I am looking forward to this facility opening. I have reserved a unit for my parents to move in once they open. The building is beautiful from the outside and the staff i have met seem very passionate and caring. I actually didn't know that the building was not open yet and walked right in. I didn't get too far before a construction worker informed me that i was to go to the sales trailer I was very impressed with the inside of the building from what i saw. There have been delays with construction but I feel that it will be worth the wait once we are able to move in.

This place didn't meet my loved ones needs. My loved one needed assisted living care and if you needed this you had to contact one of the agencies that they contracted with. I liked the layout of it and what they had to offer but it didn't really work for us. Meal plans and activities are offered to the residents.

This is a outstanding community. The staff is fantastic in everyway. The food is good and very appealing with a good variety. My mom is very happy with the activities that she is enjoying with others. I would highly recommend is for excellent care.

My mother is doing very well here at this community. It is a well maintained community. There was new carpet in my mother's room, everything is very nice and clean. The staff is very lovely. She is happy here, it has been a really good experience for us here. It is a nice and open community, I haven't had any problems here. The dining area is nice, and the food is good. Alicia from a place for mom was very kind and helpful. I'am pleased with her move here, and I would recommend it.

All of the staff were super attentive with my father. The communication towards the family and my loved one was outstanding. I would highly recommend the community it was always well maintained and odorless. We were able to get my father in a room on the first floor which worked out perfectly. There are activities that are offered for the people that reside here.

After getting the name of Noveau Marc from A Place for Mom, I added it to the list of places to visit for placing my mother. After visiting all of the places Noveau Marc topped my list for many many reasons. They were the cleanest, had the best foods on their menu, had the happiest residents and the list goes on and on. Some of the places horrified me and I didn't even stay for the full tours. I knew when I left Noveau Marc that is where I wanted my mother to be. The staff is wonderful and I couldn't ask for more.

My mom moved into her new apartment at at the Fountains recently. She has a beautiful view and she likes it a lot so far. The staff is friendly, the food is good and there are many activities to keep her busy. The Fountains does a good job for the residents. My family feels good about her move.

My mother is really enjoying herself here at this community. This is a lovely community, they are taking very good care of my mother. Everybody here is great. I know she is safe and being cared for well. Everything has worked out great for us here. I would highly recommend this community.

This was a great community for anyone needing great care. The staff was excellent in helping me and answering all of my questions. I was able to see the variety of activites that are offered to help residents keep acvtive. I would recommend this facility for loved ones. It is a great value for the money the exceptional care.

My mother has been in 3 different assisted living facilities in the greater Augusta, Georgia area, and no other place comes close to this on any level which I can think to evaluate. I can sum up the experience of nearly 8 months as exceptional with no reasons to be dissatisfied. Benton House is well managed and the staff cheerfully do their jobs of caring for my elderly mother. The management here knows the residents and their needs well and often goes beyond the call of duty to keep residents and their families well cared for. Best of all, my mother is very happy here and wants to be here! If I had known about Benton House earlier I would have moved my mother sooner. I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for assisted living housing.

We used this community for their respite services. Everything went very well. I know he was safe and in good hands. They did a very good job caring for him and his needs. Everybody here at this community is wonderful. This is a community I would recommend.

My parents seem to have adjusted well to this community, they are enjoying themselves. It is a nice looking community, they keep their room and the community very well maintained. They have gotten involved in the community, they are trying some of the activities they offer. They are satisfied with the food, they do serve well balanced meals. I know they are receiving great care and is safe. This is a community I would recommend.

Mom is doing good and she loves it here! I think it is a great place, the grounds are great, good at keeping it clean and the rooms are great. My mom's room has a great window view of the shoreline and allows brightness. The food is great almost like restaurant quality. This community has a nice environment.

Kim was very compassionate and understanding. We are have not decided what to do yet, but when we do, Kim will be the first to know. The ambassador explained things to us in such a way that we felt every comfortable. This is on our list of considerations.

My husband is still getting acclimated to this community but so far it seems like a good move. He has not yet participated in any of the activities offered. The food is good and there are healthy choices. The staff are helpful, really kind and do back flips for the residents to help them.

The Fairmont has made my father's experience of moving into a new community, after living in my prior condo for over 30 years and at over 90 years old, a pleasant and comfortable transition. Not an easy task! I really appreciate the care and support as well as the responsiveness of the managers and staff! They have a great team and I can't say enough about all that each of them has done to welcome him. Thanks so much for your help in finding The Fairmont!

This community is pretty well-kept. The staff are doing good and help when needed. I talked to the manger about a low-sodium diet and I was told they do not add salt to their food and it is nutritious but I feel that is not enough for me. Otherwise breakfast is the best and the food is good. The community has activities available but it is not for me. I have been able to move around thanks to the community and would recommend this place.

My time at this community was short, but it was a nice experience. This is a lovely retirement community. Everything is very nice an clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are nice activities offered. I did enjoy the food, they do sever nice meals. I would recommend this community for independent living.

Our dad lived in the assisted living residences at The Fountains for the last year of his life. He was 89 years old when he moved in. We cannot say enough about the quality of his experience at The Inn. The staff is superb. The restaurant is wonderful and managed by Francis, who could not have been nicer or more accomodating. The nurses are so caring and responsive. They are extremely positive and work with you to find the best solutions. The administration is wonderful, too, and all about solutions. Paige [removed] is competent, caring and available. Most importantly, the caregivers, housekeeping and restaurant staff who have the most frequent contact with the residents are the BEST! They made our dad feel welcomed and loved. We would not hesitate to make the same decision again. Best in Sarasota, best in Florida!

My in laws is doing very well at this community. They have adjusted well and seems to like it here. The community looks great and everything is very clean and well-kept. The staff is very nice and good at caring for my in laws. They do offer nice activities for the residents, when they are ready to participate. They aren't very crazy about the food. It is a good place for seniors to connect. I would recommend it.
