Beautiful facility, the employees that work there that I know are wonderful people. The residents always seem happy when I've been there.

The community is welcoming and smells good. I've eaten there and the food was fantastic. From what I've heard, that is the norm at Glen Oaks/ Friendly staff, caring folks. If you need a place, this is it.

My mom lived at Glen Oaks temporarily while she was recovering from some health issues. Glen Oaks and the staff was amazing at taking care of her. She was not an east person to care for but the staff understood and treated her like family. I highly recommend Glen Oaks and the staff to take care of your loved ones.

I've toured this community and can see the compassion each staff member has for their residents. My friends grandmother lived at this community and the family was pleased with the care and service provided. In addition, I've been at this community during work for my company and could see the care taken to keep their staff and residents safe and comfortable.

A wonderful environment, cleanliness and visual warmth is homelike and is top-notch. Staff members are amazing; generous and caring, always going above and beyond. Always giving of themselves for the good of the client. Activities and opportunities are fabulous, they exceed expectation. Every staff member I know - from admin, cooking, serving, cleaning, aides, maintenance, nursing and more - is invested in making The Willows a great place to live and visit. I really can't praise it enough. Top marks!

I would have to strongly disagree with the previous post. Both my parents have been at Lakes if Sylvania since April [date removed]. Our family’s experience has been fabulous! I believe the price tag is well worth every penny. And the fee posted by the previous post is not the most common price. Please do not let their posted price scare you off. The prices vary in room selection and needed services. This community truly cares about their residents and their families. With a disabled sibling in another local facility, I know first hand how much better Lakes if Sylvania is over others in the area. I cannot day enough great things about this place!

Good service, clean facility, fresh food. Has bad burns and they were taken care of daily. Physical therapy team is great!

My mother received compassionate care for nearly a year here before she passed. The staff were friendly, food service great, and it was a clean place with super standards! I would HIGHLY recommend Oakwood Health Campus to anyone looking for a great place to care for their loved one.

There is no place like home, but Oakwood is the next best thing! Senior living at its finest!

This applied to [name removed] who is the CSR at the facility. I can't say enough as to the work ethic and sincerity she displays. [Name removed] represents your company well and gives personal attention to all residents. Everyone enjoys seeing her and are very happy with this community. Any support you may give [name removed] would be appreciated. She has earned the administration and respect of all.

I broke my hip and had to stay as in-patient. It is a wonderful place to stay. Staff (including maintenance, nurses, cooks, servers, cleaners, administration, and rehab center) were wonderful and friendly. Food was excellent. Even gained 10 pounds. It amazes me that everyone knows and can call you by name. I did find the bed was uncomfortable but would return if necessary and recommend Avalon to others. Thank you for helping me. My Aunt ([name removed]) was a resident and I was impressed so that's another reason I came to Avalon Springs.

I had no idea what to expect but was pleasantly surprised to find everything so nice, clean and friendly.

He is a lot calmer and more relax than at [Name removed]. He talks more and more involved.

It's a nice place to come to. Everybody is nice and helpful to me.

[Name removed] has been so helpful and kind! She gave me a tour and I felt very welcome and comfortable. Many residents are friends and they share my feelings. Quite an asset to the Delphos community. I will recommend your facility to many.

So far so good. It's a good place to be. Service is a bit slow but have enjoyed the food. Everybody is willing to help.

Love the place! Mom is treated so well. Beyond happy we made the move to this campus. Mom has adjusted very well with the help of the wonderful staff. Delphos is very lucky.

The facility is gorgeous and the people are wonderful. They take great care of Dad.

My aunt was a patient here at woodmont. The staff won her over from a person who always dreaded having to go to a nursing home to loving it here. Now she tells everyone needing help to go to Woodmont.

Great staff Clean Good food Lived + cared for a loved one there - would like to move back when I'm older :)
