My parents came to Valley View from their home when my Father could no longer assist my mother even with my sister's help. Mom shortly was in Skilled Nursing Care and Dad stayed in Assisted Living Care. Mom passed within a few months but Dad is still there and has to come to realize that he is in a good place and needs to be there. That was a tough reality he had to face up to since he wanted to go back home but he really does need assistance. I have visited the facility several times and have found it clean, friendly, and caring each time. Dad likes the food and he is getting involved in some of the activities. I rest easy because he is in a safe environment and has help available if needed. He is free to come and go as he can and they watch out for him. It is a VERY GOOD place for what he needs.

Our Mom was treated with compassion and dignity, the caregivers were both professional and caring. The manager [name removed] was very good to work with and always paid attention to the “little things”. It was a beautiful, clean and safe facility and my Mom was very happy there doing all the activities and dancing etc. also the food was amazingly good there! Lots of “extra” fun details like Sunday brunches that the family can attend with their loved ones, a garden courtyard to sit in. The laundry service was amazing, the staff were all very friendly and we were very pleased with our Mom’s care!!!

This place is simply amazing because of the wonderful staff, caring on site management, wonderful food service, incredible activities staff and remarkable PT. Granted they are at times understaffed as is every facility but when they are every person on the staff from the Executive Director down pitches in to help. The Executive Director [name removed] is remarkable they not only cared for our mom while she was there…they cared for us and did everything they could to make our stay exceptional. They literally saved my mom’s life.

I have a family friend at Cooper Trail Senior Living. It is a beautiful campus that has a lot to offer seniors in Nelson County and the surrounding communities- activities, clinical care for assisted living and a wide array of life enrichment activities. I have had lunch with my friend and the food was great, like eating at a restaurant. All staff and residents are friendly and very welcoming.

Beautiful facility /conveniently located. The food is fantastic and always presented well. Had brunch with a family member. One of the best meals I’ve had in Bardstown. Friendly staff.

A warm and friendly environment that is welcoming to all who enter the facility. Constant laughing and enjoyment heard from the residents whenever in the building. We have enjoyed the first class restaurant style dinning with our loved one and it is always something to praise! A very clean and tidy environment with multiple style apartments to choose from. This has been the best decision we have made for our loved one. We will always recommend Cooper Trail over all competitors in the area.

Beautiful facility. The food always looks delicious and they offer restaurant style dining. In addition to the great activities they provide in campus, they also provide outings. Staff is caring, and treat the residents like their own family.

This facility is like a five star hotel compared to the stereotypical senior housing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is like what is served in an upscale restaurant. Best option for senior living in the area.

The Springs took excellent care of my mom. I can’t thank them enough for making her few months there so wonderful as she did the hard work to return home. It gave our family such peace of mind that we made the right choice for her.

The most excellent place ever!! Great staff, great food, Great facility. The food variety was really nice and you could request them to make something else if you did like what they were serving I would recommend this community to others.

Our loved one receives great care at Hampton Oaks, she is very happy there. They offer a lot of activities for the residents to participate in, and our loved one really enjoys the food. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

From entering thru the front door, getting to my rehab room and everything in between before I discharged my stay at Waunakee Manor was delightful! Clean! Patient, compassionate staff! Not my home-cooking food but not bad either! Rehab was GREAT! One downside, no visitors due to government guidelines to keep us at risk folks safe! Highly recommend!!!

I would highly recommend North River Health Campus. The rooms are very nice. The food is very good. They have an outdoor space for residents to use. The staff is very good with the residents. They are good at communicating with the families. Overall it has been a very positive experience for us.

It was a great place. They treated my mom wonderfully. The food was excellent. The room sizes were good. The legacy is excellent. They have outdoor space for the residents to use. I looked at 5-6 places in the area, Forest Glen was the best for our situation and they were the most willing to work with us financially.

I love them. I am so glad my dad is there. They have a great staff from the nursing staff to the cleaning staff, I have never been disappointed. Any issue I have they have addressed. They have done a great job with the Covid-19, keeping families informed and connected. I have recommended them to friends.

The staff are very friendly. very helpful, and very caring. They do the best they can do to meet my mother's needs. I chose The Glen because it was in close proximity to my house and it seemed as good as the other communities if not better. My mother seem to be eating fine. She doesn't participate in activities but they do offer them.

After having experience at other facilities with other family members. Avalon Springs cannot compare. the BEST! Beautiful environment inside and out. Very caring staff that meet the needs of residents. Not a lot of "call button" wait time - prompt help. Rehab staff is outstanding!

I have been to 3 REHABS. This is by far the best. I left one to come here. Best staff ever.

I was here for two months and everyone was so helpful with my therapy. They were very patient and caring. If I ever had a need for therapy I would always come back here.
