My sibling is currently a resident at Laurel Glen at Carrollton Assisted Living and everything has been very good. The move in process went very well. The facility is very nice and warm. Everything is clean and orderly. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The meals appear to be very good quality. I would definitely recommend Laurel Glen at Carrollton Assisted Living to others.

We lucked out - dad really likes it there.All of the factors I listed here and the biggest one - dad liked everything. And it was within our budget. We actually were really interested in another place in Charlottesville, and would have gone there, BUT they only had one space open...and they rented that in the 2 hours from when I took a tour and I called to say "we like it, and we'll take it." They had rented it to someone else. Can't remember the name of it at the moment, but it was a blessing in disguise, because while I liked it, dad didn't like it as much as I did. So I was kind of driving on that one (mainly because it was good quality and a bit cheaper than the Blake), but when we decided on the Blake it was a little more expensive (but well within our budget), and he liked it better. So I'm very glad that first place filled up and couldn't take him.

Luck to find sunrise to take care of my elderly parent. Since coming to sunrise my parent is eating better (balanced diets) , socializing more, exercising and I have piece of mind he is being well cared for and in such a friendly place. Great team and leadership team.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sunrise of Webb Gin and I would say that her experience at this facility has been overall good. We really like everyone at this facility. The staff are friendly and are very attentive to my loved one's needs. The facility is very well taken care of. The value for cost is good, I think the cost of all facilities is very high. Overall, I would recommend Sunrise of Webb Gin to others.

Nouveau Marc was very welcoming to all it's residents. Activities were fun and enjoyable. Food was okay but it beat cooking. I would recommend for seniors who can manage on their own. Great Place.

What our family likes the most about the Sunrise of Buckhead community is just how friendly and safe it is and based on that experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

My loved one is currently a resident at Holiday River's Edge and the his experience at this facility has been overall good so far. The staff and the meals are very appreciated. The TV hookup has been difficult, but that is not the staff's fault. The provider is not the fastest. Overall, my loved one is very happy at Holiday River's Edge and I would recommend this facility to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Symphony at Stuart and everything about her experience at this facility has been good so far. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The move in process was a breeze! The food is fantastic. The cleanliness, care services and value for cost are good. I would recommend Symphony at Stuart to family and friends.

Overall, my mom's experience has been good. However, she is NOT happy with the meals at all. I and my brother have lunch with her there and I agree with her. The food is really bland and tasteless. It tastes like it was frozen and heated in a microwave. Lasagna was frozen in middle. Sandwiches are soggy. My mom. Has lost weight since she has been there. We bring her food to keep in her fridge.

The Anthology of Tuckahoe facility is very nice and the apartments are comfortable. They messed up her medication and was being overdosed with blood pressure meds making it dangerously low. I wish the director of nursing took it more seriously. The aides are nice and helpful.

We picked this community, because they had more activities, more people, a lot more senior veterans, spacious studios, the staff is helpful, the rent is affordable,the local stores are close proximity within walking distance. It's ok the residents are friendly and they have a great deal of activities and the staff are helpful but sometimes you have to watch the meals they can come hot or cold but there is always a remedy. Although, the food could be improved.

I have a very good relationship with staff. they are helpful and there for you, just ask them when needed. Our manager is A1 ok. Building and apartment are great. We do need another elevator - we only have one. We have some tasty meals most of the time but we get there and have to wait up to 45 minutes

Patience is important in dealing with the world of corporately owned for profit Nursing and Senior Living Facilities, especially for the middle to upper middle income brackets. Lower middle and below would not have the options of Senior Living unless Medicaid paid their care. So all types of care are out there, especially if you have options based on your financial situation. Laurel Glen at Carrollton is comfortable and safe and is part of the community that I have lived in for 40 years and it's older and been here for many many years. I am comfortable in their care, it's the perfect place for me.

Our family had an in person tour experience with Silver Creek, and it was definitely our 2nd choice we liked all we saw, but Dad had already had his heart set on the new location. The rooms were a bit smaller and the location of his room he would not have been happy.

We toured Everlan of Clemson during our search for an Assisted or Independent Living facility for my mother. This facility was very nice! However, it did not have the warm feeling for me that I felt from the staff at another facility that we were considering.

It's great for someone in their 70's or 80's if it's affordable for them. My husband and I are in our late 60's it was ok for us while our house was being repaired from hurricane Ida. We were not ready for senior apartment living. The meals were very good when they had the chef he took another job and the meals were not as good. The staff is very nice and they try to keep the place clean but some residents have dogs and there were fleas but the staff were trying to stay on top of that. I did also appreciate church service offered every Saturday morning. It's a very nice place if you have to live that lifestyle.

We had an in person tour with Symphony at Stuart and overall we thought the tour experience was good, but it was just not going to be the place for our loved one.

The thing that sticks out the most about Benton House of Augusta is the staff. They really listen to the concerns of the family. We have been very happy with the staff that take care of her, they even take the time to send me pictures of [name removed] doing the activities they do. I do think that they should have more movement for the residents during the day program. Overall I would recommend Benton House to others looking.
