Sales director [name removed] was quite knowledgeable about the business. The facility is nice and neat but felt more like a nursing home. They don’t have a rehab gym presently and mother has been using one for the last month. I’d like her to be in a more interactive community right now.

Was a very pleasant visit! We saw each of the floor plans & their costs, had lunch with 2 lovely ladies. The home is very open & inviting. [Name removed] was delightful showing us around & answering questions. I am taking it very slow ...seriously considering staying where I am & maybe sharing my home with another.. Cost-wise that's probably my best option.

Nice Staff, very friendly, home looking like the 2 other Holiday places we've been in. Still need some update on the bathrooms and kitchnets they are looking old and stained.we have not eaten there but food looks ok They all clam to have chefs but food still look and smell like school cafeteria food. The only difference is that it is served on table.

Lovely place and people. We enjoyed lunch with one of their embassator ladies. Nice apartments and fair prices. A little too far away for us.

This is a quaint place - not the lifestyle mom is looking for. I'm sure it is a wonderful place for some, but it is showing is age in decor and amenities.

Was nice but saw only 3 residents the whole time and they appeared to be ancient - hardly moving or alert. By the time you finish adding all the amenities it becomes extremely expensive. May go back to visit again after seeing another place.

The staff here did a nice job on our tour, they made sure that we got to see several different apartments, and what stood out was the design, there was a fan built into the wall between the living room and bedroom and there was only 1 air conditioner in the living room area, We did have lunch here and I was was not too impressed with the food and my father-in-law felt the there just was not enough activity amongst the residents going on for him.

Unfortunately, The Regency House is not meeting our expectations for my Aunt. When she first arrived there were a lot of bugs and they had to spray her room. The staff has been working with her during her transition there and they do stay in touch with me. My Aunt has not tried being a part of any of the activities and she does not care for the food. All of which we have been trying to address for her with the community. At this point, I would not recommend this community.

Food was good, place was clean. No washer dryer in rooms. Rooms on the small side. Nice staff. Good location, nice campus with walking path.

We choose this community because it works with our budget. I do feel that is one of the main things you have to consider is your budget. If money was to run out, we would have to take it upon our budget to make sure she is getting the care she needs. The community works well for the budget at the moment.

We know the Fountains very well as my Mom was there for 11 years. It is nice but older construction and always seem to turnover staff. Is a property that we might consider. The villas are new but quite expensive and all residences require a buy-in in the independent living buildings. Two bedrooms and Villas take 5-8 year wait.

high end; i visited symphony facility in Lauderdale. worth looking at just to see what you are getting for your money.

For the most part it has been a fair experience for us with my fathers move to this community. He is doing good, and now things are moving in the right direction. There was one staff member that caused us some issues in the beginning, but things have been resolved since then. The staff is kind, and helpful. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. At this moment I don't know if I would recommend this community.

My tour of this community was a nice one. The staff I met was kind, and answered my questions. The community was clean, and well-kept from what I saw. The experience went well, and I enjoyed my tour of this community. Unfortunately this wasn't the community for us, but my tour went well overall.

The Fountains was a beautiful property, but the buy-in was out of our range.

I had a pretty good tour of this community. Everyone was very kind, and friendly to my family and myself. It was a good experience. The community looked nice, and well-kept. The staff was kind, and courteous. My aunt wanted a community with more space, but our tour went well of this community.

The main reason I gave them a three is that the food service does not meet our standards. The community does have a new manager and he is trying to correct this situation as quickly as possible. The entire staff is quick to respond to any issues we may have. My loved ones are able to be in independent living and receive assistance from an outside agency. The community is clean and I would recommend it once the food issue is resolved.

Things were off to a rough start when my father first moved in, but it seems to slowly be getting better. We were having trouble with communication as well. My father loves the food, but they do not have any activities there.

The staff was very friendly during our tour and gave my loved one and I a lot of useful information about there community. The care that they provided to there residents was a little to intense for what my mother had needed. The prices that they had presented us was also very expensive and way out of our budget.
