My brother is doing very well here, He likes the community and his apt, and he says that the food is very good lots of choices. There are a lot of activities and special events as well as field trip which the residents can choose from. Right now my brother is going through PT here to help him get back some of his mobility which is nice. I would definitely recommend taking the tour here.

We toured a lot of other communities and we feel we have made the right choice with Brookdale Zanesville. The staff is great. They are very friendly and caring. I feel comfortable that I can communicate any questions or concerns I have regarding my mom's care. We really liked the food when we first moved mom in. They recently just changed chef and my mom is not too happy with the food right now. Hopefully, the food will improve soon. They have excellent activities. I see the staff encouraging my mom and all of the residents to participate. It really feels like a family environment. We really like my mom's studio. It has a beautiful view and I brought all of her gazing balls and windchimes so it is really homey and comfortable. One of the "must have for mom" is a walking trail. They have a wonderful walking trail around the facility and a gazebo where she can get out and enjoy the outdoors. It is the number one thing that draws her out and she takes such pleasure in doing. They do offer transportation, but anything extra does cost. We got a good price on the cost because of the discount they were offering during the summer. We are very satisfied. I would highly recommend this community to others.

My dad has settled in very well here, he likes his apt and feels that he still has his independence to come and go, he likes going out to the courtyard and joining the other residents in the dining room. He's not one for joining in the activities but they do have a lot for the residents to choose from. Dad does like going on the different field trips they do during the week though. I would definitely recommend taking a tour here.

The staff have gone out of their way to encourage mom to participate in some of the activities and amenities they offer. The staff and the other residents know her by name. The food is good and they are open to listening to family. The community is clean and the grounds are well maintained. They offer laundry and cleaning services. I felt comfortable when we first walked in and I would recommend this community.

My dad is in the memory care and the staff there have been great in working with him and his move there. They try to keep him busy, he's not much on joining in but he does like going to the dining room and he even likes the food. Dad likes his room and the community is very nice. There's a nice court yard they can take my dad out to when he wants to go which is nice. I would recommend the community and the care they give.l

I like the care here at this community. We have been happy with the staff and the cleanliness of the community. The menu is very good and we like that they have activities that she is participating with the other residents. We would recommend this community to other families for the care of a loved one.

Gentry Park is spanking new. The site is gorgeous; the facility is beautiful; the staff are highly competent, friendly and caring; and the food is quite good. The administrative staff have been a pleasure to work with as I transitioned my mother from fifty years in her own home to life in an assisted living environment. My mother suffers from short term memory loss, is easily confused, and was anxious and ambivalent about making the move, which was necessitated by her weakening physical state. But the staff has done everything within its power to make the transition smooth and pleasant--and my mother has been highly complimentary of how nice the place is and how kind everyone has been. There have been a couple of bumps along the way as the staff has sought to ascertain the extent of my mother's needs and provide the level of care she requires. And the activities offered by Gentry Park remain less developed relative to other facilities in the area (Meadowood/Bell Trace), but I attribute that to Gentry Park being in operation for less than a year--and the new activities director has an ambitious agenda, and I anticipate a. Bottom line: I toured eight assisted living facilities in Milwaukee (where my mother used to live) and Bloomington, before deciding that Gentry Park was best suited to meet my mother's needs, without regard to cost. That Gentry Park was among the more affordable options under consideration made the choice that much easier. My mother has now been at Gentry Park for a little over a month, and my opinion has not changed.

Staff very professional, and the property very nice and clean.

Moved my mother into Meadow Brook over 6 months ago and worked with [Removed] was so easy and he made me feel ok with moving my mom into Assisted Living. [Removed] made sure I met with [Removed] the Executive Director who has been at the building since it opened, she also help me and my mother with the transition. My mother enjoys herself so much, she doesn't have much time for me now.!! The food is great, the activities are so many it is like a cruise ship. I love how many new friends my mom has met and to see how she has come alive, always chatting it up about her "girls" warms my heart. Thank you Meadow Brook for the great care of my mom, more important for helping me through my anxiety as well.

Meadow Brook is a wonderful community with many amenities. But its best features are that of the staff. I have been working in the healthcare industry for many years and have not met leading staff quite like that of meadow brook. I cannot say enough great things about how they care for their residents and supporting staff.

Meadow Brook is an amazing facility for memory care and assisted living. The AL building is beautiful, lively, active and fun. The Memory care wing is adorable, homey, comfortable and has a very happy feel. Every staff member I have met is very dedicated to the residents and very committed to going above and beyond.[Removed], the wellness director, looks at every resident as if they are family and will do anything to ensure her residents get the best care possible! [Removed] in activities goes above and beyond to provide activities to stimulate, entertain and educate the residents. I highly recommend Meadow Brook Assisted Living and Memory Care!

This is a brand new facility. Most suites are private. The landscaping is lovely. The staff is wonderful very upbeat and positive and when they speak to the residents they have a positive tone in their voices. The only concern I have is the location of the nurse's stations I would much rather have them out in the open then tucked away in an office. Mom has her own private chef he is very accommodating prepares anything she wants when she wants. Due to them being new and not very many residents yet they don't offer quite as many activities as they will have however they did just have a Hawaiian Night which mom enjoyed very much. The price is much better than where she previously was. and with the savings, I was able to go out and provide mom with brand new furniture to make her new surroundings feel like home.

My mother has recently moved into this community and so far everything is going well for him. The staff are very accommodating to his needs and make sure to keep in good communication with the family and I about his care. The have a very nicely maintained property and everything is always clean. I am very impressed with this facility and every thing they have done for my loved one.

This has been a great community. The staff has been very plesant and friendly and positive in the help to make this move for my mom. The menu is good and they offer a lot on the servings. They will offer my mom a lot of activities and my mom seems excited. . We are happy knowing that she will received excellent care. I would recommend others to this community for a good value for a loved one.

The staff at this community are kind and attentive. They check on my friend often and they keep me informed of how she is doing. She likes the food and they offer a lot of activities. The community is clean and well maintained. I would recommend the assisted living section of this community.

The staff gave us so much information and made it easy to make the best choice for my mother. The staff was very accommodating and gracious during our tour.

I was here over the weekend. The drive in is beautiful, surrounded by water. Once I walked into the community I was welcomed immediately while overhearing a piano in the background and the smell was faint but lovely. The lunch looked amazing and the residents were bustling about. If you have a negative stigma about "nursing homes" Traditions at Solana will change your mind. I had a great experience.

Employees from top to bottom have been consistently pleasant and helpful. Fabulous facility. I just can't find anything negative to say about the place or the people.

This is a beautiful community, warm and inviting. It has all the amenities a person might want. The staff we met were friendly and welcoming. If feels like it's out in the country, yet has close access to Fishers and Indianapolis.

After moving in everything is great. We have only been here 1 full day
