Facility is very nice. Staff is pleasant and most helpful.

We do not think that it's a good value. We would move if we had more money No bars in the showers. I was told it's $[removed] to put them in. Now there is a bar by the toilet- but not the shower. It's irresponsible not to have a bar in the shower at a senior facility. Food is not good. The neighborhood is nice.

My mother and family have been very pleased with Traditions. From the day my mother moved in everyone has been pleasant, friendly and helpful. There are enough activities for her to partake in if she wants to. And has been encouraged to participate and try different activities. The size of the complex is just right for her. Big enough to get around but small enough for her to meet other residents. I was wondering is the a monthly email that goes out to family members on what activities or happenings at Traditions.

The staff at Traditions have made my mother feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. The nursing director and staff are attentive and care deeply for my mother's well-being. Traditions also has a robust activities calendar which allows my mother to engage in a variety of activities, including exercise classes, bingo, crafts, and music performances on a weekly basis. On-site services like physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as a beauty salon have enabled my mother to get the services and pampering she needs and deserves.

My father lived with my husband I for about 2 years when he needed more care than we could provide. We previewed several care facilities in Fishers and were thrilled when Meadow Brook called with an opening. The facility is beautiful. The staff and other residents are so friendly. The move was smooth and my father felt right at home from the first day. We feel very fortunate to have Meadow Brook as part of our family.

Good facility if you are still fairly independent when you move in. But level of in house nursing staff for monitoring resident needs or health changes is very limited. Residents still need to manage their own outside doctor visits when a medical issue arises. No visiting doctor. Food quality varies up and down. New vendor started a month ago.

Our loved one loves the Traditions of Lebanon community, so far she has had no complaints. The staff members are always cleaning, the meals that are prepared are good, and the doctor is able to come to the community. Our loved one is treated very well there.

What we really like the most about the Traditions of Reagan Park is the friendliness of the staff members as well as the other residents there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Traditions at Beaumont seems to be great with assisted living. Memory Care is Ok if you don't need a lot of assistance. The staff is often watching their phones and/or missing. Medicine was not given on many occasions. Rooms were not cleaned often enough.Nurse Practitioners [names removed]took very good care of my brother.[names removed]were outstanding CNA's. We picked this community, because it was clean and had special events for residents. No extra charges for services

I was previously a resident at Traditions of Deerfield. This facility was great and everything there was good. The only problem was that they could not accommodate to my specific needs. In result, I ended up having to move to another facility. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

What I like most about the Five Star Residence community is the freedom that I get to enjoy here. What they could improve on would be having more of a variety at meal times and more hot meals for us to eat. Based on the experience I have had so far with the community, I would recommend them to other families

I toured with Traditions at North Bend and it was pretty nice. Traditions would be great for someone only needing assisted living but not my choice for memory care. The issue I had was the small memory care area. If you are looking for memory care, I would give them a 3. If looking for assisted living, it would be a 4.

My mother is currently a resident at Traditions at Hunter Station and things have been very good for her here at this facility. Communication with the family is fairly good, it's the medication issues that are problematic. The food is great. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We picked this community, because of the location. The staff is wonderful, and I liked them a lot. Overall, I would recommend to other families. A Place for Mom did a really nice job helping me find a place.

This facility is really nice. The move-in experience was amazing with the move in Coordinator. She was there to check on my loved one and to check on us, for two weeks. The food, we are told, is good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Our family had an in person tour with Traditions of Beavercreek and overall it was a good tour experience. They are a beautiful facility and they appear to have a wonderful community. The apartment has a larger bathroom than [community name removed] but the apartment was smaller overall.

The staff and residents at Meadow Brook are friendly and outgoing. They were helpful when my dad fell. The outside dog area is a nice feature. The nurse who bandages him up did a great job to ensure he was safe. I would recommend them to other families.

Our experience has been positive with Traditions. I have already referred someone to the community. The food (according to my loved one) could be better but my loved one is picky. The staff communication with the family is very good. Traditions have done some individual activities with my loved one like coloring in an adult coloring book with colored pencils.

There have been instances of my loved pressing the call button and staff not responding to the call button. This truly depends on the shift. The community chef resigned and then it took a while to find a new chef, and the food went downhill during this timeframe. The food is great otherwise, and the family has been able to dine with our loved ones. This is a good place for your loved one. There are several activities for the residents to participate in. There are field trips, happy hours, and more for activities. The staff are good at elevating the residents and finding the right fit for them.

I toured this facility and it was nice. It's a much larger place and has more of a hotel feel. The residents and staff were friendly. I felt that this facility was too large and would maybe be too overwhelming for my loved one, but could be a good fit for others.
