Traditions Management

Brookdale has been a pretty decent place for my mom. she's getting good care and the people seem to like their jobs and put forth effort. I especially like how close it is to where I live and the cleanliness. they could improve a little on their staffing, but I understand that's the way things are now. they have very good communication, anytime they do something or something happens I know about it. its a good place for people that need care and there are other people around who are in the same state. they keep an eye on the residents, most people there are friendly and used to caring for those with Alzheimer's or dementia. they know how to care for them better than a nursing home would.

We had a really nice tour at Traditions of Deerfield, and they were in our top two. We chose the other facility because it was a little more upscale, so it fit my loved one's preferences better. But Traditions of Deerfield was still really nice.

This location was fine. The person who gave us the tour had a lot of information and did wonderful. They just did not have what my loved ones were looking for overall.

We chose Traditions at Beaumont because of the overall atmosphere of the facility. The room sizes are adequate for her needs at this time. The staff members are very friendly and I would recommend to others looking.

Everybody really seemed to want to make the community a good place, they would try and fix the problems were problems needed to be fixed. The rooms they provided for the residents were fine, about a 4.5 out of 5. We would recommend the community with some caveats

During Covid my Mother was tired of being isolated and and alone. The idea of Assisted Living at this point in time was very frightening but I've been very pleased with Meadow Brook. I feel they are very kind and caring. The safety measures have given me peace of mind that she's protected the best she can be. She's enjoyed interacting with staff and residents each day and having activities to attend. She seems much happier than when she was home alone. I'm thankful for the attention and care Meadow Brook has provided for my loved one.

The staff is very attentive. The building is always clean and well maintained. There are daily activities that everyone can enjoy and overall it's been very nice!

My father has had excellent care and service. The food is of high quality and selection. Always good maintenance and housekeeping. The staff are all very helpful and great with any concerns. So far, no reports of COVID-19 and safe environment.

The staff at Traditions makes living at the facility feel like home for dad. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares about the residents and their families. They have worked to assist in making the transition from independent to assisted living very smooth.

GP is fortunate to have a marketing director as they now have. Enthusiasm and goodwill goes a very long way in the success of a facility such as yours. While the balance of the program works well, this "Face of the organization" marketing person serves your company quite well in the competitive market in Bloomington. I enjoy spending time with my mother at Gentry Park. She is in a very good environment.

I have a family friend that currently lives at Traditions at Solana. Let me just say, wow! The building and property are absolutely beautiful. No matter who I talk to, I always receive a smiling face in return. The staff seem very caring and have a passion for working with this population.

This is a very nice Assisted living community and the staff here did an excellent job showing us around and answering all our questions. I just felt that my mother was not in need of this type of assisted living just yet as she is still very independent. I would recommend a tour of this community.

After staying in this community for a respite stay, my mother did decide to make the move permanently into this community. It is a lovely facility, and I'am comfortable with her move here. They have an attentive, friendly staff, she really enjoys everyone in this community. The community, and her room is well-kept when I visit, they do a good job with the cleanliness. There are excellent activities offered for the residents. The chef has been willing to work with us regarding her diet. This is a community I would highly recommend to my family, and friends.

So far the experience is going well for my mother in law in this community . She is doing well . We know she is safe , and in good hands . They are taking good care of her , and her needs . Everything is working out well , and we are satisfied with her move to this community .

They have a wonderful staff, and everyone I have worked with has been great. Everything looks nice, and well-kept when I visit. They provide nice meals, and good activities for the residents.I know she is safe, and in good hands in this community, and I would recommend it.

The tour was good, the representative was professional and able to answer all my questions during the tour. However, when I got to see the room, I was not liking the size. They were not our pick.

From what I saw on my tour, this was a fine facility! It appeared to be quite clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly.

Our Father was in charge of picking his assisted living facility. He and his daughters visited several around Indianapolis. When he walked into Traditions at Solana, he loved the light and open feeling. Before he broke his hip, he painted beautiful watercolors...light is important to an artist. Solana is full of light and a most welcoming atmosphere. He choose Solana. We are now going into two years. He calls Solana "home". You can't do any better than that for your parent. When we go out for the day he is always ready to go home. He looks forward to the music events and "happy hour" twice a week. He has made friends here. The staff works hard to make the residents a part of the community...it takes a village...they do a great job. We are 5 siblings and we all appreciate Solana.

The experience has been going very well for my mom. So far the staff are good and they made some changes for the better. The grounds and public areas are clean and my mom's room is livable and not bad. At times there are some things left on the floor but her room is clean. They make great meals for the residents.

Brookdale Zanesville is a LOVELY place. Tell you what, I wouldn't mind living there! It gives a good first impression, and it's even better once you start looking around. And it's more affordable than some of the other places in town. I am thrilled that my 91 year old mother can live here.
