I had a series of blood clots that settled in my lungs. I was treated at the hospital and then discharged into Rehab to strengthen my breathing ability (short-term rehab). I had previously broken my hip a year before in a fall and had to endure rehab before. I was not exactly excited at the prospect, as my previous experience was not that great. Surprisingly, Wellbrooke of Westfield was a breath of fresh air! It's a small-ish facility, which makes it feel more like a familial environment. All the nurses and techs were extremely responsive and helpful. The Administration staff was helpful with any questions/problems I might have run into. Physical/Occupational therapy staff, environment, and equipment were top-notch! There was always a plan - and I knew what it was, for the most part. If my therapist was busy finishing up with someone else, I was able to start on my weight/warm-up exercises by myself while I waited because I knew what the plan was. The "in-depth" items may cha

We have had a few issues however they have always been addressed in a timely matter. They are wonderful with mom and she feels safe and comfortable there. If there are concerns or issues they are very receptive and work to resolve in a timely matter. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help however they can, both caregivers and administrative. We also have Gentiva Hospice coming in and they are wonderful!!!

The facility is gorgeous (it's new ) plenty of staff and very caring. Large rooms in memory care and they have many activities for The dementia patients.

Our loved one is now at Silver Oaks, which has been amazing. It is expensive since he doesn't have insurance coverage, but worth it. [name removed] is absolutely amazing! She has done so many special things to help my father who has Parkinson's. Things we wouldn't have even thought of. And the rest of the staff has been wonderful as well. I would highly recommend Silver Oaks memory care! They have really gone above and beyond for my dad and they treat him like they really care.

Cooper Trail Senior Living is a wonderful facility with caring and professional caregivers. My Mother was very well taken care of during her short stay there. Mom passed away a year and a half ago. I would heartily recommend Cooper Trail Senior living to anyone who is looking for a safe and clean facility for their loved one. The facility is always spotless, the staff it's very attentive, the food preparation is delicious and there are activities for the residents as well as little road trips

The campus has all levels of care: memory unit, nursing home, rehab and assisted living. They also have a great OT\PT dept. and the food is amazing. The only reason for the "3" is because their assisted living rooms are very small.

Expensive to sign in but then the third month was free so that was really nice! Everything is clean and nice. People are friendly and lots of familiar faces from the community of Winchester. Plenty of meal services, a small gym, and activities for all.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have activities they do with the residents. I could not ask for any better care for my mother. I definitely would recommend Cooper Trail to anyone looking for assisted living or for memory care.

The best facility in southern Indiana! They took excellent care of my family members. Compassionate, caring, and professional staff from administration to caregivers. 5 stars! Keep up the great work! This should be a training facility for the standard in healthcare. They're raising the bar for sure!

Staff are always helpful, but follow up can be slow at times. Good about contacting me if there is an issue. Security is lacking, but it hasn't really been an issue. I would definitely recommend the facility.

Very nice facility with exceptional staff where most have been working there for several years. They take a personal approach with each patient. The food is good too. 5 stars for Wellbrooke. Mom was very well taken care of.

I am a former resident of Harrisons Crossing Terre Haute of several months. Coming from a hospital that recommended a facility such as this. Being kind of a "sick puppy" I dont remember much of the first part of my stay, except for a few instances. One being a nausea experience in my room that showed great patience by a nurse and two atendants. God bless them. would like to elaborate but dont feel like I should. There were other instances involving other symptoms. I dont believe anything dangerous to others. Point being the excellent care provided at the time that I remember. This period was short lived and I started physycal therapy by some very special people. I tried very hard during my therapy as I wanted to do well and be well enough to go home. The food was excelllent, the servers did not take long in remembering your name and what you preferred for breakfast. Imagine! Weekly entertainment included movies, excellent live musical shows, more. Am home now, thanks to care crew.

My loved one is currently a resident at Walker's Trail Senior Living and everything has been great for her at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The food and activities are great. The staff and care services are also great. I would recommend Walker's Trail Senior Living to family and friends.

It was a great experience for our family at Walker's Trail Senior Living. The staff took excellent care of my brother. They were always very accommodating with whatever we needed. The facility is clean and very spacious.

I toured Creasy Springs Health Campus and also did two drop in visits. I was never there during mealtime, so I don't know about the food. But otherwise, it seemed great. They even had activities for the residents on my weekend visit.

My loved one was here and it was a very good experience. They have caring nurses like you would hope for. They have a sort of rehab boot camp that includes all kinds of therapy help that comes in. Again, a great experience for us.

I was helping my neighbor get information together for short stay (I hope) . The office lady l believe was very helpful ., a that made us feel welcomed meeting some of the thee others were quiet surprised how friendly they all were , the food was smelled good. Thank you to all the great people .

I enjoyed my stay at River Pointe a great deal! I came home able to take care of myself. The staff were all beyond helpful, the building is beautiful and clean, therapy terrific, and the food was AMAZING. When I say amazing: prime rib, fresh salmon, sirloins, homemade fried chicken, bbq ribs, the list goes on. In addition, there is a large menu, not just a single option each meal and the family brunch buffet was second to none!

My parents came to Valley View from their home when my Father could no longer assist my mother even with my sister's help. Mom shortly was in Skilled Nursing Care and Dad stayed in Assisted Living Care. Mom passed within a few months but Dad is still there and has to come to realize that he is in a good place and needs to be there. That was a tough reality he had to face up to since he wanted to go back home but he really does need assistance. I have visited the facility several times and have found it clean, friendly, and caring each time. Dad likes the food and he is getting involved in some of the activities. I rest easy because he is in a safe environment and has help available if needed. He is free to come and go as he can and they watch out for him. It is a VERY GOOD place for what he needs.

Our Mom was treated with compassion and dignity, the caregivers were both professional and caring. The manager [name removed] was very good to work with and always paid attention to the “little things”. It was a beautiful, clean and safe facility and my Mom was very happy there doing all the activities and dancing etc. also the food was amazingly good there! Lots of “extra” fun details like Sunday brunches that the family can attend with their loved ones, a garden courtyard to sit in. The laundry service was amazing, the staff were all very friendly and we were very pleased with our Mom’s care!!!
