Everyone was so nice there. You have a beautiful facility. I was impressed with all the activities that you have going on.

Absolutely beautiful place. Wonder staff and very well organized. It was not a good fit for my aunt based on location. I did the tour to keep our options open. So we will not be sending her there. But is a wonderful place to consider your loved ones needs.

The assisted living as nice. Lots of activities. The memory care gave us concern. Residents asleep with heads on tables, urine puddled under a chair. After a delay in information sharing they decided not to accept our family member.

The facility is clean, bright, and one of the, if not the, nicest facility in the area. The staff are all great and my loved one feels comfortable there. Food is ok but could be improved upon.

Facility is good but they are under staffed. Takes a long time to get help. I would recommend it. It is a great location. Very quite and clean. All food is prepared fresh daily by their cooks from the kitchen. No pre- packaged food. Kitchen available all day for residents.

The facility is an “Age in Place” facility. The overall cleanliness was great. There was a cleaner smell when I fist entered that was a little strong and smelled like it was masking urine. I am not sure if someone recently had an accident and the odor was from it being cleaned up. Other than that my experience was great. A lot of activities and outings are scheduled. Tenants appeared to be happy and social. Pricing and room size were reasonable.

What we like the most about the community is all the smiles from staff. Cleanliness all around. Lots of activity. Residents seem content and look well cared for.

Everything seems to be what was pretty much needed for him. All the staff was very kind and informative. Always answered my questions and took time to check on him since I could not.

What we like the most about the community is the cleanliness, there are no smells. However, they could improve on the food! Yes, we would recommend Traditions of Hilliard to other families based on the experience so far.

The admin were extremely informative during the touring and administration process. The moving in process was very easy and everyone was extremely helpful. My sister in law is being kind of awkward about adapting, but hoping after some time all will be well. Seems like everyone is trying to be very helpful and friendly.

I feel that the quality of care and activities and administrative staff would all be rated 5. Other categories likely rate a 4. [name removed] was also receiving almost daily care from AHC (Americans Hospice Care) and they were phenomenal during the entire 11 months that he was at Traditions's. The activities directors and the music programs they have were outstanding. The price of memory care at $[removed] per month was difficult to Afford and if Medicaid is an option I recommend getting it in place ASAP. Unfortunately it took over 6 months before it was obtained.

Mom enjoys the companionship and the activities. She has mentioned some of the meals are not so good.

Everyone was friendly and very professional. Our issues were probably just our own misunderstandings. He was just there for a respite stay. They did not have any skilled nursing help, which he needed for a foot wound. Also, we didn't realize we needed to provide all the pads and diapers, so that was an issue. The bed was just a regular bed and wasn't adjustable (like a hospital bed), and he really can't lay flat, so I had to buy pillows and have them delivered so he could prop up. It's a beautiful place, just not enough for what my husband needs.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. It is a very welcoming community. I would recommend it to others.

Mainly due to internal communication for scheduling showers, housekeeping etc.. the staff is super friendly they really try hard to make things right. Community Spaces are always kept nice. I would recommend to others.

What stood out the most - He was always clean and dressed appropriately. He loved to sit outside on the enclosed patio and they would take him out and check on him. He was a picky eater and somehow they convinced him to try new things.

Staff get a 3, billing gets a 1. Went downhill when Traditions took over last summer Food was really bad and I'm not really picky. Also, they now have a policy that if you die while there, you have to pay for 30 more days even if you have removed all the belongings. That alone would stop me from going there. That doesn't seem like it should be legal. The administrator and Nursing director are really nice though.

They have a NP onsite and PT, OT and speech therapy onsite as well. The facility is kept very clean. The food is good. My Dad loves it! Everyone is friendly and helpful

The community has been great. Maybe the "on-boarding" of new residents is an area for improvement. Overall we are happy with the community.

You are responsible all of your basic bathroom items. In uncluding your shower liner. They need more activities for dementia residents.The dinning room could cook more gluten free items.
