Everything is going great at this location. The staff here is fine, wonderful, and friendly people. When I first toured the facility what really stood out is the friendly atmosphere. The rooms for the residents are nicely sized. They provide all kinds of activities for their residents to do and there’s basically something happening everyday like bingo, art class, and the regular things that care homes provide. The community is also very convenient and accessible for myself.

I used this facility for a week for respite care for my Mother-in-law and everything went well. Anytime I called them, they responded very quickly. The staff interacted with my Mother-in-law very well. I called regularly to check on her with the nurse and she was very responsive and gave me updates on everything and how it was all going. Even the director would call my husband periodically to fill him in on how things were going. The nurse that was there when I dropped her off was the same one that was there when I picked her up and that was nice. They provided everything except the meds and her walker. When we went to leave, it was a bit difficult, but they took her to the dementia care unit to redirect her instead of letting her get upset. I don’t know what activities they had for her on a daily basis, but I do know that she did a lot of walking around while she was there and they kept an eye on her. It was really nice having the dining area right there in front of the nurse’s station so they could watch for wanderers. They’ve called me a couple of times since we’ve left to check up on her and make sure everything is still going okay. They’ve been very caring and I would recommend them.

We toured Mill Pond Health Campus, and knew right away it was the place for my parents. It's a smaller place, and we thought it was the most homey of the facilities we visited. It is kept very clean, and the staff is very helpful. Many of them have even given us their cell phone numbers so they are always within reach. My parents seem to be enjoying the food here, and I hope that once they warm up to the community more, they will be able to get involved in some of the activities.

It’s going really well here. My friend is still adjusting but she really loves the place. Another person we know (another medical POA) was visiting her yesterday and even she was very impressed with all of the activities going on. My friend really needs a lot of hands on activity, which they seem to have. I don’t know everything they do there at the facility but I do know they have outings and sing-a-longs. My friend is always willing to help and she is guided to help other people in there that are struggling and helps them perform certain things. My friend’s guardian and I went and visited initially and we were impressed with the staff there and the way it was laid out. We really liked the whole picture of it. Something that we learned while we were there was that anyone that works there that comes within 15 feet of a resident has to acknowledge them and has to say hi and make sure they’re doing okay. She says the food is great and the place is beautiful and very open. The rooms are very nice and my friend’s first room had a window view of the parking lot, which she wasn’t very happy with, and they told her that the first time a room opened up with a better view they would give it to her and that’s happened already. Now she has a view of the garden and she’s going to be involved in that in the spring. There’s good conversation and good communication between her guardian and the head of the memory care unit. Overall, I would recommend them.

I ended up choosing this facility because I want my Mother to be close to me. The staff here is so friendly and they communicate with me about anything that happens to my mom. It’s really an upbeat community and it feels more like a hotel setting than assisted living. The facility itself is very clean and the housekeeper comes in every day and cleans her room. She empties the trash, tidies up the bathroom, and there’s a weekly linen change. For activities, they have trips into town, church services, and monthly family brunches. I would recommend this community.

I find the staff caring, friendly and very attentive to my Dad. He has been on multiple outings and enjoys the activities that are in-house as well. The food is great and they even have a monthly brunch for family! They have a support group for family monthly as well. The facility is clean and spacious. My dad can walk around all he wants. They have a secure courtyard which we have used even the first Sunday in November. My decision to bring my Dad here has been a good one and I am very pleased.

The people at Westlake have been excellent. They are so kind and caring. They are very responsive to family questions and attentive to the needs of the residents. The food is very well done, the place has a warm, homey, comfortable feel, it's clean, they have a lot of activities there, and I find that it is in a very convenient location for my father, my sisters, and I to visit easily. My father even plans to move in to the new independent living area they are building there right now. I would definitely recommend Westlake to others.

I chose this facility because I was in a time crunch and they had something available immediately. This facility is very clean and decorated nicely. They are pet they are a pet-friendly community which is important my family member. They have courtyards and have a lot of outdoor space to walk your dog. Everyone here is super nice and they are great in communicating with me when there's something going on with my family member. One thing I really like is they have assisted living, respites care, and nursing care. I won't have to move her as she advances. I recommend this community.

My Mother is really enjoying her stay here. She is truly happy here and I’m glad we picked this facility. The staff is wonderful and they are taking care of all her needs. No matter what, they are always around if my mom needs help. There is not one staff member you walk by that isn’t friendly and personable. The food is good and she enjoys it. They do serve 3 meals a day even if my mom only chooses to eat 1 a day. The aesthetics of the facility is very clean. The apartment she is staying in is more like a patio villa. It has an attached garage and a full kitchen. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with ample amount of space. For activities, they have festive parties for different occasions, they have people that come in and do educational classes, arts and crafts, and there are exercise classes 3 days a week. I would highly recommend this facility.

When my sister and I were looking for a place for our mom, we had heard a lot about this community. We came to visit one time and there was a young woman coming out that had told us she just moved her grandmother in and how great it was. There were a lot of people that were telling us how amazing it was and it’s really lived up to that. It was really important that we find a community that offered more than one type of care because my mom did not want to have to move, and this place offers memory care, assisted living, and adult day care services. The staff is amazing and anytime we’ve had any questions or had any issues, they’ve been wonderful about helping. They give us an assessment each month to let us know how our mom is doing and I really like that. Mom says the food is good and there are plenty of options to choose from. If you don’t like what’s on the menu, they’ll give you the opportunity to get something else and she’s been able to do that a couple of times. Her room is very clean and stays that way and from what I can tell, the trash is done daily but I’m not entirely sure on that. My mom is still fairly active and they have someone that will help her carry her laundry down to the washer and dryer and sometimes even do it for her if she needs them to. They do a little bit of everything when it comes to activities. They’ll take the residents out for rides, play bingo, and a couple of times that I’ve been there on Fridays they’ll have someone doing the ladies’ nails. There was a time that I had gone to visit and everyone had “funny money” for a small auction they were doing and they would have everyone bidding on things. The other residents seem really friendly and welcoming and there are even several people from her previous home that have moved over, so she’s already got some good friends. The staff makes sure she’s taking her meds regularly, they check on her, make sure she’s up and moving around, eating regularly, and I think it’s been good for her. Overall, I would recommend this place.

My mother lives at The Willows, and we are both so pleased with it so far. I have already recommended it to others. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They are concerned about the wellbeing of the patents, and they always acknowledge everyone when they’re making their rounds. There are always activities going on like trips, church services, manicures; someone comes to do the residents’ hair, and so much else. The meals are great. If mom eats it, I know it’s good. The place is so clean, and cute. It’s set up like a little town with a fountain and a clock out front. It’s decorated with flowers, and the hallways all have street names so the residents can easily keep track of where they’re going. The Willows is fantastic. I couldn’t ask for a better place.

my mother (age 90) is in the independent living section but they give her a tremendous amount of assistance when she needs it. She is generally able to handle her own needs but she has periods of weakness and/or dementia when she needs help and they have shown no reluctance to shower, dress, toilet her during those times. Every need and/or inquiry is answered promptly, the staff is all friendly. I have no problem getting information from them. I really have nothing negative to say about this organization.

this is a good community the staff are caring and attentive to my father's needs. The community is clean and has a safe environment for my father. I like know that he likes the menu of the menu that is offered. I would recommend this community for the good care and the value for other families.

Great campus to bring a loved one for rehab or long-term care. Friendly staff and amazing residents! Everyone is always smiling and willing to help out in any way that you need. Beautiful campus and great care!

We are so very, very pleased with the care my father-in-law has gotten here. He is adapting very well, and the staff is so good with him. He is starting to make friends again. He really likes the food which is very reassuring for us as he was having trouble eating for a while. They make sure he keeps busy too. Even the front office staff are on top of things. We would recommend this community to anyone looking for a loved one.

From the very beginning or our tour to the day my mother came home from her respite stay at Stonegate Health Campus, they very gracious, supportive and the staff were excellent no question about it. My mom loved the food and the activities and we would have no problem recommending them to friends and family. We were more than pleased with her care.

This is a nice community for the care for the family. The staff is caring and attentive. The menu is appealing. The community is clean and they have activities that are available for the residents. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

We toured this community for care for my mom's care. This is a newer community and the amenities are very good for the residents. The value is very nice. There is a nice menu that is available. They do have a variety of activities for the residents who want to participate. The is an outstanding community for care. The family should tour this community for the care of a loved one.

Great facility, wonderful compassionate staff. Took very good care of my Mother.

My Mom and our family are totally satisfied with this facility. In fact my mother had to go into the hospital and was anxious to get back to Wellbrooke!!
