We are pretty happy with Bayside Terrace. I can't think of anything that really needs to be improved, so far. Everything seems good. We liked the feel of it when we visited. We were here for a while, and they were pretty thorough in showing us around. They really seemed to understand where we were coming from both financially and care wise. They took the time to come out and make sure that this was a good match.

So far I am happy with the services. I was pretty impressed with everything that was available. I was also impressed with the staff and professionalism. I would recommend the Spring Haven Retirement.

My cousin and I visited this facility in an effort to find an ALF for our elderly Aunt. The folks that are working there seem to be very helpful. Administration goes out of their way to give you information that will help you with the financial aspects. We did decide on this facility,however, we have not moved our Aunt in yet as she is still in rehab. I cannot give a fair review of some of the services, but will return after her admittance.

So far our experience with Spring Haven Retirement has been a good one! It's a nice looking place, and everyone who works here seems friendly and professional. My only issue is that they seem a little understaffed, which can mean delays in services or responses.

Overall I think they do a good job at Spring Haven. The staff are friendly and caring, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. They've been easy to work with in all regards, it's been a good experience.

Our loved one has only been here a short time, but so far things seem to be going well! It's a nice looking community, and the staff have all been very friendly and professional. They take good care of the residents, and have a good variety of activities going on. Our only concern has been that it can be a bit difficult to get in touch with or get a response from the administrative staff. I would like to add that with a little persistence and after another call expressing some concerns about our loved one's struggles with the transition, they were responsive, and willing to do what it would take to help. It made us feel much better. It's important to stay in touch and involved with key staff.

I toured this facility and spoke at length with staff, and looked at other assisted living communities, before deciding to place my mother here. She hasn't moved in yet so I can't really rate things like care and activities, but my experience with Summerfield so far has been very positive. The facility is clean and attractive and seems well-run, the people I have talked to have been friendly and competent, and my questions have been answered promptly.

They seem to be doing pretty good. It seems to be okay. They do a good job. My mom seems to like it a lot and she feels safe there. I know there are other places that are less. This community has activities going on all the time.

Mom's stay at Sunset Lake Village was a short one, only a day, but they welcomed her and helped calm her fears about the "what if's" It was very clean, although she shared a room with someone else, Mom still had her space. The staff was so helpful during our crisis and went way out of their way to get Mom in the last minute.

Pretty good so far, mostly it's hard to tell because not enough time has passed. I had heard about them from some people down there, and also through A Place for Mom. It seemed to be in a good place. Talking to them, they seemed to offer a pretty inclusive package without extra charges.

It was a nice facility, the people there were very nice, but it wasn't quite as nice as the Manor Care. There certainly was nothing wrong with it, but it did feel as homey. The rehab program was excellent.

They have a lot of activities for the residents to keep busy if they choose to participate. The community is very very pretty. It is the best community in the area and it was the most economical. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with Summerfield.

I have toured twice and this seems like the best option as it is close to where I live.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was okay, it did not really feel very personable.

Everything so far has been very positive. The communication from the staff to the family is very good with email updates weekly. I would recommend this community to others and already have.

First of all the price was what drew me to move to Bayside Terrace. I have found the food service to be only tolerable. The tables are not as clean as they could be. I always bring wet wipes to dining room with me and I wash down my place. The service is good sometimes but most times it is not. Last dinner service I arrived at a table and it had not yet been cleaned off from the person before me. The server took my order and then delivered my meal before cleaning away the dirty dishes. Many times they will completely forget to bring silverware until our plate has set there and the food has gotten cold. I do have a nice clean room and hope to get VA benefits soon so that I can afford a little better.

I enjoyed a brief residency at The Grande in Brooksville, Florida. I write to especially commend the 'servers' in the dining room all of whom were dependently gracious, patient, and accomodationg. Kudos to the management for having [Name removed], [Name removed], and [Name removed]. on their staff!

Nice p!ace, mom loved having her car be able to live with her. She no longer is there, though. She passed away in aug.
