Usual downtown noise sirens and noise from the bars on weekends even on the ninth floor it can be loud and the park across the street unfortunately has homeless people living there.

A nice facility with caring employees, but still trying to determine if my father needs more skilled nursing due to his physical condition. Hoping physical therapy makes a difference.

Nice but like Atria, could not accommodate oxygen needs

After touring this community we were really leaning towards this one but then my mom had a stroke and that changed things a little. This community is much larger than others we had looked at and I felt that it might be too much for her to get used to. It has a great nature preserve which I loved but I didn't think that mom would get the same appreciation that I did out of it. The staff was extremely friendly and nice and the community was very well cared for and very clean.

We toured The Oaks of Clearwater a while ago and it was a beautiful community. They gave a lovely presentation and served us lunch. If the time ever comes for a place for my loved one we would definitely look at this community again.

Found it clean with all questions answered. Very large facility. Residents looked comfortable. Will continue looking to compare.

Small studio condo-like rooms without kitchen (mini-fridge only). Restaurant style dining service. All levels of care. Bus for appts, outings, YMCA? Cleaning & housekeeping 1/wk incl. 3 nurses on staff M-F Hair Salon on-site

My dad is settling in nicely and they have his homecare now coming into giving him his insulin. I like seeing some nice changes in my dad since his move here. They even set-up his apt just like it was in his condo which has really helped him feel more at home. My dad now walks to the dining room with his walker and an aide to assist him and he loves all the choices on the menu and the fact that he gets dessert with every meal. Dad is not much on the activities but he is very content to listen to his books for the blind back in his apt and all of the staff are so nice they greet him by name whenever they see him.

I really liked this community when I visited. The people I met were friendly. They seem to offer some nice activities. This community was way out of our price range.

My mother in law is well, and everything is working out great.

Liked this very much but would need a first floor unit for mom. She doesn't like elevators. If a first floor becomes available this would be our first or second choice.

The location of The Oaks of Clearwater was great, but there was more assisted living than Independent Living. The facility was nice and everyone there was ver friendly, but it was not what we were looking for.

This was a nice community when I visited. The people I met were friendly. The community is made up of multiple stories and I felt this setup would not work well for my loved one.

I had a good tour of this community. Everyone was very kind, and helpful. The community looked good. From what I saw everything was clean, and nice. The staff was friendly. It was a nice experience, but I found a community that suited our needs better.

This community was nice for the most part. They can definitely use a remodel or update. The place was not as clean as I thought it should be. The people were very nice and very friendly. Just not the place for us.

I'am doing well since my move to this community. It is a very nice place, and everyone has been very welcoming. This is a nice looking community, they do a great job with the cleanliness. All is well so far for me here, and I would recommend this community.

I am happy with my decision to move here, it is a very nice place with plenty to do. I have more to do as far as activities and I like that it keeps me busy. The meals are great, in the dining room, there is someone waiting the tables. The place is clean and everything is going very well so far.

This place was huge and very beautiful. It reminded me of some upscale hotel. There is a couple stories to this building. I thought that this was just not what mom wanted. She wanted some where small and cozy that felt like home. This was big and she would get lost in the crowd.

The staff at this community are great. I do not think the food is that good. They do offer a variety of healthy choices. The housekeeping staff are excellent. They offer daily activities. This community is conveniently located near a restaurant and a pharmacy that will even deliver to the community if you are a member with them. I would recommend this community.

My mother is starting to adjust to this community. She is doing pretty well, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. She is starting to get involved in the community with the activities they have available. This is a community I would highly recommend. The staff have been very helpful and attentive. The meals are hit and miss, but overall they do serve well balanced meals. I'am comfortable with her move to this community. I know she is safe and in good hands.
