We like the care at this community. The staff is nice and always helpful with her needs. The community is clean and we like knowing that she is cared for nicely. The menu is good and they offer a nice variety. We like knowing that they are trying to get her involved with the activities with the other residents. We would recommend the care and value to other families. I like that this community is close to home.

We toured this community for care. We liked the staff who were friendly.and able to answer the questions on the care. The menu looked appealing. They offer a lot of good activities for the residents. The community seemed to have a nice environment. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

Dogwood Terrace so far is a wonderful place for my mom. She is back to her old self again. It is in a beautiful setting and close to my home. It is very warm and inviting and [Removed] was just wonderful in getting us settled in. The staff is just great, very helpful and caring. I have dined with my mom there and the food is very good. They do have excursions for the resident to go shopping and Dr. appointments but they do not have a van equipped for wheelchairs and my mom is in a wheelchair so she cannot partake in the outings. Other than that, I would highly recommend Dogwood Terrace to friends and family.

They did not have a physical care on staff at night if needed.We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved.

We like the care at this community. The staff are nice and caring to the needs that are requested. They offer a nice variety of meals and they are activities and my mom likes that she is able to go and have her hair done on site. We would recommend the good care and value of this community to other families.

Everything is going just fine! The staff are making me feel very comfortable. The marketing director in particular made the transition process very smooth and seamless. Overall, things are still going very well!

I am very happy that my brother is happy with the care at this community. He likes the meals and the variety. My brother does like to be able to get around and do some of the activites. I like that there is a docor that is available if needed. We would be happy to recommend this community for the care and value of a loved one.

My father chose this to be his preferred independent living option. The folks were friendly and the facility looked great. He like the one bedroom apartments.

My brother is adjusting well at Deepwood Estates in fact he will be moving to a two bedroom on the first floor once they get it ready for him to make the move. He is starting to take part in the activities and enjoys going out on the field trips sightseeing and having lunch out. My brother is starting to make friends and they come and knock on his door inviting him to come join them. I will say that the food is terrible and they have said that they are working on that so in the meantime I am working to setup an acct with Uber so that he could go out to dinner. There is the geriactic doctor on staff that see's the residents on a regular basis which is nice so they do not have to go out for their appointments. I would recommend Deepwood Estates the staff are very good, their friendly and they care about their residents.

My mother is doing wonderful since her move to this community. It has really been a great experience, and I'am satisfied with her move here. There were a few little kinks at first, but now everything is working out very well. They have a great staff. They are attentive, and friendly. She is pleased with the meals, and enjoys the residents. The community looks great when I go to visit. This community is working out well for my family, and I would recommend it.

Washington Commons is a beautiful clean community. The staff is very encouraging. They are so generous in their health care and friendliness. It is very clean and well kept, better than anything we can ever hope for in cleanliness. The director was so understanding in her compassion with how my Dad can act. My Mother-in-law is going to move into a memory care community now that Dad finally admits he cannot take care of her along with his own health issues. Dad is going to move from a one bedroom into a suite, it is just beautiful. Dad really enjoys the meals provided. The community has a Right at Home service, we are going to set it up for my Dad to help out my mother-in-law until she moves into memory care. We really love that this is the right fit for my Dad.

I really like this community that I have moved into. The staff has been very kind and helpful. The grounds are clean and I enjoy the environment. The meals are offered and they have a lot of healthy meals that are available. I like to have a good list of activities for me to participate with the other residents. I would recommend this community for a nice place to live with a good value.

I haven't been down there to see my friend, but she does call me and she is doing well. She misses me, and I am just happy that she safe. She is eating well it seems like this place a lot. What geared us to this place was the fact that they are pet-friendly, my friend would not go anywhere without her cats.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since she made the move into this community. She is doing a lot better than I expected and I am very pleased to see her improvement. The staff are wonderful people, they are not only kind to her but to all of the family as well. My mother has had no problems with the meals and enjoys the activities from time to time with the other residents.

We toured this community and it was the best of the best. The staff was very caring and the atmosphere is nice. We like the menu that offered healthy meals. They had a nice list of activities that are offered. We would highly recommend this community for the wonderful accommodations that they have for care for other families.

My mother is doing okay with her move to this community. She stills wants to go home, but I know she is in good hands. I couldn't have asked for a better community. The staff is very outgoing, and kind. She is safe, and receiving great care. I have already recommended this community to my friends, and will continue too do so. This is a good community.

From the first time that I walked into River's Edge and spoke with [Removed], I knew it was the place. Everything about it is wonderful. My mother was against the move at first, but withing a week she had accepted it and realized she likes it more than living in her home. The meals are great, we have eaten there many times and my mother loves that she can have more than one dessert, it's the little things. She loves how clean everything is and it has been a very good experience for her, we could not be happier.

This is a lovely place for seniors-spacious gathering spaces, attractive, clean, professionally run, lots of amenities. Some services are in-house plus vans to transport to outside services. Definitely on the top of our list.

I believe there is no better place for Senior Living in all of South Florida. After visiting all of the options and senior communities for my mother in Vero Beach, I arranged a "test" stay with Regency Park for two months in January 2017. She so love it, she moved here permanently on May 1, 2017, just two months after she first visited! Regency Park and it's Assisted Living Community, Harbor Chase (next door) are elegant, gracious residences for people wishing to live their retirement in a community that offers a beautifully landscaped tropical setting, elegant furnishings in the common areas, excellent resident care & oversight and gourmet food in the dining rooms. The resident's rooms are clean and well appointed with walk in showers, safety equipment and a daily check in system to ensure everyone is safe in the morning, The rooms are also accessible to the many activities from movies in a real theatre with games and exercise programs provided by an excellent and caring team of employees. Since moving there, I noticed my mother walking better, socializing more and her every need is met by a responsive and top notch staff. She has assimilated very well with the wonderful residents and highly responsive staff. Even the move in process was efficient with people ready to help her unpack and organize and a maintenance staff to help her customize her apartment by installing ceiling fans and hanging her pictures on the walls. I didn't have a thing to do to help her transition to the residence - it was all handled by a very competent and friendly team of employees. [Removed]. Executive Administrator, oversees both Regency Park and Harbor Chase with professionalism and kindness. Every resident knows her as she does not sit back and let others do the work. She is involved in all of the events and makes sure to attend to the individual needs of every resident. [Removed]ensures the pricing and the apartment a resident chooses meets their individual needs and resources to help them fit in comfortably with the community. The Activity Director,[Removed], changes the activities regulary keeping residents entertained and interested in their community. Should a resident need memory care or more extensive physical care, they can easily transition to their Assisted Living Facility at Harbor Chase (right next door to Regency Park) and receive the same quality of care with more extensive nursing over sight. This feature takes away all the worry for families wishing to make sure their mother or father will get the increased care they may need as they age and require more assistance. My opinion of Regency Park and Harbor Chase come from a year of extensive research on all of the communities available in Vero Beach and this community more than met my expectations. I couldn't be more impressed with their caring attitude and treatment of my mother. I believe the community handles very detail to provide a caring, family-centric and well run residence for anyone looking for a place for an elderly parent or friend. This is definitely a "best in class" community.
