Very good deal for the price of this community for your loved one. I have actually already referred people. My loved one loves the community and the food and my mom even goes to join from time to time.

My loved one stays engaged in activities each day. I would place my loved one here again. Arts, cards, bingo, happy hour, social hours, and more are some of the activities offered for the residents to choose from.

I chose Truewood by Merrill because they had an apartment that had 2 bathrooms in it and that made all the difference, especially if I had guests stay over. They have a great system, once a week they test the residents for covid, it is very safe here. A lot of the residents here seem to need more assistance. If you need more care, you don't have to immediately move and can get the extra care you need which I thought was attractive.

On our tour, they presented themselves as being very nice. But my mother-in-law had a dog, which she was told they had the capability to accommodate. However. when she brought her dog in to walk around with her, they immediately wanted her to put it away. Apparently she would be allowed to have it in her room, but that was it. They would not allow her to walk in the front door with it. All of which I thought was very strange. Their facility was one of my top choices until I heard that. . .

I would recommend to anyone, The Grand has a good value, its a nice place with lots of activities and good food.

I thought The Princess Martha was terrific. It was very well appointed and very clean. The staff were very friendly. I thought the apartments were very nice. The location was terrific. Mom didn't like it, but I don't think she would like any place I picked out for her.

We chose Truewood by Merrill because of the location, the smaller, homey feel of the facility, and the friendliness of the staff members. The room sizes are pretty good, they do offer shared and private rooms as well. I do think that they could offer more individualized activities for the residents in the memory care unit. Overall I would recommend and already have.

From what we have seen the community is clean, and the care services have been awesome. We have not been there for the meal service ourselves, and sometimes due to our loved ones health we don't get feedback or if we do it is hard to understand, but we do know he is being fed well because he is not loosing weight. They also do a pretty good about keeping us in constant contact, and updating us.

Make sure you understand the level of care that the community can provide. If your loved one has a memory care issue make sure to sit down and really understand what your options are. The staff is very friend

The administrative side was very efficient , and I thought the management was very good. We were there a short time, several weeks. It's an older facility and some things were dated, but my overall impression was that it as clean. My loved one had moved there from an independent living situation, and she had a hard time being in assisted living. She felt like people were always knocking on her door and saying it's time for this, and she felt bothered. That might have been more her than the facility.

The value of this community is really good compared to others in the area. They have lots of services that they offer and have a great referral service that can find services they don't offer. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Our loved one really enjoys the food at the community and they have maid service come once a week. We would recommend this community and for those to go look at it.

I would definitely recommend this community, They do have a smoking area outside and it's a really nice area. The room sizes are really good, the food was very good and they had a good variety. The staff really cared and was am zinging.

There has been no cases of COVID at Bayside Terrace, they are doing a very good job of keeping us safe. It felt like home to me when I walk through the doors and it still does. I like the people here a lot and we now have a very thorough director, we are very lucky to have her. I am also very impressed with my apartment quality and size. I am very happy with where I am.

In the area, it is the best bang for your buck. We checked out the other ones and it is the best in the area. My mom thinks the food is good. They take good care of them. My mom has a larger room. They have two courtyards for the residents to use as well as an area out front.

Be ready to spend your money. The food is adequate but kind of fattening. The room sizes is adequate. The outdoor space was awesome, the landscaping was good. They have a lake and a lot of space to walk you dog.

Everything is fine except for the food. The food is terrible. Room sizes and outdoor space are good. The layout of the community is good. I really like everything about Spring Haven Retirement except for the food.

They are very helpful and went out of their way to help the residents. My friend is happy there. The rooms are smaller but enough space. They are updating the hallways. They have a pool and an area to sit out front. They could use more outdoor sitting area.

The staff is very kind and always personable to our family. The food was not that great. The care was good, they met her needs. Her room was good, she had a great view of the beach. It is an older building. The area is great. They had a nice porch with lots of seating, and a great sitting area facing the beach.

Very nice. Fabulous food. Great contact person. Unfortunately just out of our price range
