Traditions Management

My love one is doing well since her move to this community. She is doing well, and I'am comfortable with her move to this community. They have a wonderful staff, and everyone I have worked with has been great. Everything looks nice, and well-kept when I visit. They provide nice meals, and good activities for the residents.I know she is safe, and in good hands in this community, and I would recommend it.

From what I saw on my tour, this was a fine facility! It appeared to be quite clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly.

Our Father was in charge of picking his assisted living facility. He and his daughters visited several around Indianapolis. When he walked into Traditions at Solana, he loved the light and open feeling. Before he broke his hip, he painted beautiful watercolors...light is important to an artist. Solana is full of light and a most welcoming atmosphere. He choose Solana. We are now going into two years. He calls Solana "home". You can't do any better than that for your parent. When we go out for the day he is always ready to go home. He looks forward to the music events and "happy hour" twice a week. He has made friends here. The staff works hard to make the residents a part of the community...it takes a village...they do a great job. We are 5 siblings and we all appreciate Solana.

The experience has been going very well for my mom. So far the staff are good and they made some changes for the better. The grounds and public areas are clean and my mom's room is livable and not bad. At times there are some things left on the floor but her room is clean. They make great meals for the residents.

My mom developed sundowners since moving into Traditions. The staff are doing a wonderful job with her since moving in. There were a few bumps in the road but the staff have been great about working with us to correct the minor issues. The food is good and they are trying to get her to participate in activities during the day. I would recommend this community.

I am very pleased. Mom seems very well adjusted. She always likes to make me feel bad but everyone else tells me she is fine. I would recommend Park Place to others.

We have found Rosewalk Commons to be the right place for mom. The staff and fellow residents have been very friendly and helpful. Everyone welcomed her and made her feel like a part of the community.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

The extra kindnesses shown to Mom at Park Place are greatly appreciated. Not only does she receive excellent care, but a gentle knock on her door to remind her of activities, she's given the latitude to breakfast in her room on occasion (in her robe and pj's) with her own cup of tea and a piece of toast. The activities Mom participates in are numerous; she is encouraged but never coerced to participate. We especially appreciate the dignity and friendliness she is shown by all the staff, the dining room helpers, the medicine administration, and the attending doctors who attend to her every need regardless of the time of day. The entire family has come to know Park Place as extended family and are treated with respect as we visit, attend functions, and dine with Mom.

Our Dad is one of the original assisted living residents at our Meadow Brook. The experience has be exceptional. When Dad moved in, he was rebounding from a near-death experience. The attention that he has received at Meadow Brook has been amazing. The nurses and attendants are great. The Physical Therapy has been great. He enjoys the other tenants. There are activities to keep him busy. The food has been exceptional. We are very, very happy with our Meadow Brook. Terry McKenzie

My dad had very good and personable care. Rosewalk was a very clean and efficient facility. From the day we moved my dad in until the day he passed away the staff treated him with the greatest respect. I highly recommend Rosewalk for your loved one.

Meadow Brook is a very friendly place. My father is safe and loved. The staff knows my father's name and greets him every time they see him. Front office and desk staff is great! Supportive and friendly The food is amazing! Excellent variety and the quality is way above what I would expect at a retirement home. After opening the dining room was not staffed well enough but they have corrected that and service is very good now. Monthly special dinners are very nice. Families are invited and the dinners are exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very nice. The public areas are very well decorated and kept clean. My only issue with the facility is that the wellness director does not return calls and is not friendly. When a medical issue comes up with my father, I don't hear from the nurse or the wellness director. Takes many calls to get to the bottom of the issue. The facility is not full so the wellness director also acts as a nurse so in her defense she is doing two jobs but Meadow Brook does need to figure this out. Great place and would move my father in again.

Overall things have gone very well at Meadow Brook Senior Living! Everyone we've worked with has been very friendly, and very helpful! The facility itself is beautiful, and they keep everything looking clean and well kept. My only complaint is that sometimes the care feels a bit unorganized, possibly due to the facility being so new.

Beautiful but more importantly - caring! My friends mother is a resident at Meadow Brook and the transformation has been amazing! She smiles and interacts with people. She has made friends! They have so many friendly and caring people who work there. It may be a little higher than some places but well worth the piece of mind knowing that your parent is in such good hands. So may activities and the food is good too.

My aunt was a difficult patient. They did their best to please her.

This place was very impressive - the facilities, the activities, and the people were all outstanding.

Our assessment was positive. The staff we met and the residents conveyed a good atmosphere. The location and exterior of the facility gave a favorable impression.

Traditions of Hilliard is a wonderful place! The staff are very good and the food is tasty.

I understand that there are things that you find in every facility but the tour was wonderful and probably the first month, then a smell started in the halls. Aides are another issue that they seem less helpful. Dining is slow. The Nurses are wonderfully helpful and pleasant and the majority of management are very friendly. Plenty of activities.

Nursing station was very good. Assistants were young and most were not trained well. The front line people are the assistants and helpers. A few were Great but most were Always in a rush to leave and did not take time to make sure the patient was fine. Especially showering and added functions needed . The help that cleaned were exceptional. Very clean facility and also room cleaning was very good. Activities offered were very good and many. Room sizes were excellent. Food was so so. What was advertised on menu is not always what you received. Institutionalized food is usually not very good anyway. My Mom ate it, I would not. Unless you ordered a burger or hot dog. Availability and location is usually important. When I was looking Traditions was the closest. I made some recommendations to top staff and they agreed, so possibly things will have already started to changed.
