Traditions Management

Larry was extremely knowledgeable about senior citizens with demintia. He was very professional and comprehensive about Meadow Brook. I left with a thorough understanding of services offered. It was a great meeting. The facility was gorgeous.

My mother-in-law has been at Traditions for approximately three months. The direct care givers are always courteous and kind toward the patients. They often are sitting watching residents from a distance during the activities. They are quite busy near mealtime, gathering residents, getting them situated, plating food, etc., etc. I am confident that she is receiving the best care possible and am glad to have selected Traditions as her new residence.

Pluses- friendly staff; nice, clean, inviting facility (a place I'm happy to go to 3-4 times/week; they let you host parties there in several different areas for free; they seem to work on problems that need to be fixed; my parents love the quiet outdoor environment with trees & and a river on one side and a lake on the other, mom loves to watch the sun set over the lake; they host fun parties for residents- summer BBQ, Christmas, Mother's & Father's Day luncheons; they bring in live musicians Minuses- staff turnover, especially in MC; communication issues with staff & families; making sure my dad in MC is getting what we're paying for-have to stay on top of them (dad can't tell me) Overall very happy. When asked, mom said no to moving. Dad comes down to her apt to visit from MC but she also has space from him & she has made friends & gotten involved in activities.

I am amazed at how dedicated the staff is at their jobs that take care of us. I am grateful for how they do that with such kindness.

I was amazed when I first came here it was seamless to move here. This place is very homey. The maintenance team put up bars in my bathroom to make me feel more safe. I have a screened in porch and love it here. The location is great with so many things around as well. I like that I feel like I live in a house but it is easier to maintain. I am very pleased with traditions.

The front desk staff is very great. [name removed] has a tough job but she does it very very well. I am happy with the cleaning staff and they always do a great job. [name removed] and [name removed] are two of the best people that work here. They are willing to help everyone and do it so graciously. Nurses are great and very helpful.

We had a really nice tour at Traditions of Deerfield, and they were in our top two. We chose the other facility because it was a little more upscale, so it fit my loved one's preferences better. But Traditions of Deerfield was still really nice.

Our experience with Hilliard Assisted living is going great, everything has been wonderful. I do not have one bad thing to say about them.

This location was fine. The person who gave us the tour had a lot of information and did wonderful. They just did not have what my loved ones were looking for overall.

We chose Traditions at Beaumont because of the overall atmosphere of the facility. The room sizes are adequate for her needs at this time. The staff members are very friendly and I would recommend to others looking.

It's early on, but everything I've seen so far I've been pleased with. My loved one's apartment is a very nice size, and very comparable to what she had before in independent living. which made it a smooth transition for her with her minor memory issues. She was able to bring all of her own furniture, so it feels like home to her. I like that part of it. It's a beautiful complex and seems to be clean and very well maintained. My loved one tells me the food is very good. They have a lot of activities and things going on. The concept here is to keep the residents active and help them get out of their rooms, and she does so much I can't get ahold of her sometimes. I have minor questions at times, but they've been very good at responding. It's a nice organization, and I like the people I'm dealing with. Based on my research, it seems we're getting a fair deal. So far I've been very happy, and I think my loved one is too, which is most important to us. It's nice knowing that she receives any care she needs and is eating well with three meals a day.

Everybody really seemed to want to make the community a good place, they would try and fix the problems were problems needed to be fixed. The rooms they provided for the residents were fine, about a 4.5 out of 5. We would recommend the community with some caveats

During Covid my Mother was tired of being isolated and and alone. The idea of Assisted Living at this point in time was very frightening but I've been very pleased with Meadow Brook. I feel they are very kind and caring. The safety measures have given me peace of mind that she's protected the best she can be. She's enjoyed interacting with staff and residents each day and having activities to attend. She seems much happier than when she was home alone. I'm thankful for the attention and care Meadow Brook has provided for my loved one.

The staff is very attentive. The building is always clean and well maintained. There are daily activities that everyone can enjoy and overall it's been very nice!

My father has had excellent care and service. The food is of high quality and selection. Always good maintenance and housekeeping. The staff are all very helpful and great with any concerns. So far, no reports of COVID-19 and safe environment.

The staff at Traditions makes living at the facility feel like home for dad. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares about the residents and their families. They have worked to assist in making the transition from independent to assisted living very smooth.

GP is fortunate to have a marketing director as they now have. Enthusiasm and goodwill goes a very long way in the success of a facility such as yours. While the balance of the program works well, this "Face of the organization" marketing person serves your company quite well in the competitive market in Bloomington. I enjoy spending time with my mother at Gentry Park. She is in a very good environment.

I have a family friend that currently lives at Traditions at Solana. Let me just say, wow! The building and property are absolutely beautiful. No matter who I talk to, I always receive a smiling face in return. The staff seem very caring and have a passion for working with this population.

After staying in this community for a respite stay, my mother did decide to make the move permanently into this community. It is a lovely facility, and I'am comfortable with her move here. They have an attentive, friendly staff, she really enjoys everyone in this community. The community, and her room is well-kept when I visit, they do a good job with the cleanliness. There are excellent activities offered for the residents. The chef has been willing to work with us regarding her diet. This is a community I would highly recommend to my family, and friends.

So far the experience is going well for my mother in law in this community . She is doing well . We know she is safe , and in good hands . They are taking good care of her , and her needs . Everything is working out well , and we are satisfied with her move to this community .
