My mother has been in 3 different assisted living facilities in the greater Augusta, Georgia area, and no other place comes close to this on any level which I can think to evaluate. I can sum up the experience of nearly 8 months as exceptional with no reasons to be dissatisfied. Benton House is well managed and the staff cheerfully do their jobs of caring for my elderly mother. The management here knows the residents and their needs well and often goes beyond the call of duty to keep residents and their families well cared for. Best of all, my mother is very happy here and wants to be here! If I had known about Benton House earlier I would have moved my mother sooner. I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for assisted living housing.

We used this community for their respite services. Everything went very well. I know he was safe and in good hands. They did a very good job caring for him and his needs. Everybody here at this community is wonderful. This is a community I would recommend.

My parents seem to have adjusted well to this community, they are enjoying themselves. It is a nice looking community, they keep their room and the community very well maintained. They have gotten involved in the community, they are trying some of the activities they offer. They are satisfied with the food, they do serve well balanced meals. I know they are receiving great care and is safe. This is a community I would recommend.

Mom is doing good and she loves it here! I think it is a great place, the grounds are great, good at keeping it clean and the rooms are great. My mom's room has a great window view of the shoreline and allows brightness. The food is great almost like restaurant quality. This community has a nice environment.

Kim was very compassionate and understanding. We are have not decided what to do yet, but when we do, Kim will be the first to know. The ambassador explained things to us in such a way that we felt every comfortable. This is on our list of considerations.

My husband is still getting acclimated to this community but so far it seems like a good move. He has not yet participated in any of the activities offered. The food is good and there are healthy choices. The staff are helpful, really kind and do back flips for the residents to help them.

The Fairmont has made my father's experience of moving into a new community, after living in my prior condo for over 30 years and at over 90 years old, a pleasant and comfortable transition. Not an easy task! I really appreciate the care and support as well as the responsiveness of the managers and staff! They have a great team and I can't say enough about all that each of them has done to welcome him. Thanks so much for your help in finding The Fairmont!

This community is pretty well-kept. The staff are doing good and help when needed. I talked to the manger about a low-sodium diet and I was told they do not add salt to their food and it is nutritious but I feel that is not enough for me. Otherwise breakfast is the best and the food is good. The community has activities available but it is not for me. I have been able to move around thanks to the community and would recommend this place.

My time at this community was short, but it was a nice experience. This is a lovely retirement community. Everything is very nice an clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are nice activities offered. I did enjoy the food, they do sever nice meals. I would recommend this community for independent living.

Our dad lived in the assisted living residences at The Fountains for the last year of his life. He was 89 years old when he moved in. We cannot say enough about the quality of his experience at The Inn. The staff is superb. The restaurant is wonderful and managed by Francis, who could not have been nicer or more accomodating. The nurses are so caring and responsive. They are extremely positive and work with you to find the best solutions. The administration is wonderful, too, and all about solutions. Paige [removed] is competent, caring and available. Most importantly, the caregivers, housekeeping and restaurant staff who have the most frequent contact with the residents are the BEST! They made our dad feel welcomed and loved. We would not hesitate to make the same decision again. Best in Sarasota, best in Florida!

My in laws is doing very well at this community. They have adjusted well and seems to like it here. The community looks great and everything is very clean and well-kept. The staff is very nice and good at caring for my in laws. They do offer nice activities for the residents, when they are ready to participate. They aren't very crazy about the food. It is a good place for seniors to connect. I would recommend it.

My sister and I recently started looking for an independent living facility for our parents. When we visited Smoky Springs, toured, and talked to Susan Peters we knew it was the place we wanted our parents to live in, They have since moved in and are enjoying meeting other people and especially the meals! Susan was a wonderful person to work with and very helpful. I would recommend Smoky Springs to anyone who wants a warm and inviting place for their parents or parent

My parents are doing great at Laurel Grove. They're adjusting well, they like it there. I like the environment, and the activities they have for them to do. I also like that the meals are included in the cost of rent. They do like the food. Overall, it's been a great experience.

This place is amazing. It gave me the sense of being in a nice resort hotel. Staff and folks living there very friendly and welcoming. I loved that the sales coordinator knew the names of all the residents we passed by and they also knew his name. Thats a very good indication of the atmosphere of this place.

My mother has only lived at Sunrise for a few weeks but the care and compassion that they have shown to aid in her transition from her home to Sunrise has been phenomenal. My mother's being around other seniors and being cared for in a safe, comfortable setting has been a godsend for our entire family!

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Smoky Springs, it's a very nice place! The staff here is friendly and accommodating, and they were really a huge help to us throughout the whole process. Our loved one hadn't sold her home quite yet at the time of the move-in, so they let her use their model apartment furniture for a whole month until she was able to get her own furniture moved in! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the apartments are a nice size for the price. The whole place just has a very friendly, comfortable feel to it, and the residents seem sociable and engaged.

Mom and I saw Smokey Springs 1st and loved everything about it. We felt we should compare other places so we visited four other locations from Dacula to Buford. We ended up back at smoky springs as the rooms were much larger in size and quality to the other places. The staff is excellent easy to talk to and pleasant. The only other community that compared to this one was Arbor Terrace in Dacula on 124. The rooms here are much larger and they were much less in cost. Mom has been extremely happy with all of the activities,friendliness and the comfort of her location I would really recommend this to anyone who doesn't need assisted care.

We're very happy with how things have turned out at Ashley Park! The people here are very personable, friendly, and professional. They were a huge help to us throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they do a great job looking out for the residents!
