The staff there is very friendly. They know all the guest that come in there to visit,. I can ask them questions about Ma and they can answer them. They are very personalized with the residents there.

We needed a place close to our home to move my mom very unexpectedly. The staff at Deepwood was wonderful and made a difficult situation much easier to manage. We are all very happy with our decision!

The only thing that I saw that I did not like was the mold that was on the outside of the building as you go inside. I was afraid of it for myself and for my loved one and the other residents, because it can be very dangerous. I brought it to their attention though, so hopefully they have it cleaned up.

My dad is here and its a great place.

November 27, 2015 we have found “A Place for Mom”!! Ron and I toured The Fairmont, in Manassas, VA. We were both very pleased with what we saw and heard. We also brought our mother out to the retirement community for her to see it and to get her feeling and opinion. We also had the opportunity to have lunch at their dining facility, with which we also had a very pleasant experience. We met and spoke with Jed Tucker. He was very easy to communicate with and more than willing to answer any of our questions. As an Independent Living Community, we were all pleased with the entire facility and the environment. So much so, that we signed a lease with this community for our mother, with Jed! Our mother was very pleased with the surroundings as there was much to like about the entire community. Thank you so much for all your help and patience and for all the information you have provided. Your assistance was very helpful and informative to both my brother and I, as we transitioned our mother into a retirement community. We are both very appreciative of your support and assistance. On behalf of my brother, Ron, and myself, and my mother, thanks again for all you valuable assistance.

The regency House is beautiful. Lovely people and the surroundings aregreat would seeing again in the future.

The Fountains is a great place with a wonderful staff. They have all kinds of activities for their guests. Their meals are very nutritious. I would highly recommend this facility for a loved one.

My husband and I recently moved into the Independent living facility at The Fountains. We have a beautiful apartment and each day we comment to each other " We made the right decision." The food is excellent! Maybe too good as we have gained a little weight already. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As it is independent living they do not provide any kind of health care. Just a nurse from the assisted living facility who comes once a week to check blood pressure if you desire to do so. They also provide Flu shots once a year. All of this is made clear before you move in. We looked at many places before deciding on the Fountains. We liked the campus and the staff and the food. We felt this this was a great value for our money. We hope to enjoy it for many years.

When my mother was in another nursing home they had her wear a Lapbuddy, which is a restraint to keep her from falling, and when we came to Cottage Landing she wasn't allowed to use it and she has fallen quiet a bit form her chair. They just need to be more one-on-one with their residents. Other than that, I have no complaints.

We had a really good experience at Lighthouse Pointe. They been great. The managers and the staff are just great. They genuinely care about whats going on. The staff have been so accommodating and really helped us through a difficult situation. It's a nice facility. They are on top of the list if we need something permanent.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at The Fairmont! The facility is gorgeous, it has a very sunny, cheerful feel. I like the layout of the community, it has a central atrium and the apartment wings branch off in an X pattern, which means the atrium area is always filled with people passing through, doing activities, and socializing. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. I especially like the activities director! Mom is a very active person, and she's been able to keep herself as busy as she likes! They also do a great job with the food! I would highly recommend this place, we're very pleased with it!

My loved ones seem to like it here very much. I haven't heard any complaints at all so far. No major concerns on our end either. I think it's going pretty well so far. I would give them a five at this point.

I needed a place for my 71 year old mother back in Feb. 2015 and had very little time to find a decent facility. My mother has the onset of ALZ, and cannot really cook for herself anymore, and has some really concerning memory issues. I made an appt. with the sales person there, and had my mom moving in within 2 weeks! This facility understands the different issues our elderly loved ones may have, and makes everything as easy as possible for the residents to life fulfilling lives while still in a caring enviorment. My mother has greatly improved by living in this community and has made a lot of friends. I visit her a least once a week and have gotten to know a lot of the staff, and everyone always says hello to me when I visit, and tell me how my mom is doing. The residents also look out for each other - which I love! Every time I go to take mom out for a while, they all tell me to make sure I bring her back. :) This facility is not the Ritz, but is clean, has great food, and a lot of activities to participate in if someone wants to do so. They even have live music and holiday events on a regular basis. I am so thankful I found a place for my mother that I feel comfortable with and she is really happy as well.

My loved one is satisfied and he is happy, so I guess he feels like he is getting everything he is told. I have not been in there enough to say if they could improve on anything. They seem to be top notch and on top of their game. The head chef has taken the time to go see him about his dietary needs, so they go out of their way to meet the needs of the residents.

I think they do a wonderful job at Haywood Estates! The staff here is wonderful, Norma and Sherry have been great to work with! And Karen, the sales person we worked with, was a huge help throughout the whole process! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they take great care of the people who live here. I highly recommend them!

I haven't moved in yet, but I am living there in a couple weeks and already it seems like a nice place. I've toured the facility and the staff has been extremely cooperative and I'm excited to move in.

The Fountains At the Albemarle is a nice place. My loved one has been there for a few months. She is very comfortable there. They were very accommodating. The staff is very, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this facility. It's a nice community and it's affordable. The facility is nice and it's clean. I can't rate the care services because my loved one is in independent living. It is not applicable.

Cottage Landing is by far the best assisted-living facility. I walked in the first time and knew this was the place for my mom. What made a difference? Everything but mainly the people who work there. They are so caring & passionate. They treat everyone who lives there like it is their own parent, so much love. It is also very clean, beautiful interior, lovely dining hall. I was able to fix my mother's room up so cute,just like she wanted it. This place will become your second family. I love the staff, I love Cottage Landing.

This place is beautiful. The apartments are big enough for senior living. The people were warm and friendly and everyone that I saw living there seemed happy and content. Unfortunately, my Dad has decided that this is not an option for him.

I love Ashley Park because it gives my mom a lot more freedom. She was in assisted living and is now in independent living. She has a more social life. Even her medical providers have noticed an improvement in her. The facility has a home-like atmosphere. The people who work there actually live there. The residents feel like their looking after each other in a family way. I feel that the management is very quick to respond the best way that they can. It's been better for my mom. I don't think I could find a better place than this. She is healthier and happy.
