My loved ones seem to like it here very much. I haven't heard any complaints at all so far. No major concerns on our end either. I think it's going pretty well so far. I would give them a five at this point.

I needed a place for my 71 year old mother back in Feb. 2015 and had very little time to find a decent facility. My mother has the onset of ALZ, and cannot really cook for herself anymore, and has some really concerning memory issues. I made an appt. with the sales person there, and had my mom moving in within 2 weeks! This facility understands the different issues our elderly loved ones may have, and makes everything as easy as possible for the residents to life fulfilling lives while still in a caring enviorment. My mother has greatly improved by living in this community and has made a lot of friends. I visit her a least once a week and have gotten to know a lot of the staff, and everyone always says hello to me when I visit, and tell me how my mom is doing. The residents also look out for each other - which I love! Every time I go to take mom out for a while, they all tell me to make sure I bring her back. :) This facility is not the Ritz, but is clean, has great food, and a lot of activities to participate in if someone wants to do so. They even have live music and holiday events on a regular basis. I am so thankful I found a place for my mother that I feel comfortable with and she is really happy as well.

My loved one is satisfied and he is happy, so I guess he feels like he is getting everything he is told. I have not been in there enough to say if they could improve on anything. They seem to be top notch and on top of their game. The head chef has taken the time to go see him about his dietary needs, so they go out of their way to meet the needs of the residents.

I think they do a wonderful job at Haywood Estates! The staff here is wonderful, Norma and Sherry have been great to work with! And Karen, the sales person we worked with, was a huge help throughout the whole process! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they take great care of the people who live here. I highly recommend them!

I haven't moved in yet, but I am living there in a couple weeks and already it seems like a nice place. I've toured the facility and the staff has been extremely cooperative and I'm excited to move in.

The Fountains At the Albemarle is a nice place. My loved one has been there for a few months. She is very comfortable there. They were very accommodating. The staff is very, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this facility. It's a nice community and it's affordable. The facility is nice and it's clean. I can't rate the care services because my loved one is in independent living. It is not applicable.

Cottage Landing is by far the best assisted-living facility. I walked in the first time and knew this was the place for my mom. What made a difference? Everything but mainly the people who work there. They are so caring & passionate. They treat everyone who lives there like it is their own parent, so much love. It is also very clean, beautiful interior, lovely dining hall. I was able to fix my mother's room up so cute,just like she wanted it. This place will become your second family. I love the staff, I love Cottage Landing.

This place is beautiful. The apartments are big enough for senior living. The people were warm and friendly and everyone that I saw living there seemed happy and content. Unfortunately, my Dad has decided that this is not an option for him.

I love Ashley Park because it gives my mom a lot more freedom. She was in assisted living and is now in independent living. She has a more social life. Even her medical providers have noticed an improvement in her. The facility has a home-like atmosphere. The people who work there actually live there. The residents feel like their looking after each other in a family way. I feel that the management is very quick to respond the best way that they can. It's been better for my mom. I don't think I could find a better place than this. She is healthier and happy.

I like everything about the River's Edge so far. The care service is great. The only constructive criticism I would give is the up keep of the property. They have a very old american flag that they need to take down. Those are just small minor issues. Other than that, we are very pleased with this community. Everyone has been accommodating and helpful. They are very compassionate people who take interest in their jobs.

We have had a very good experience at Deepwood Estates and would highly recommend them. The people at Deepwood Estates are all very caring. They are keeping my mother safe & secure as well as active and very well cared for. It has been better than we even expected.

It has been all good. Every staff member has been friendly and nice. I am very satisfied with the Cottage Landing Assisted Living. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. I rate the cleanliness 5 stars. I rate the friendliness 5 stars. I rate the value 5 stars. I rate the care services 4 stars because my loved one is in independent living so he does not have much contact with care givers. I rate the activities 4 stars.

Nice facility. Great programs and activities for the people living there. Prices seem in line with other places with similar activities. I would recommend this place.

I have been placed in charge of my uncle who has alzheimers . I am so thankful to have found the Fairmont. They have been greatfor my uncle . I have been so pleased with the retirement home. I cant speak highly enoughof the managers . They are awesome I watch themwith my uncle and with other residents. If there has ever been a problem they tend to it right away. We visited this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Laurel Grove was a very nice looking place! However I don't think it would have been a good fit for my loved one carewise, as this community seemed more suited to more mobile, independent residents. But still a very nice looking place, overall!

We toured here as we were looking for options. We really liked it. The staff was really, very friendly. They seemed to have a lot for activities going on as well. I can't really rate the care services, since I only toured the community.

I think they do a great job overall at Haywood Estates! Everyone here is very friendly, and they do a great job taking care of the residents. I also really appreciate that they are attentive not only to the residents, but to their families as well, they respond quickly to communication.
