I have no complaints about how things went during my tour of this community that I had taken for my husband and I. The staff where on time to our appointment and did a great job with the presentation. I thought it was a beautiful property and very well maintained by the staff. It was just not the right location for us in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

I have no complaints about how things had went for my mother at our tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I thought they had a great selection of activities and amenities for all of the residents. It was just not the right location for us in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

Enjoyed the tour today. Staff is friendly, facility is clean and well kept.

There have been a few things that we have had to bring to managements attention and they are working to resolve them with us. Mom's room is smaller than she would like but the view from her bay window sort of makes up for that she said. The community is very nice, bright, clean and open and the staff is all friendly and willing to help. And mom being the active, social type has already started making friends. The dining room is nice and the food was great the first three weeks she was here but for some reason, there is a difference in it and it's not as good, plus depending on when you come down to eat sometimes it may be cold and the choices are not good. We have got mom signed up with the resident doctor program so she will be seen by her doctor there. And Once she is finished unpacking and getting rid of some stuff I'm sure she will start taking part in the activities and field trips they offer here. So it's one step at a time moving forward.

We would highly recommend this community to anyone. My dad loves living here he is enjoying it. We are so pleased with the staff and the care my dad is receiving. The community is clean and very well maintained. The staff is nice and friendly they make you feel welcome. Dad loves the food and he is doing activities and other things. We have no complaints about this place.

This is a pretty good place and I enjoy it around here. It looks nice with sidewalks and the grounds are kept nice. The meals are good and alright if everybody is eating it. We get 3 kinds of dessert, soup and salad, and different meals everyday. I like that they let me keep my dog and there are some cats here too. They are not running around much. I get to take my dog on walks. I picked them because they were is more close to family.

Of all the communities we have toured we liked this one the best, however, there were some things at concerned us we could just not get past. They have a very strict fire code saying that at some point you become not ambulatory you could no longer stay there which would have been a problem for my mom at some point. The prices were more expensive than other communities we looked at and the rooms were smaller in size. But the staff was very nice and friendly and the community was very nice to look at and clean

Things are going very well since my mother in law has moved here. She is really enjoying her new surroundings. She likes doing the activities and meeting new people everyone seems very friendly. The staff has been more than helpful and they are very nice. The food is very good she is enjoying that. Everything is really going well we couldn't be happier.

We had a nice tour of the Lighthouse Pointe. The community is very beautiful and well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful explaining what their community would provide for my loved one. We ended up choosing another community that was closer to our family so that we could visit more often.

Dad is doing okay here it's not exactly what he wants but for now it is where he needs to be. He has made some friends. He is not liking the food but that could just be him not being in a positive place right now. The staff has been okay. They seem to be professional and in light of the storm coming they already are being proactive and have emergency plans in place which eases my mind a little.

We had toured this community but what we were looking for was a place that was going to accept them one for the memory care side and one just for the assisted living side. Come to find out they had only one opening for one side but not for the other so this community wasn't an option. However, on the tour, I did sit down and visit with the residents and they said that they liked living there the staff was friendly and it was a good place.

My mother is doing well here in this community. I do feel comfortable with her move to this facility. Everything is working out well great. The staff is kind, and friendly. She is pleased with the meals, and all is well for her in this community. This is a community I would recommend, it is working out well for us.

Since we place my mom there we have noticed a slight turnover in staffing. The current staff is professional, kind and very welcoming. Mom seems to generally like the food there has been a few bumps since the staff has changed. The housekeeping is doing a good job whether it been in my mom's room or in the common areas everything is kept very clean. She does go and play bingo which my mom enjoys very much.

The people we met during our tour were nice and the community looked clean. This community allows pets and they seem to offer some nice activities. The community we chose was just a little closer to family.

My love ones are doing pretty well since their move to this community. It has been a tough adjustment, but I know they are in good hands. The staff is good, they are taking good care of them, and their needs. The issue I'am having at the moment is some medication billing issues, hopefully they can correct the problem. Other than issue everything else is working out pretty well. They do go job with the maintenance around the facility, everything is very well maintained. This is community is working out well for my love ones so far, and I would recommend to my friends.

My mother needed assistance physically & with issues related to dementia. Harbor Chase helped out when the family needed to make a decision quickly for my mother's care.

My parents are doing well since their move to this community. I'am comfortable with their move to this community, and everything is working out well. The community is nice, and clean when I visit. They provide good meals, and they have tired some of the activities they have available. The staff is taking good care of my parents, and their needs. This is a community I would recommend.

We really liked this community when mom stayed in the independent living area. They have two tall buildings. They offered activities every minute of the day. She made friends while she was there. The community is beautiful and the staff were nice. They offer great food. The memory care area of this community was just a little more expensive than what we were looking for.

When I toured The Fountains, I thought it was too big for me. Also, it was priced a bit high, and I got a bigger room for the same price at another community.

Unfortunately my mother has since passed, but she really did enjoy her time here at this community. I was comfortable with her move to this facility. I knew she was safe, and in good hands overall. This is a nice community.
