Great place and lots of services. Will be our next choice to move mom if she needs more medical care and we need to upgrade her services needed

Is high on our choice list. Decent prices and nice package and apartments

I like the care from the community for my father. They staff have improvment alot. This is a clean community and he enjoys the grounds. The menu is very good and alot of choices. They have a nice variety of good meals that he really likes. This is a community we have recommend to other families for good care and value that is recevived.and good care.

It was very clean here but there wasn't really anything that stood out. I think it at this point in our search we had already made up our mind on another community. There was nothing wrong with The Willows.

This is a good community with great care. The staff is always attentive and available if needed. the meals are very good and she is happy with the health meals. This community is clean and well maintained. They do offer activities for the residents who are wanting to participate. We recommend this community for outstanding.

Wonderful people work here. Very caring and helpful. My Dad really likes the food. All the staff has followed thru on every request without being reminded. I am very comfortable and happy to have Dad in such good hands.

My mother has been a resident for a year and a half and I have nothing but good things to say about Vista Springs. They are very attentive and react quickly to issues/problems. The staff is courteous, engaged, and helpful.

A beautiful building with caring staff.

My dad has been at Vista Springs, Howell since January of 2016. This facility is awesome. I am so pleased with the staff and the care my dad has received. The staff is always their when dad needs them or I have questions. The activities director, Mary, plans so many activities that my dad is always busy. I highly recommend this facility, for the family atmosphere and love and caring of the staff.

This is a great community. The staff is very nice and caring and meals are above average. They do offer many activities throughout the day. This is a good place for our mom to get great care. We would highly recommend this community for anyone currently looking.

The facility is always clean. Customer service is important to them, all staff assist immediately and with a smile. They created a designation area for hospice nurses to chart, make phone calls, and always have access to pt's charts at all hours. They initiate constant communication regarding our shared patients, resulting in great coordinated care. Management is always available when needed. PT's needs are immediately met, they truly go above and beyond.

Single floor, nice staff & activities, good size rooms

This community is very nice and has a wonderful staff that work here. We are very familiar with the community and the people because we have another loved one that lives here. The food is good and the community is always kept clean. The staff answered all of our questions that we needed.

Our Point of Contact did a superb job in providing info on Parr's facilities and services. We were pleased with the facility cleanliness and personnel. In addition, our POC was able to answer my parent's concerns and questions.

I am very happy to recommend this great community to others. This is a home feeling community with great staff. The activities were so very helpful to my mom. Very clean and always have enough staff one on one care for the residents. The meals are outstanding. I would recommend this community for the best care. They are always there for help and support.

This was a great community. I looked like a mini hotel. The staff was great and they did a good job with mom. We loved the staff and the residents that were there. That is why we liked this place so much. The people were great all around.

Everything has been going good here for us. My dad said that he likes the food, but my mom says that the they do not give enough. The lunch is dinner and the dinner is lunch. The community is always clean and that was a big part of making the decision on bringing my parents there also that it was brand new and it was really close to us.

A great place for care and rehab. The staff are very friendly and accountable for any concerns. Great place to work and recommend family and friends to.

Prairie Lakes is the primary reason I am recovering from a fractured ankle. The administration is always present for questions. The nurses are professional and the aides are compassionate, sincere, and caring. The P.T. and the O.T. therapists were top notch, constantly trying to improve your condition. The food was very good and the desserts were fabulous! The social activities are varied and the staff goes out of their way to include everyone in activities, always with a smile, including religious gatherings of varied denominations. Even the maintenance staff was friendly and helped me when requested. As I said in my title, "You'll Like It Here!"
