We drove up to this community and before we could even get out my loved one said no. It was to much like the city and fast paced and that was not a big turn on for my loved ones. They want a quiet country setting.

The care is going well and the staff give my dad the medicine he needs and medical attention. He is eating everything and there are no problem with the meals. They have activities available and my dad gets some physical therapy. He has been there for a few weeks and don't see all of his clothes in his room when I visit. I'm told it is the laundry room. Overall, I would recommend them because it is hard to provide the care for our loved ones.

The staff is great here and very helpful and caring with my loved one. The community has lots to do and my loved one has really got involved with the activities that they offer. The food is good and there are enough choices even with my loved one being a picky eater.

We are pretty happy with the staff at Spring Haven Retirement. The food is good, however they do not let my dad choose what he wants to eat they just bring him an option. We are still working through some small issues but the staff have been great with helping to correct these issues. I would recommend this clean community. They offer activities such as bingo and they have a nice outdoor area.

my Mom was regressing living with my brother and his wife at their home. Mom needed to have some independence again and people to interact with. her apartment is very small, but is clean and quiet and all hers. she is very happy and is more like her old self again. the value for the $ is very good. all of the staff are very helpful and kind. we have a great deal of peace of mind knowing Mom is in a good environment and is happy. Great choice!!!!

My husband has been enjoying the meals that the community provides for him. I feel the community is kept clean and organized. Activities are offered, one of the activities that he enjoys is bingo. I really like that the staff is really friendly and they communicate well. I would definitely recommend Sunset Lake Village.

[Removed] (executive director) was absolutely delightful. My mom liked the facility and she's difficult to please.

My love one has not been receiving the one on one care i was hoping for her to receive. There has been some lack of communication from the staff towards the family. We had to hire an additional caregiver to help my love one out in the community. She has to stay on top of the staff and the housekeeping, so that they maintain everything in place. The staff wasn't putting an effort to help my loved one interact with activities. I am disappointed in the community at the moment i hope for some improvement.

It was not an easy choice to move my wife into a community, but it was the best things for her. So far everything is working out well. This is a lovely community, they do a pretty good job with keeping her room and facility very well maintained. They are always cleaning and washing the floors. The staff is treating her very kind. They are very professional and helpful. They have been very responsive to my concerns. There are nice activities offered. The food is fine, they do serve well balanced meals. I know she is in good hands and being cared for well. I would recommend it.

We are just thirty days into our experience with SLV Venice. I am sure as time goes by I will have a more detailed review. Right now I would rate is good to very good. The communication via the management and myself is excellent.

Our experience with Balmoral Assisted Living has been a very positive one, overall! The people here are very friendly, very helpful, and they're doing a great job looking after our loved one. Grandma really seems to love it here, she hasn't had anything negative to say! My one complaint would be that the staff tends to be on the younger side and sometimes seem a little lacking in professionalism, but they still do a great job with the actual care!

I was very impressed with Lake Mortons location. They are remodeling. The Sales Leader was very helpful.

Overall our experience with Spring Haven Retirement has been a good one. The facility itself is clean and well kept, the staff is friendly, and the price is very affordable. I'd like to see a little more variety in the meals, I visit quite often and I see a lot of the same chicken and fish dishes being served. I've also noticed that a lot of the listed activities get cancelled, which I hope is not a trend. But otherwise it's a nice place and has been a good solution for us!

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

The apartments are a little small, but they are nice and the facility is kept clean and orderly. The staff is professional and friendly. The food could be better, but it's not terrible. There were a few communication issues with the staff, but it was resolved quickly.

I think Sunset Lake Villages has improved a lot under their new management, and I am very pleased with the place now! The staff here is now very friendly, caring, and courteous. I do still think there is work to be done, however. The facility could use some new furniture and renovations. A good facelift would really compliment all of the progress they've made in how the place is run!

Overall I think they do a good job at The Oaks of Clearwater. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff all seem friendly and professional. My biggest complaint is that although they are a large facility they only have two elevators, and they can get very crowded around meal times/activities.

[removed] I have only been here for three weeks now. The staff members so far have all been nice to me. Everyone treats me just fine, I have no regrets on that.

Everybody has been great and always trying their best at the Lake Morton Plaza. The staff attends to my mother and provides her with what she needs for care. David Abner has been great during our experience with Lake Morton Plaza. Although, I can say my mother does not partake in the activities Lake Morton has to offer, but they do have a variety of things to do.
