We are very happy with our Mothers care at Meadowbrook memory care. It is a beautiful place staffed by caring professionals who really seem to enjoy their jobs. The food and activities are great. They brought my Mother out of her shell and it is a relief to know she is safe and well cared for.

My sister and I just moved my parents into an assisted living apt at Solana. I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff. Colin is and has been a Godsend helping my sister with all the steps and details of a smooth transition of moving our parents from their home into assisted living. The Executive Chef Earnest and wait staff, (especially Lisa) are top notch. The food, service, and attention to detail and kindheart of these folks is exceptional. I know it's all new and I hope it continues to maintain the high quality of care and service my parents have received these past few days. The medical staff is attentive and timely with check-in procedures and dispensing medications. Down to earth, extremely knowledeable staff and very impressive accommodations. Thank you!

I was given very good information. We felt like if we chose to have our mother come to this community, that she would be very well taken care of and make friends. We felt that she would enjoy being at this community.

Staff is great and have patience to deal with my mother's shenanigans. Very experienced in dealing with people memory conditions. Can't really say about how she feels about it, because she doesn't have all of her faculties. Place is very clean. They are going through a transitional period since Brookdale is taking over. They are pumping a lot of money into the place for renovations and it is a well taken care of place. Staff is very friendly and provides a good experience for both the residents and well as their families. Very supportive about what the family is going through during time. Happy with the value of the community. Would have been paying a lot more money for a community in the original search location. The care services are great. I'm not sure if she actually participates any activities. Overall we are very happy with the choice we made.

Meadow Brook is an amazing facility for memory care and assisted living. The AL building is beautiful, lively, active and fun. The Memory care wing is adorable, homey, comfortable and has a very happy feel. Every staff member I have met is very dedicated to the residents and very committed to going above and beyond. Corrie, the wellness director, looks at every resident as if they are family and will do anything to ensure her residents get the best care possible! Julia and Theresa in marketing go out of their way to provide activities to stimulate, entertain and educate the residents and are always striving to make the facility the best it can be. I highly reccomend Meadow Brook Assisted Living and Memory Care!

When searching for a licensed facility in the Fishers, IN area for my mother - we toured & interviewed 5 different facilities. Meadow Brook met both the physical, mental, emotional, relational needs of Mom, while fitting her budget and helping my wife and I feel a sense of peace & security knowing that Mom was getting the best in care. Meadow Brook's staff is incredible. They are truly caring professionals and we have found they consistently demonstrate tremendous courtesy, kindness, dedication, and compassion to my mother and all of their residents. The food is delicious & nutritious. The kitchen crew serves each amazing meal with a delightful attitude and a warm smile. The prices for family & friends are very reasonable. We eat with Mom a couple of times per week and have thoroughly enjoyed each bite. The building is nice, neat and well maintained. Any maintenance concerns that we have had were addressed in a very quick and professional manner. Mom has some mild memory impairment. But the super caregivers and nurse's help makes life "normal" for Mom and us as her family. Meadow Brook is the place to bring healing, hope and peace to each resident and their families. It's truly a 5 STAR facility. We prayerfully searched for the right location for Mom to make this important transition in her life. Meadow Brook was an answer to our prayers! It's a wonderful community filled love.

My dad had been in another facility prior to moving to Meadow Brook. We had had a negative experience with the first facility and were looking for someplace where he would receive excellent care and feel comfortable. Our first impressions of Meadow Brook were fabulous and they lived up to them. My dad went into their Memory Care Unit in late August. At that time there were only 7 other residents on the unit. As the number of residents has increased so has the number of staff. The staff is friendly and caring, always calling my dad by name. The unit is brand new and has gone thru a number of learning curves, but all my concerns or questions have been handled professionally. I no longer worry about my dad when I am traveling as I know he is being well cared for. Thank you Meadow Brook!

Amazing place. Beautiful and welcoming. I had the chance to meet several of the staff and was blown away with how nice and eager they are to help with anything and everything. We had lunch there the day we toured. It was fantastic. Truly restaurant quality with service to match the menu. While this type of care is expensive, you can see that cost is put right into the care for residents and maintenance of the building and grounds. During my visit I saw residents playing cards and others doing some type of structured activity led by the "fun director". What an amazing title. While our needs have changed we would have loved to have my mother stay there.

Colin was very informative about Solana and the services they offer. It is a beautiful facility and it appears that they have a knowledgeable staff that work with residents. I think my mother-in-law would be happy at this gorgeous place.

Larry was extremely knowledgeable about senior citizens with demintia. He was very professional and comprehensive about Meadow Brook. I left with a thorough understanding of services offered. It was a great meeting. The facility was gorgeous.

We toured this location when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. We toured another Emeritus facility as well, and we thought they were both beautiful and extremely well run. However, and it may have just been the day we visited, the residents here didn't seem as welcoming as the other community. But otherwise everything here seemed very nice!

Getting in after hours would depend upon who would answer the buzzer, and could be a considerable amount to have someone answer the door. The food was nutritious, and they did have a good variety. The people I dealt with were very helpful, in helping me understand in laymans terms how things would be, and being patient and giving me time to do the research.

They've done a great job here, I'd give them 5s across the board. The most important thing is that they've made Mom feel welcome, and part of the community. She really feels like this place is her home. It's a beautiful facility, and the staff have all been very friendly and helpful. They've got plenty of activities, and the food seems good as well. They offer a balanced diet, but they do have different selections available for picky eaters.

My dad needed assisted living and after taking a tour of Emeritus At Lakeview I knew it was the place. It was so nice I would like to live there. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and clean smelling.

Fourth place I visited. Liked the one-floor plan and the enclosed patios. The residents were quite friendly and lively. Met one dog along the way. The rooms were very nice. All amenities I'd think Dad would like. Residents and staff were very friendly. Christine encouraged me to bring Dad in so he could see, eat, and talk with residents. Again, I like the age-in-place philosophy. Trips to Akron for doctor seemed doable. Information for getting VA assistance was available.

My mother-in-law is there. We moved her into the Emeritus because it was cheaper than some of the other communities that we looked at. The facilities are beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The cost is very expensive there, and I thought they would supply her with her Depends but, while they do have Depends available, it's an extra $85 per month. It's not included in her rent.

Nice place. Director was helpful and very nice. Large, clean, odorless but not what my mother would feel comfortable in.

Toured the facility, very nice. Dad is considering this and other options at current facility.
