved the outings. She loved the bingo. She loved the food. We actually had to get a copy of the activity calendar so we knew where she would be every day. Later on my grandma‘s dementia advanced and she went into their memory care assisted-living called the legacy. I can’t thank the staff enough for how they treated her how they treated us like family and they were with us every step of the way until she passed away. The staff was so caring from the nurses all the way to housekeeping, even the chefs were so wonderful!

It was [date removed] and COVID was the big issue of the day when we chose Stonegate as a place my mom could live. Over the last 5 years Stonegate has had new owners and staff changes but has continued to give excellent care. I would like to give a special thanks to the executive director for a job well done.

Although it is still bothersome that my mother could no longer live and maintain her homestead, in which my two (2) siblings and I all grew up in and she lived for 70 years, it is a godsend that she can now reside at Stonegate where we know she is safe, looked after in a caring manner, and she is getting the proper nutrition needed. Also, the programs & activities offered as well as the interactions with other residents it also is a great thing. I think she is aware that this is where she needs to be now.

From the time our parents moved in until they left, everyone was very friendly and helpful. [name removed] helped us so much the first day Mom was there. [name removed] helped us with the admission and things after that. [name removed] was a favorite of our folks along with so many of the others. We really appreciated the care the memory care unit gave [name removed] during the short period of time he was there.

My mom has been living at Cortland Howell for the past three years, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment she moved in, we felt at ease knowing she was in such a warm, welcoming, and well-managed environment. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and engaged. The facility is always clean, beautifully maintained, and has a cozy, home-like atmosphere. There are plenty of activities that keep my mom active and social, and she’s made some wonderful friends. The food is great, and it’s clear they put effort into offering both variety and quality. I’m so grateful to everyone at Cortland Howell for the love and support they’ve shown my mom. It’s comforting to know she’s in such good hands. Although there has been lots of change in management those who are there currently are there with great intent and are very responsive and compassionate.

5 on all. Cooper Trail was great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their parents. The facility is very nice and very clean. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. The staff offer activities for their patients to do. The rooms were plenty big enough for their needs.

I know several people who do live there and they all seem to love the food and camaraderie with Winchester friends. I have only heard from one client there that if you push the button on the necklace you wear around your neck, it might take awhile to get someone to come and help you. We wondered together if there could be an emergency code like 3 pushes in a row for "need help immediately " like an SOS!! It is a nice facility and my brother enjoyed living there.
