Staff good, room O.K., food weak point. Lived in Cajun land, miss Cajun food.

The people living here are very friendly and happy. There are some things I would like to see changed but I'm not sure why they are done the way they are.

We pay a lot of money to live here but the lunch and dinner meals are horrible. I don't know who provides the meal planning but it needs to be looked into. Our chefs are great and they work well with what they have. Please, look into this problem for our welfare. Thank you.

I thought the common spaces at the community were clean and someone was always there to assist me if I had any questions. The staff did a good job with checking on my mother periodically and helped her to get to certain areas that she was confused about to attend activities. We absolutely thought Ashley Park was worth the price.

Did not like my tour, staff not very welcoming or friendly, and not very knowledgeable. Sales leader was absent.

My sister is at Sunrise Memory Care, not me. Her family chose it for her. I don't know who helped them. I visit my sister about two or three times a week and have visited at different times of the day. I have met some of the receptionists, caregivers, people that seem to be in charge, and some residents. Some of those people are pleasant and seem happy to be there, some not so much. Some days it seems that Sunrise at Webb Gin might be understaffed. My sister seems to like the food. When I visit at eating time the food smells good, looks good and she eats every bit of it. I know caregiving is not easy. It is a special person that can do it well.

Walking to the dinning room etc. was too far and hard for Mom. Needs some renovations, especially the kitchen cabinets.

Dirty carpet. Smelly. Rooms looked really dated. In the halls the lighting was poor. Only had 2 one bedroom apartments so it could be a long time before one becomes available. Large private and semi-private rooms do not have kitchenettes and refrigerator or microwave is not provided in these rooms. Complementary cookies were excellent though.

The kitchen is to small. That's a problem cause the food in the dining room is sub par. It's kind of like high school cafeteria food.

Ashley Park is a lovely property. My mother-in-law was so excited to be connected to this place. It is unfortunate that her health declined not long after settling in there. She found the staff friendly and helpful. Other residents were friendly and a few were unfriendly/mean. She enjoyed the activities when she could. Perhaps it was her health, we thought the food looked and smelled wonderful — she HATED it! Generally she was underwhelmed by her experience there. Her caregivers (Tender Touches) were a wonderful group of women that she loved. She sang their praises daily! They were very supportive of her and us. Just a word of caution, at a time when there are long waiting lists for seniors to get into independent communities, Ashley Park was 50% leased! Perhaps there are better values/communities out there.

Sales director [name removed] was quite knowledgeable about the business. The facility is nice and neat but felt more like a nursing home. They don’t have a rehab gym presently and mother has been using one for the last month. I’d like her to be in a more interactive community right now.

Was a very pleasant visit! We saw each of the floor plans & their costs, had lunch with 2 lovely ladies. The home is very open & inviting. [Name removed] was delightful showing us around & answering questions. I am taking it very slow ...seriously considering staying where I am & maybe sharing my home with another.. Cost-wise that's probably my best option.

Nice Staff, very friendly, home looking like the 2 other Holiday places we've been in. Still need some update on the bathrooms and kitchnets they are looking old and stained.we have not eaten there but food looks ok They all clam to have chefs but food still look and smell like school cafeteria food. The only difference is that it is served on table.

Lovely place and people. We enjoyed lunch with one of their embassator ladies. Nice apartments and fair prices. A little too far away for us.

This is a quaint place - not the lifestyle mom is looking for. I'm sure it is a wonderful place for some, but it is showing is age in decor and amenities.

Was nice but saw only 3 residents the whole time and they appeared to be ancient - hardly moving or alert. By the time you finish adding all the amenities it becomes extremely expensive. May go back to visit again after seeing another place.

The staff here did a nice job on our tour, they made sure that we got to see several different apartments, and what stood out was the design, there was a fan built into the wall between the living room and bedroom and there was only 1 air conditioner in the living room area, We did have lunch here and I was was not too impressed with the food and my father-in-law felt the there just was not enough activity amongst the residents going on for him.

Unfortunately, The Regency House is not meeting our expectations for my Aunt. When she first arrived there were a lot of bugs and they had to spray her room. The staff has been working with her during her transition there and they do stay in touch with me. My Aunt has not tried being a part of any of the activities and she does not care for the food. All of which we have been trying to address for her with the community. At this point, I would not recommend this community.

Food was good, place was clean. No washer dryer in rooms. Rooms on the small side. Nice staff. Good location, nice campus with walking path.

We choose this community because it works with our budget. I do feel that is one of the main things you have to consider is your budget. If money was to run out, we would have to take it upon our budget to make sure she is getting the care she needs. The community works well for the budget at the moment.
