Traditions Management

I had a good tour of this community, and everything went well. It is a nice community, everything looked well maintained. The staff was friendly. It wasn't as modern as I would had liked. They are planning to do some updating around the community, but at the time this wasn't the community for us.

My mother seems to be adjusting to this community pretty well. I know she is safe and being cared for very well. It is a nice, clean community, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is great, they have been very helpful and attentive. Also they are great with commutation with me. So far everything is working out well, and I would recommend this community.

They finally hired a program director and that made a big difference. Before they did not have very much of anything for the residents. The community is kept clean for the most part. There has been such a high turn over rate with the staff that I think that could contribute to the lack in some areas.

The Traditions at Reagan Park was a good community. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The place was kept up and had a fresh look to it. Unfortunately, there were no openings at the time we needed.

I was able to take a tour of this community and I just did not get the feel of being home here. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with helping us understand what they had to offer. The price just was to expensive and to many extra fees.

Everything has been going great with this community. Dad likes the food and is enjoying himself. They also provide a lot of activities for my loved one to get involved with. I like that they always have the community clean and not smelly like some places that I have been too.

My tour of this community went very well. It is a nice looking community. From what I saw everything appeared to be nice and clean. This is a big community, and I felt like it was too big for my mother. I felt she would feel overwhelmed here. Everybody was kind and friendly. This is a good community, but not the one for my mother.

Overall our experience with Brookdale Lakeview Crossing has been a good one! It's clean, the staff seem friendly and caring, and they take good care of the residents. My one complaint would be that I think they could check in on the residents a bit more often in the evenings, but otherwise we're entirely satisfied!

The community gives you a family feeling when you are in there. The meals have a good taste to them. My father is comfortable the staff is friendly and have good communication with him and the family. I would recommend the community because i feel he is safe and the amenities they offer are good.

Overall I think Brookdale Zanesville is a very nice place! The facility is always clean and well kept, and I think the staff is friendly and professional. However, I will say that I think the nursing staff could be a little more on top of things.

Our experience was short, so we don't have a lot to go on. My loved one passed away, so it was a difficult time. I didn't have any complaints though, they did a good job, and lived up to our expectations.

Overall our experience with Brookdale Medina has been a good one. It's a nice looking place, and the staff seems friendly and professional. Really the only complaint I have is that there were a few things they offered us during the sales process that haven't been delivered on, but nothing major. It's a nice place, overall.

The people there are friendly. It's a nice facility. It's probably as good as the other facilities out there. My only concern is the slow response. They seem to be under staffed. When my mother needs help going to the bathroom, they take a long time to come help. Other than that, it has been a pretty good experience. Everyone is nice. I would recommend the Emeritus at Lakeview. It's a nice place to live.

They helped a lot with the move-in process, and have been very helpful all throughout. It is a great community, nice facility, and wonderful staff. My only critique would be the food. It's not terrible, but it is not fresh quality food either.

We visited this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Meadow Brook was a very nice looking community, but I don't think it would have been a great fit for my loved one. It was a very "fancy" looking place, lots of marble, etc, and I think my loved one would be more comfortable somewhere with a more homey feel. The tour also felt a bit impersonal, they just jumped right into the floor plans and pricing without showing us why it would be a good place to live.

Very lovely facility. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, food was very good. However, this is really an AL/MC facility that accepts people for independent living. The majority of residents are intended to be either in AL or MC. While the place is gorgeous and the price is right, this is not what we are looking for.

Unfortunately our experience with Emeritus at Lakeview was not a long one, but overall I liked what I saw during my loved one's time here. It was a clean, well kept facility, and the staff were friendly and caring.

My loved one was here for a brief respite stay, and overall I thought they did a good job. The facility itself was well kept and clean, and the staff all seemed friendly. There were a few areas they could have done better, however. My loved one is a strict vegetarian, and they were not very accommodating when it came to meals, she was mostly served pasta with marinara sauce. They also did not manage to get the television in her room working until a few days into her stay.

Very nice staff. Very open and bright.

Clean, nice presentation and follow-up with reasonable pricing. Residents looked happy and well cared for in the dining hall.
