My family and I are very pleased with this community and everything they have been doing for my grandmother. She has been saying to all of us how much she is loving how things are going for her. The residents have done a great job at welcoming her with open arms as well as all of the staff. She stays busy with the great activity program and different events they hold throughout the week. Overall are pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful, but expensive. Too many fees. Rooms upstairs so long way to walk for my father.

I used to collect lighthouses and I knew when I saw Light house Pointe that I was meant to be here. [Removed] has been amazing and answered all of my questions. She has even built a relationship with my sister. I am so happy here and things have been so positive!

This is a nice community with great care .. the staff are caring and attentive to her needs. The community is clean and we are happy that she really likes the variety of good meals and a nice dining area. She does stay active with the other residents. She is happy that is has a room on the bottom floor. We would recommend this community for the excellent care and the value for other families.

My mother is doing very well since her move into Lighthouse Pointe. The apartment that she is in is a good size, and everyone is friendly. She has mentioned that she doesn't like the food much, she said it is too salty.

From everything I've seen and experienced so far (will not move in until 4/26!), I've made the right decision. The facility is excellent with the most options for dining I've seen anywhere. The team is very friendly ... was even accepted by the dog greeter!!! Care Services and activities seem to be the best I've written and heard about, but have not experienced yet.

After searching for a place for my DAD in Sarasota, we decided on The Fountains, it has been almost 3 years now that my Dad has lived here, my family could not be happier with this place. Frances who is in charge of the Dining Room could not go out of his way more to please not only my family but my father, he is absolutely the best. Sylvia is another one of the staff that is just wonderful, she always is thinking of creative ideas for the residents, my Dad just adores her. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home away from home. The grounds are also absolutely beautiful. I give this place a 5 star. Thanks to this place we can rest easy at night knowing our Dad is safe.

The staff here are really outstanding people. This is a way better place for mom then where she was. The staff take the time with mom and see how things are. They are very understanding as well. The food is very good and I love it as well. They have the best memory care department I have ever seen. I am very excited for mom.

When you enter the community you are greeted by a very friendly smiling concierge. While moving throughout the community staff are always asking if you need assistance. Residents are smiling and friendly. Administration and Nursing staff are very caring and responsive to the needs of the residents. There is compassion, caring, and warmth that you feel within this community.

They are very helpful,they give me information and always answer my questions and call me back.They were always willing to explain things I didn't understand.They offer a pool room,my uncle enjoys playing with family when they visit him.They also offer an exercise room and activities by the dining room. The first day I toured they fed me dinner and it was very good. My uncle also has a kitchenette in his room so he can easily snack between meals.

I liked it and it was nice. My sibling and I had to agree on a place. This community had a floor for Dementia people that was upstairs and my sisters were not happy with that. It was not how we wanted the care to be set up.

The community here is outstanding. We found that staff to be very caring and attentive to his needs. The community is very clean. We like the value for the care that he is receiving. We are very please with the size of his room and it is worth the expense for his good care.

They go over and beyond and it's been a blessing. They were the best price and in the location I wanted. I love their constant communication and they send me pictures of my dad participating in activities. They have a lot of activities. They know all the names of the residents and I can walk in and they know my name. It is a warm and friendly place where he is happy and we love it.

My mother was one of the first residents to move into Silver Creek. She was at another facility in St. Augustine and was very unhappy. I can' t say enough positive things about the staff and the thing she loves the most is the food. Their pricing is also very affordable and we are paying less now than were she was and we are so glad we moved her in.

I really love this community. This was a good move for me. This is a lovely community with very kind people. The staff is great they are very helpful and nice. They do a good job with the keeping the community well maintained, and neat. Everything has worked out very well for me since my move here. I would recommend this community, it is a very nice place.

My aunt is getting excellent care here. The physical therapy is wonderful. I was able to have a meal with her and the food is excellent. She likes the physical therapy here. She is offered activities, but at this time she is not participating, but the staff aretrying to get her active. I would highly recommend the care and value here to other families.

Everything is clean, the food is great, the view is unbeatable...and I can't say enough good things about the caring and genuinely kind people that have worked with us to get my mother settled here. For myself and my mother "Thank You All" for going above and beyond. What a great place for her to live!

The community is very nice, brand new building and they keep it very clean. The staff is all super friendly, they take very good care of my mother. The meals are excellent, sometimes I feel they are a little too over the top. They sometimes try stuff out that the residents don't really like. But the meals overall are excellent, 5-star quality. The dining room is set up very nicely. The community offers a variety of activities for the residents, I would definitely recommend them.
