The place is new and is a breath of fresh air in senior living! The seasoned staff is caring and attentive.

We toured this location when we were looking into options for our loved one. It was a newer place, and it looks nice, very bright and airy. It was a higher level of care than we were looking for, however, and only offered shared rooms when we were looking for a more individual apartment type setting. Overall we were impressed by what we saw, the staff were all very friendly and professional.

My father resided in an Assisted Living Apartment for several years. ALL staff: business office, nurse, aids, cleaning, maintenance, dining and even the barber were attentive, professional and kind. Thanks for the exceptional care!

Staff is always kind and helpful. Facility is clean and doesn’t smell bad like some other places I’ve visited. Food is average, but there are choices for each meal. Hair salon on site. Family brunch offered once/month. The campus offers rehab, assisted living, and long-term skilled care.

This facility has a rare option for memory care; a Saturday or Sunday daycare! They also have an activity director on those days to guide clients to crafts, music or other planned events that day. The facility is new and although you can easily see across the separate eating and creative spaces; there is a nice separation to corral clients. They treated my very active mom well, and the nurse were sure to give her meds on-time. This gave me an afternoon off; I had full confidence in their care. I’ve been 24/7 caregiver to my mom and needed a day off sometimes. Highly recommend. I utilized this facility for daycare on a weekend; she did not live here full time.

My mother has been at Clearvista Lakes for about 2 years. My husband and I were looking for a facility that would keep an eye on Mom as well as treat her with kindness and care. Clearvista Lakes has met all of her needs as well as ours. The employees (from the housekeeping staff to the nurses) have been both knowledgeable and professional.

The springs of Mooresvillle has been a great experience. I think that they are easy to work with, flexible, and they had a move-in special going on when we applied, so I thought that was great. The food is bland, but they do have several options available. They also have lots of activities and outings to keep the residents busy. I also like that it is a very clean facility too.

I was looking at some of the ratings online and decided to schedule an appointment on their website. When we walked into the building we were a little lost at first. One of the staff members directed us to the administration office and he was puzzled and didn’t know he had a tour schedule and made a small excuse as to why he didn’t know. He was the person over assisted living. We quickly found out that assisted living wasn’t for my parents. He then had the director of the independent living meet us. [removed] was so friendly, upbeat, and wonderful. Even though I was asking all of the questions, I liked that she directed all of her answers to my mother. It was wonderful of her to address my mother first because after all, she was going to be the one living there. I really love this facility and it’s bright and welcoming. The rooms have really big windows and every room is filled with light. I would highly recommend this facility.

My consultant was extremely helpful. I appreciated that she had actually visited the various adult memory centers in my area and could answer questions about them. She also sent me information about Alzheimer's, which I found very useful. I was searching the internet for information on Alzheimer's when I came across "A Place For Mom." It was an unexpected pleasure to have the help from the consultant.

I bring my husband here about 4 hours a week and for the amount of time that we’re there, the rates are affordable. The staff is very friendly and very encouraging to him. He has trouble eating sometimes but they help him and encourage him to eat. They tell me whenever he socializes and sometimes he’ll sing for them. I’ve never noticed a problem when it comes to the cleanliness and I’ve always felt very welcomed. I would recommend them.

My wife toured the Wellbrooke of AvonShe wasn't impressed with the cost of the community that was astronomical compared to other communities and what they offered.

Dad had a good experience when he stayed here. He did not really like the food. The community is clean. We worked with Great Lakes nursing while he was in hospice and they worked well with the community. The caregivers at The Willows were friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.

The staff are wonderful, caring and knowledgeable about how to care for a resident with dementia. My loved one is in the memory care unit and I do not feel they offer enough activities. Most of the activities seem to be geared towards women. The food is good and it seems homemade. We are satisfied with our decision and I would recommend this community.

I liked this community when I toured it. The people I met were nice and helpful. The food seemed good. They offer independent and assisted living. I think this will be the community I chose when I am ready to move.

I had a good experience while touring The Lakes Monclova. The people there were very friendly and the tour guide was knowable. Thre facility was very clean and organized. I would recommend it to anyone looking, it was just not the best for my loved one's needs.

So far the Orchard grove appears to be a great place. We moved Mom in last week and she seems to be adapting very well. Food is great, room is clean and spacious. Lots of things to do and keep busy. The employees are very helpful and very kind.

Everything is going fine so far for my mother since her move to this community. The place seems to be kept very clean, however, its a new place and still understaffed. I noticed the other night they seemed to be overwhelmed, but they do a good a good job. Other than that they do a fine job and the food seems to be good. I would recommend them, to anyone.

I know any feedback is good as elder parents and their situations can leave you feeling hopeless. We moved my father in 2+ months ago into their assisted living after looking at many, many places. While any new place takes getting used to - he likes it quite a bit and the care there is excellent; and they have been excellent at managing his diabetes too! He says the food leaves a little to be desired, but not horrible and the monthly family brunch and the Friday Happy Hours are a great thing for all the family! If you can get into the facility, i would highly recommend it!

It did not have the memory care facility and she got to the point where they couldn't handle her there. I was very pleased with the assisted living. They were very friendly. They had some activities, but part was the level of the people. They would start playing cards or doing other things on their own, so the community didn't have to organize as much. The food was great! They had a chef for a while, and he would fix a big buffet and would wear his white hat and apron. They also had a rehab, there, which was really great.
