We have already gotten settled in and gotten everything taken care of and so far, everything is going just fine. So far, we have not had any problems and thank you for helping us find a good fit for us.

I have always gotten a great feel or vibe when i am here. The quiet neighborhood feel is the best and i really enjoy being here.

My loved one says that as far as the food is concerned, a lot of the times what is displayed on the menu is not what they are serving. Also she says that she would like to see more choices available as well.

I toured this community while looking into senior living options for my parents. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved ones.

Laurel Grove has had a lot of turn over. Mom moved in and never got greeted. She is a southern woman so I made a gift basket for her and said it was from the staff. I was trying to make her happy. I just think that should have been standard for them to welcome her in. I know it's not their fault but it was disappointing.

Too expensive! However I'm not giving up yet. If we can get the VA monthly benefit, weight be able to afford it. Besides affordability , it is fabulous! Beautiful- has everything we want and laid out well. Rocking chairs on sun porch; bistro for snacks and coffee, nurse and CNAs nearby and very pleasant. Great vibe, congenial and friendly atmosphere.

Overall the staff at Sunrise of Johns Creek was warm, friendly, and flexible. Dad just wasn't there long enough for us to really get a feel for things. In the short time he was there it was a good experience.

Loved it. Felt like an extended stay hotel combined with a senior club.

My husband and I have really enjoyed our experience here at the Washington Commons. The resident managers are very nice and very helpful. We are moving out though because we got a two-bedroom apartment.

My sister and daughter toured on 8/21 and spoke very highly of the facility. They were impressed with the level of attention given to residents with memory issues. The residents were clean, as was the residence.

I was impressed with this facility. Shannon did a good presentation. I really like the facility and the activities that are held to keep residents (esp dementia) engaged and interactive. Visited on 8/22 and it's at capacity. It is certainly on my list of possibilities.

Well one thing they could improve on is the food, she's had some complaints about that. When you sit down, you have to be there when they start serving because if you show up too late, you do not get served. We had a couple issues in the beginning, but we straightened them out. They are dedicated and willing to work though.

We just moved Mom in this past weekend so it's kind of early to give a complete review. Initial impressions are good. The management is very helpful and eager to please and make Mom comfortable. There was a gift basket in the apartment filled with very useful items. It made us feel like they really welcomed Mom. Everyone, from the residents to the wait staff in the dining room to both managing couples, is very friendly. The apartment ( a deluxe efficiency) was move-in ready. So far - so good!

My interactions with them have been very positive. They have been very friendly, and easy to work with. They have been very up front and very above board, they treat the people there very well, they know everyone there by name and where they live. They are very personable. They were more affordable, and mom really loved the atmosphere here, liked a lot of the ladies. They had nice grounds, and they treat the whole place like a huge family. I will say that there was a mix up when it came to negotiating the contract, there was a special deal but we didn't realize until it was too late that it disqualifies you from the price lock, so I would double check those details when you are negotiating.

The atmosphere in this place is very pleasant - bright and airy. The management is very friendly, and my mom is mostly content. Her unit is niice. However, the activities director does not possess a warm and loving disposition needed for such a position. Also, the housekeeping is lacKing. My mom's weekly cleaning has been skipped twice in a month, and is not done thoroughly. The food is mostly good, except sometimes too salty and cake is sometimes too dry.

Really nice community and facilities for assisted living. Expensive but has lots of services. Would consider if needed assisted living.

Cottage Landing has been a blessing in finding a caring and safe environment for my brother with developmental disabilities. The staff and community have have been wonderful in making him feel a part of the community. His quality of life is greatly enhanced since becoming a part of the community. Thank you Cottage Landing.

I think the promise more than they can do. As far as the number of staff that helps people. Overall, its very nice. It's very well run. The inside of the facility is really clean. Everyone is very nice there. The residents and the staff are both friendly. The value is pretty good. I would recommend the Sunrise At Buckhead to anyone looking for a nice community. It has been an overall positive experience.

They are doing good. There have been a few issues where they have run out of staples, like peanut butter and Ice Cream, and the things that the residents like to eat. They have a lot of activities, and the people are nice, the staff, and the residents, both. Overall I think it's a nice place.

The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They do their best to encourage residents to participate in various activities. The staff seems to genuinely care about their residents and we are pleased to have chosen this facility for my parents.
