I was most pleased with the warmth and care the staff at The Princess Martha demonstrated during the transition to their community. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. I was quite impressed that it did not feel or look like "an old folks' " home.

The staff that I have seen are good. Actually in general, from what I have seen, you get pretty good value for your money. More than competitively priced for assisted living. She is assigned a room with a roommate, but the roommate isn't there so she has a private room for half the price. There are doctors that come in so she doesn't have to go anywhere, and we really like that. My mom had actually worked here as a private caregiver many years ago, and decided that she wanted to move here when she retired.

Very happy with them. We have had a little problems with the care. They are very nice but they are not always available. My mom did her own laundry because she didn't think that they were coming, and it would help if she was reminded of the schedule.

First impression it looks like a real nice place, well maintained and clean. Patient seems very satisfied with his surroundings. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed visiting and lunch, but again beyond income.

Very clean and elegant setting. Very friendly personnel who were able to answer all my questions. Will be returning today to see if my mother in law likes it too.

Overall it's a very good place. Medication management has been good. They clean up any accidents well. We've experienced gaps in other types of care because of a loophole between the VA and Medicare. But otherwise, they do a good job with all of the residents from what I can tell. And my loved one really likes the food.

It is an older building so we aren't sure if its the cleanliness or just the age but that is why we gave the overall and cleanliness a 4.5 out of 5 stars. The staff members there are super friendly. Our loved one is really enjoying playing cards with the other residents. There is also a pool, hot tub and a lake near by with a dock that we love to walk down to. We do think it is a good value for the money and we would absolutely recommend the Spring Haven Retirement community to other families.

Close to us with a neighborhood setup. We like the layout and the people there.

We chose Bayside Terrace because the price was right, it was very clean and looked well run, and all of the reviews it got were good. It is definitely a quality place. I think that the staff do a great job and are they are very attentive to my mom and always call us whenever needed which is great since I live out of town. My mom shares a room with someone, and I think it is fine for what she needs. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.

It is the best cost value for all the communities that I have seen in the area. They have plenty of activities for the residents. The food is really good, restaurant style dining an you get your choice of three entrees. They have a pool and a hot tub. They have a lot of space for outdoor activities.They have a dock on the lake where you can sit or fish. They take the residents on trips weekly. They are taking good care the residents with regarding Covid -19.

The food is good. The rooms are great. I am in independent Living so I do not have any care services. They have two patios that are well taken care of. I chose Balmoral Assisted Living based on the price.

They are very affordable for the services they provide. The staff is nice and friendly. The food is good. Room sizes are decent. Not much outdoor space. Price was a big factor for us. We have had a positive experience at Bayside Terrace.

My Aunt is lucky to call The Grande her forever home. The staff treats her as though she is a part of their immediate family. She has made many new friends which we are so happy about, she was socially isolated living home alone. Even though visits are not allowed right now because of the pandemic the staff there makes sure she is well taken care of and stays in touch with us with any updates. Best move she ever made!

Now that my father-in-law has adjusted he really likes being there. They clean his apartment every week. He has a cord he has to pull by his bed each morning so they no he is ok which I love since he is in independent living. If he forgets to pull the cord they come and do a personal check on him. He goes to the dining room for his meals. And there is always snacks and coffee available 24/7.

My brother is happy here and he seems to be doing well. This is a very nice community and they offer a lot of different amenities for their residents. It's bright and clean and the staff are friendly and attentive to their residents.

My loved one's stay at Balmoral is going just fine! She is able to do things on her own time, which she enjoys. Her room at Balmoral is beautiful as well. Though my loved one doesn't care for the food for personal reasons, there are a few options offered to her. I feel like she's as happy as she's going to be here!
